In todays business climate it is almost impossible to find well trained help. Carolina Home Medical really went above and beyond for me with a full staff that is clearly well trained. My situation was unique and it took some working to get through the process- so that I could get the desired results needed. I cannot thank Erica and the rest of the team enough for not only treating me with kindness but at the same time holding a professional standard that most of us need when it comes to our health. I am not a wordsmith but hope people see this and know that I am sincerely thankful to the team at Carolina Home Medical in Jacksonville, NC

I was greeted by Erica. She was very friendly. Immediately put me at ease regarding the CPAP. I had a few questions, and all of them were answered and then some. She explained and demonstrated everything in a way I could understand and remember. I left there with a better understanding of what was happening to me (lack of oxygen) and what the CPAP would do for me. Very pleased! Thank you Erica and Carolina Home Med.

Very poor the manager Brianna was very rude wouldnt listen to what I had to say very disconcerned about my situation and literally did not have time to understand what I was speaking about..... Im Im guessing its because Im a Medicaid account and the cycle of billing which I dont understand was in play, and this was the Jacksonville store

This place is so amazing!! The staff is kind, knowledgeable and all around nice. They where there to help when I need it. THANK YOU SOO MUCH. I highly recommend this place.

OMG these people here are so amazing. We have had so much go wrong but they helped us get on track. They are very sweet and helpful!! Brianna went above and beyond to help! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Wonderful staff!

The ONLY reason I chose a star was because I had to just to post this but they don’t even deserve 1/3 of it, I don’t know what happened to their customer service but it sucks, they are very rude and unprofessional they wasn’t any help at all except for them telling me after I said I was willing to pay out of pocket for my mom to go to another medical supply store.

I went in to ask a question since we just moved from out of state and the lady I spoke with was rude. She didn’t even try to hear me out until I requested to speak with the manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is horrible.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My wife has been having a very, very hard time on the Cpap. To the point, she is jumping out of the bed in her sleep and trying to run with her mask on. Well apparently, Brittany thats the assistant, thinks the whole damn thing is so darn funny. This isnt a laughing matter at all but is a serious one that my wife could kill herself on this machine at night, Yet you all seem to think thats so funny!! We will be seeing what can be done to go else where, rest assured on that one.

This has been a very positive experience so far for me. Erica at Carolina Home Medical, sat an explained to me the workings of my new CPAP machine in a way that gave me confidence in this process. She was warm and personable and answered my 1000 questions. She helped me understand my options and my insurance coverage which can be confusing. BEST OF ALL... Cost of ownership of my CPAP from Carolina Home Medical was done in an extremely affordable manner.From the time I walked in the door early for my appointment the staff was refreshingly full of life and that energy was good to see, and carried on throughout my visit there. I WOULD RECCOMEND YOU TO A FRIEND!

This has to be the worst medical equipment company I have ever done business with. There are billing the insurance company for a medical device and also billing me at the same rate. Essential they are trying to get paid twice for the same device. And on top of that they want to charge a late fee even though the insurance company is making prompt payments. Every one you talk to on the phone gives you a different story.
