Rodney was super helpful in trying to resolve an issue re: a package stolen by a FedEx employee. FedEx as a whole has been awful and its still not resolved but this store was great.

I am out of town, but needed to ship a package, and this is the place to go! Such friendly and helpful associate, and a good selection of shipping supplies and more! Thank you for the excellent service!

I stopped into the FedEx office to overnight a document that was needed in another state right away. The staff was super helpful and took care of everything for me. Conveniently, I was also able to pick up a birthday card for my husband while there! Took care of two errand together! I love saving time and hassles! Thanks FedEx!

This Fedex is AMAZING. If I ever have questions regarding anything Alexis has been there with the answers and an abundance of knowledge. So thankful for her!! The wait is always easy and all of my print items come out perfectly and if not they fix it. I couldn’t be more thankful.

Worse Fedex ever!! I spent $108.47 for a package to be delivered overnight and they did not give my package to the delivery person. My package is still sitting at the location I dropped it off at and its Saturday and they dont open again until Monday. These people are incompetent. Ridiculous. I expect a FULL REFUND

I dont even know where to start. My husband works in the medical field, we take extreme measures to ensure the safety of our friends and family. I walked in to ship masks to doctors in New York. I was wearing a mask. One of your female employees was not. She was continuously coughing, not sanitizing her hands, not wearing her mask. This is irresponsible and should be considered assault. FedEx, do better. Do not put your customers and other employees at risk. I was in 4/27/2020 at 3:30pm and had to walk out.

Really bad costumer service.

Incredible service. The person who worked with us, Elena, was patient and incredibly helpful. We were able to get what I was looking for on short notice. We got a special order in less than a day and the people there worked around the order so we wouldn’t have to pay the huge cost of getting it done by a special design team. The outcome was of high quality and was very professional.

I am a school teacher and if you bring your school ID they give you the teacher discounts.I printed out posters for my students and the staff here was very helpful. They took the time to help me with my prints, even though there were people behind me in line and I didn’t want to take too long, but they insisted they were not in a rush and that it was important because it was for the kids. I used the posters every day of my school year and it helped 900 students learn. I drive out here to do any simple shipping or printing needs because of that one experience. UPS needs to step up their game!

My wife and I were totally pleased with a difficult project just completed today at the FedEx store at 341 Marsh Landing Parkway, Jacksonville Beach. Angela, who we worked with, was committed to completing the project to our total satisfaction. She did that and more. Working with the graphics department, Angela was able to put together a collage that we could never have imagined possible. She even made certain the color was exactly right. Its really terrific.

Wow. Just wow! So thankful for the folks here! We had a 462 page document that we had a hard deadline for (and a LOT riding on it) and they got it done so quickly! Everyone I spoke with was very competent, polite, and so accommodating. Highly recommend this FedEx!

Very long wait. Only one computer terminal (out of three) was working to send packages. I will be using UPS next time.

The staff here ALWAYS go out of their way to help and get you in & out quickly. Knowledgeable and helpful with shipping options & getting the best rate. FedEx only. Also offers full Kinkos printing services. Parking is very, Very limited but this is a great place to ship FedEx.

Went here for passport photos. Photos were rejected by US Passport Processing Center. This location was unable to refund these photos, given that I had misplaced the receipt. They indicated to me that they do often get rejections because their lighting isnt that great. They recommended I try USPS. Nice people here, I just cant recommend going here for passport photos.

Go to UPS in the next shopping center over. $2.50 per page on a long distance fax is robbery. Shame on me for not reading the prices. Too late once you get to the register!!!

Ken helped me with printing over 100 pages and was extremely helpful. The format was originally messed up and he took the time to fix my mistake in excel document to correct. Thank you!! Very professional and friendly. Excellent customer service. World on time.

In town on business and needed to pack and ship some stuff back at the last minute. Billy and Samantha were extremely helpful and got it ready to go.

This place has different rules than other Fedex locations and they will not accept your drop off if Barry doesnt want to. Extremely disappointing service of a business customer

My package wasnt delivered by the due date. I called to speak to a supervisor and the customer service rep was just rude. Needless to say I am very disappointed.
