Contacted them about moving my pool pump. We agreed on a price and a date to perform the work about a month after getting quote. I thought all was well and then the date we agree upon comes and they dont show up or call me. I called them to see why they didnt show and they give me the run around of excuses. I followed up for several days after until eventually they blew me off completely and never contacted me back. Very poor communication through the entire process and I will not being using them in the future.

LeighAnn and Brandon are great people to work with. They want to get to know their customers as if we are all family.... they are always welcoming and willing to make recommendations and search out answers if they dont immediately know the answer....

Been buying products for our pool Including the pool for 8 years from Chautauqua Pool. Owners Brandon and Lee Ann couldnt be nicer. Always a friendly greeting and very helpful when it comes to pool management. Highly recommend this business

Horrible horrible service, took forever to get them to actually come out and look at my inground pool damage. They were more interested in the spider in my skimmer than discussing my repairs. Blew off when I asked about replacing my current pool with a fiberglass one. Verbal ballpark quote was around $12k, which was fine. Said they would get back to me with a written estimate for my insurance and after 6 months of empty promises--theyll call back, still working on it, etc and never getting that estimate...I gave up! Would not pick up my supplies from them even if I had to drive out of state instead!

Super proud of this young couple! Running a small local business is tough, but these two are doing a great job by always being honest and serving customers with respect!
