This store had plenty of inventory and the young lady working in the area was very helpful with getting the right sizes we needed. Our first year dressing up and going to a Halloween party. Black widow and sub zero.

Went in to look for a particular item. Walked around the whole store and couldnt find it. Asked an associate if they had any and was nicely told where it was located. Still couldnt find it. Was pressed for time so ended up leaving. Store looks like it could use a little help. Parts of the it are empty and some are crowded with boxes and/or shopping carts.

Management is rude and insensitive. Fired an employee for a no call no show, when she called in for the weekend to attend a funeral. When she went in and asked why she was fired, they told her it was because she didnt show up Sunday. The manager that she called, Rose or Roe (Asian), claims she only understood that she would be gone Saturday. Then, another Manager, named Kimberly or something, asked why would you need two days for a funeral? What kind of question is that? Then they have the nerve to say that she can re apply if she wants her job back. If this is the way they treat their own employees, I dont even want to think about how they would treat customers.

Party City as a company is great! However their location decision are not always wise. I went to this specific one and you could not move because the amount of people within the store. I’m not sure what their COVID policy was however they were not practicing it at all.

Great location and they had what I needed.

There the best when getting party supplies. I recommend they make a section for RIP...

I didnt find the mask that the online store said that party city had. I did get a great deal on some napkins though and an iredecent pumpkin.

I absolutely love shopping here. Everybody in the store is always so nice and welcoming especially the cashier thats always in the front, shes a little cute white haired short lady, shes such a sweet lady! If I cant find anything or have questions, Their always there! Will definitely be back!

Joey was awesome by going above and beyond tonight! I ran up there just before closing to surprise my daughter with a costume she needed for school. There werent any on the shelves and Joey offered to look in the back, without my even asking and came out with 3 sizes to choose from. Thank you Joey for being so nice, and give that man a raise and promotion, party city!

They have lots and lots of cool stuff every year for Halloween!!

Paid extra for helium and balloons went down before the day was out. When I went back and told them they did nothing and didnt offer anything. I even showed them pictures of the balloons.

I was able to get most of what I was looking for but they had stick in boxes everywhere.

Horrible selection of balloons! EVERY SINGLE BALLOON I asked for they were out of! Like seriously the manager needs to do better with ordering! Don’t advertise for what you don’t have or won’t order! Definitely poor business if you ask me! Jacksonville needs a better party supply store. I didn’t even want to give them a star.

Not a lot of variety. Store half empty! Boxes in the middle of the isle and just honestly a total WASTE OF TIME TO COME HERE. Items that they do have are very over priced. You are better off going to Walmart or ordering online. Store needs to be closed permanently in my opinion

Worst service. I made an order to pick up curbside today. Did all the prompts when arrived. Waited about 20 min with my toddlers sleeping in the car. Attempted to call the store MULTIPLE times and never got through (phones off the hook?) and I know it wasn’t my phone because I used it to call someone else just to make sure it wasn’t mine. So had to wake BOTH toddlers up and wait at the store. Asked a girl at the front for help and she went to look for the order. At least 10 min later she finally comes to bring it. Hardly even an apology for the massive inconvenience. It took 3x longer for my “curbside pickup” than going in and getting the costume would have been. I understand it’s Halloween week but this was completely disorganized. Will absolutely never come to this location again

Twice now I’ve had bad experiences at the argyle store. The old lady at the register was very unhelpful and said there was a “helium shortage” when i asked about making a the special order for balloons. And then when i wanted to make an exchange made a big deal about not having the receipt. It should have been an easy thing to swap anywhere else but made me feel like there was absolutely nothing she could do. This is the last time I shop at a Party City.

They didnt having light up gloves as advertised 🤔, nobody really seem to want to help,🙄 and Im being nice with 3 stars.. get it together folks.

Employees are incredibly lazy. FOUR employees were standing behind the counter with no customers and I asked where Halloween party invitations were. Multiple responses of “I don’t know”, followed by aisle 1-3 and a gesture is not acceptable. When I stated I would use Amazon, she responded with “Do you need help finding them? I can call someone.” You’ve got to be kidding me with this lack of customer service. I’m sure your employees text messages were very important..

The employees are always very nice and helpful. I always get balloons from here because they are unique, last a long time, and can be customized.

Found everything I needed to decorate myself for Party

I needed 20 black linen table cloths, one store had 6 the other store had 14. They took them to one location for me which made my trip simple. Great people.

Theres either a lot of parties going on or the stocking is low.

Not at Party City-- I was at Metro diner next door. Very good food and lots of it in a serving.

Work with me here; So Ive been looking around town for a decent Mario & Luigi outfit for a get together and went out of my way for another party location I frequent and to no avail. Fast forward to my experience here- I came in and they had almost EVERYTHING and every genre you could ask for, staff are fairly young; however effective. I was able to locate what I needed with a fair amount of efficiency. Anyone in need of some party accessories I would highly recommend a stop here.

Its right before Halloween, yes, but there were major traffic jams. Its one thing if its just customers - rude people cant be helped - but its another when its employees. Theres also a thing called too helpful. Yeah, your shift is up in less than an hour. Great and all. I can read the isle signs. I dont need pestering every other minute. There also werent the varieties I expected. Looking for blue facial cream for a costume but find every other color from green, yellow, pink, and onwards. They also didnt sell a very popular item in a section specifically dedicated to a character. If your section is just Jack and Sally, there should be Jack bowties and gloves to match Sallys leggings.

I thought theyd just have the same stuff as amazon but surprisingly they had a lot more of a selection AND CHEAPER! I scooped up a lot more for our party than I was expecting to. Store is a bit dirty.

Bought all of our party supplies from Party City online for Gender Reveal. Were told from the Argyle Store if we brought in the balloons the would take care of us- the day before the Reveal they told us they would NOT blow up the Gender Reveal balloon and there would be a charge to blow up the rest of the balloons!! Worst experience ever! They just lost a customer! I will go ANYWHERE else!! Way to ruin our special day Party City!!!

Overall, this place is great for getting some okay-ish looking stuff. I wouldnt recommend coming here at the last minute before a holiday is about to start, because it gets real busy, and a lot of stuff gets out of stock. Other than that, some employees still went around to ask people where they needed help!

Online shopping for balloons for senior night (basketball) to pick up in store and NOTHING is available. I finally find something that would work and place an order for store pick up. Not even 5 minutes later an employee calls and informs me that the item is unavailable. Online it showed 11 were available. The selection is terrible!Update: they charged my card $1 after they cancelled my order. Why charger me for your mistake?! I will never go there again!!

The manager, Kimberly, is extremely sorry manager. I believe when you are employed at any place you should always know where things are..and your surrounding with in your 4 walls. She is un knowledgeable and un professional with helping her customers. I understand that its a franchise store but it should have the same customer care as the corporate stores. Please save that store from its management

Went to do an exchange and manager Winnie didnt know how to do an over ride. She wanted me to go back home and bring everything that I purchased on the receipt so she can properly make an even exchange. I was exchanging 16 oz cups for a different style 16 oz cups Both are priced $7.99 which I had bought with mix & match buy one get one and she couldnt figure out how to evenly exchange it, all she could of done was over ride it. How Didnahe get a manager position when she cant figure out simple things like this. Party city has had many but one get one promotions therefore she should be able to handle returns/exchanges like this.

Ive been shopping online for large letter balloons all morning and found that I could save a lot by ordering from Amazon ...$5.69 compared to $9.99 at Party City. After reading the online reviews about the quality of the letters I thought I would call Party City and see if theirs were a higher quality letter. I was hesitant to call this store because of the negative reviews about their customer service but was pleasantly surprised by Barbara who answered with a very friendly voice. She was more than willing to answer all my balloon questions and offered helpful suggestions to make my sons 30th party a success. I will go there later today and look at my options. I look forward to meeting Barbara!

This was my first time at Party City they have just about everything you can imagine they even have a small tanks of helium to fill balloons even though its now March they still have makeup for Halloween they have costumes balloons different shades of makeup Hairspray balloons and so much more

I wouldnt give 5 stars for a couple reasons. The first being the fact theres plenty of employees but not one was available to assist us with finding what we needed. The employees seemed more interested in their weekend plans. I find just about everything in the store over priced and overall seemed quite junky.

Saw an item online, called to see if it was in store. Kim picked up on first ring, was very nice, looked up item number and even double checked to be 100% it was there. Never had any problems with this store! Thanks for the help Kim!

Customer service was terrible very rude and unprofessional all of the employees seem to not want to help any one! I ordered a costume online for my 2 year old but i accidently ordered the wrong size i was told By customer service on the phone i could take it to a party city store to return! I drove an hour away just to be told i couldn’t and the old lady was so rude she didn’t even look at my conformation order (reciept) not once!! She said i could return it through mail last time i checked you can always return at any store as long as you have receipt and hasn’t been more than 30 days ??? I hope party city takes these reviews to consideration !

As usual, Party City was our go to place for our childs Halloween costume. The staff was friendly despite the crowds and we were able to find a costume my son wanted.

The place has variety opinions to choose from.the prices for some items are good, but other items are extremely expensive.you can choose the theme of your party and get almost of what you want for the party here.i suggest if they do membership cards or rewards cards for their customers.

I always love getting my party stuff here. Unfortunately they dont carry anything Teen Titans.

The staff members were terrible. I had to ask the guy at the counter 3 different ways to see if they could look up an item.. if they even keep inventory because he clearly didnt know. ... I cant really rate on the store itself either because they were setting up for halloween so they had 3 empty isles and a bunch of boxes they should have been unloading instead of playing around. I usually go to a different location on thebother sode of the bridge anyways. I think ill stick to that one.

Lots of things to get here..for any occasion

When I was in here it was packed like crazy it was 2 days before Halloween but the workers were so helpful . Every time i went by they asked me if i need help or if i was finding everything okay. They were working as a team and i love that.

Customer service is awful. Cashiers tell you different things about policies and don’t seem to know what they are doing.

Staff was a bit more interested in having a peesonal conversation yhan helping customers.

Staff was polite and greeted everyone that entered the store. Purchased baby shower items.

Bought my daughter a balloon bouquet for her 21st birthday. I purchased it around 2 pm, three hours later the balloons had deflated. This is the second time it happened at this store. I went back the next day, as they promise a 24 hour inflate time. I did receive a refund, but no apology the manager did not address me at all, no eye contact. It was like she was doing me a favor..The boy who waited on me had the nerve to ask what was wrong with the balloons. I was pissed. My daughter s day was ruined because of this. I doubt if I will be returning.

Now I know where to go to get some great party supplies because this is an awesome store to shop
