Mary, Erica and Mitch have been great people to work with, especially in these challenging times of the pandemic. They have always taken the time to explain things about using the equipment, when I had questions. I really appreciate them!!!
Please tell me why a man knocked on our door at 2:00am saying he was trying to deliver oxygen to “Troy” and then after I told him that’s not us, he said his job told him our apartment number he then apologized and just left the complex?? A like sketchy. Y’all are gonna get somebody shot doing that.
RUN! BEWARE!This company is this most difficult place to deal with. I called them several times to come and get my deceased uncles equipment, a rep just called me back a week ago and it was from some crazy number. They refused and continued to bill my uncle for months. When I reached out to Medicare, they tried calling their office with me on the line and was unable to get through to anyone and had to leave a message. How can you continue to Bill a patient when they are CLEARLY DECEASED????!!!????!!! I tried contacting their home office, I may as well have been speaking to a brick wall. The equipment is finally removed from our home after months of leaving messages.... BEWARE!
I found out I had severe sleep apnea, and was trying to wait patiently to get a CPAP machine, but after 6 WEEKS I gave up on them. First, they lost the fax my doctor sent. Second, they told me they filed with my insurance, but they later admitted it had not been sent to the insurance company yet. Third, they admitted that they filed with my insurance but had the wrong codes so it was rejected. The worst part was that they didnt seem to care. They freely admitted their people were messing up, but they didnt care one bit. Went to a different company and got my machine in 3 days. Cant believe I wasted 6 weeks dealing with Lincares incompetent staff.
My doctor order a nebulizer and I received it within 3 workingday. Charles delivered it and showed me house to use it and clean it. I thought they did an AWESOME job.
Im writing to commend two people at Lincare who recently stepped in to help out with medical equipment delivery on very short notice. In the late afternoon on the day before a family members surgery I found out that the medical equipment they were going to need at home was not going to be available from the distributor. I was referred to Lincare and they not only provided the equipment but made a special arrangement for it to be delivered to me at the hospital before the family members discharge. Thanks to Mary, whom I dealt with over the phone, and to Troy Williams. Troy arranged the special delivery and personally brought the equipment to me at the hospital. JOB WELL DONE!Tim Allan
No communication. Not pleasant or helpful on phone. Orders faxed twice, say never received but had confirmation numbers. This is in reference to Virginia Rolph. Her doctor is at Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute. We wasted a week trying to get my Aunt a wheelchair.
Who leaves oxygen tanks in the hot sun along with oxygen hoses that s..... service at best . It takes a complete idiot to do that. Now how do we know if we have everything we are suppose to and neither did we get the right tanks switched .. zero stars needed wish it was possible
They received my referral on a Friday and I was called Tuesday morning to set up delivery of my equipment. Tracie H. was on time and very knowledgeable. She even called the next morning to see how my night went with my new CPAP.

Would be no stars if allowable. Same story EVERY. TIME. Any prescription, any new equipment, anything takes multiple follow up calls, no call backs, and weeks instead of days. I dont know what people, who dont have someone to advocate for them gets anything from the Jacksonville Lincare office. These services are essential medical needs. I am on call # 6 in week 3 for a necessary breathing medication that is regularly prescribed. Grrr......
Phone not answered!!!! When your family has non functioning O/2 machine and no one answers. Had previous provider they bought out and they were excellent. Looking for new company.
I recently had a need for CPAP therapy. Our health care system is designed to frustrate the hell out of you. Despite that, I had an advocate in the complex process. Tracie went above and beyond what she had to do, to ensure I navigated the process successfully. Thank you!
Would do no stars if I could. My provider submitted an order over a month ago and the receipt was confirmed. Out of the 6 calls and 2 messages I have sent to their icare team I have been able to speak to one person in the office. All other calls are fielded by an answering service to which I never receive a call back. I have decided to go elsewhere.
ABSOLUTELY..... “Worst Comapny Ever”. Let’s my terminally ill father run out of tanks constantly. Good ole Jimmy who finally answered the phone lies and never calls anyone back about anything. Please take heed and find another company... Run just as fast as you can to another company.

Been waiting close to 6 weeks to get a new Bpap from this company. Haven’t received it and last time i talked with them they didn’t seem to know what was going on. 2 weeks before they were going to rush the order to me, waited, called back and I was told the lady working on it said the Dr left something off the order . If this is how that service is my Dr needs to go with another company. This is my 4th machine and never had this terrible service. My Drs office made me an appointment to return 8/13 to see how I am doing. Need to cancel that appointment .
My grandfather goes through Lincare and the service he has received has been despicable! The receptionist are rude, they take forever for deliveries, and do not offer a satisfactory experience.
They are nasty 🤢 my dad cleans the building and they have trash everywhere and we only clean the building once a week and they leave the trash sitting there throughout the week, so when we come in it smells
I just came from this location and received very good customer service. I found out they were short on drivers so decided to make arrangements to swap out tanks myself. Not only did i get through to customer service on the phone but i spoke to 2 different people each time and they were awesome as well. I can only remember shaniquas name (i know that isnt spelled right). When i got to the site i was greeted immediately and the lady took my canisters and delivered them and loaded them for me in my truck. Thank you for taking good care of me.
Wish there was a one quarter star for this company. They have more lies than a used car salesman/woman. Called and was told someone will be in contact with you. The call never comes. Going to try again tomorrow and due research to find out where one can file a complaint about this. If anyone knows what department of the US Government that is paying this company please post it here.
I do not appreciate using my home to warehouse Lincare equipment! THREE TIMES THIS YEAR Lincare has failed to pickup THEIR equipment after repeated letters and phone calls. I am talking about being weeks or months late in pickup. Very nasty customer service. Cannot get a manager to talk to me. Their abandoned equipment will be given left on the curb for trash pickup.
If I could give them minus stars I would. The office staff in Jacksonville FL were really great, the logistics and billing people are unavailable 99% of the time. Had to threaten them to come pick up the equipment or Id have to leave it in my driveway for them to pick up. Very sad state of affairs in upper management there.
Sorry for your poor experience. I think I was in the same place. But my experience was totally different. Everyone that I had contact with was courteous, professional, and very accommodating.
This is the worst company ever! The delivery guy could not even speak clearly or explain any of the equipment. Then when my father passed away and I needed them to pick up their equipment so that I could vacate his personal belongings from his independent living apartment I was told someone would call me to let me know when their driver would meet me there and no one EVER called me back. I waited for 5 hours on one day and 3 hours on another day. I made multiple calls to have this equipment picked up and was told the same thing every time, that someone would be calling me regarding this. No one ever called, no even the supervisor Faye, which I was told was a man the first time then was informed this person is a woman. The worst experience ever. I do not want to give them even 1 star but have to in order to have my review posted. Do not use this company!!!

Worse company in this world for customer service . I have attempted to get a call back for two weeks. No one will call me. When you finally get to someone you are on hold for up to half hour. Or it rings until the answer service picks up. I have never received any supplies, which I desperately need. Getting ready to switch to another company, and report them to the BBB. 7/8/2017 Have made a complaint with the BBB, the are investigating. Next step is Medicare..
C-PAP machine, My doctor sent in the perscription in Sep 2013, as of Jan 2014 still have not recd it. They claim they delivered it in October. I called the company several times and was left on hold for over 10 minutes at a time. I even called them from another number while on hold on a different phone and they put me on hold on both lines. P%$$ poor customer service.
Been deal with this company for over 3 months and they still have me jumping through hoops to get my CPAP supplies. There’s no way to get ahold of anyone locally as they have to phones forwarded to the call center. Everyone at the local office should be fired.Josey should be the first one let go.
My husband passed away on April 13th 2018 and as of today they still have not picked up oxygen equipment. Worst customer service ever! Save yourself aggravation and time on the phone use a different company.
Incompetent and no show.Twice Ive ordered 4 ft. Candulas and twice received 7 footers. This also happened about 3 months ago. Now I was told I would receive a piece of equipment and waited all day. No show. I called and they said the night was young and the techs were still out. No show. They dont call and give an approximate time of delivery just call when they are a few minutes out. Stinks.
After being on hold for half an hour, I was told they can come out Tuesday to show me how the equip I got last night works and that I need to be available the entire day because they have no idea when they might show up. This is for back up to my sons oxygen concentrater. If we have problems before Tuesday (today is Thursday) with the concentrater and it doesnt provide the oxygen he needs at night, someone at the 24 hour should be able to help.
I was approved for an equipment on June 22. I had to call numerous times to see when it would be ready for delivery. No one return any of my calls until I involved my insurance to finally get a delivery date. Then when I do get a date, the delivery person claims he called me but I never got a call. This company in Jacksonville is unprofessional about how they handle business all the way around. I end up cancelling my order.
Lincare took over from American Home Patient, so this is my first experience with them. I have gone without supplies for over 2 months and am forced to purchase my own masks. It appears that the hold up is a new CPAP machine, which I have been waiting for 2 months. This is the worst experience I have had with a company in the 8 years that I have been using a CPAP. The folks who answer the phone send you in circles when you call and answers are not forthcoming. This company is a joke.

I agree with most of these posts. We ordered a wheelchair and waited 4 days and finally went to the office to pick it up ourselves and when we got there found it was on the truck to our house. Waited for the truck to come. I dont like this wheelchair. Im having difficulty getting the leg parts on the wheelchair.
Have had to send 2 referrals and 6 phone calls with no return phone call. Answering service is being yelled at for the management incompetence.

Called 4 times in last three days to get additional oxygenfor my wife. We still have never been given a call back. Now they wont come to service unlesss you have at least six empties. Service is terrible. Local management seems totally indifferent to customers.
I worked at Lincare as a temp for two weeks it was unorganized corporate will not let office manager hire more people it has only two people who answer the phones,process orders, put in orders, and deal with pts who walk in, along with faxing and contacting dr offices each office is suppose to have at least 5 people this office has now 1 person some days I hated to get out of my car knowing that it was not o2 and pts would be calling upset and they have every right to be upset at the end of my two weeks my temp service called me and asked if I would stay for another two weeks I said no personally my son used o2 and I would never choose lincare at least until they get more people
My BI-PAP equipment plastic wrapping has hole punch. Has anyone had this frightening experience, staff says its suppose to have holes in plastic wrapping.
Terrible service!! We have been trying for over a week to return a nebulizer and when someone FINALLY answers the phone, they say (6 separate times) well have someone call back. In the meantime now we have to pay an additional months co-pay! We have no other option than to take it to the office ourselves.
