My first two bikes came from hectors a long time ago. The last few years have not gone well though. Ill just describe my last incident at hectors. Needed a new front tire for my Honda goldwing. During this process my bike fell off the jack smashing the front rotor cover and bending the clutch handle. There have been other issues over the last four years or so. Not a happy camper! Think Ill be looking elsewhere in the future.

Awesome staff and great prices. It was nice being a stranger in a retail establishment and treated as if they wanted you to be there. Even after the sale was finished.

Hectors powersports is a fantastic motorcycle dealer in Jamestown. Worked with my Salesman Torry to get a great deal on a new 2021 Honda goldwing tour automatic DCT. One of the FEW dealerships willing to negotiate on price others Forest park Honda in Erie and Timbrook Honda would not sell below msrp.Hectors saved me over $1500 plus I was able to test ride this bike as long as I wanted. Very friendly staff that answered all my questions and service dept went above and beyond getting my bike ready. Very easy smooth transaction and Torry will get my first call when looking for my next bike. Definitely 5 STARS all the way!

4th and last time I will go there. I purchased a chest protector for my grandson there and they gave me avjard time about him trying it on. Again I went there and they didnt explain that another part was needs when I picked up the part I ordered. When I called back to inquire about it the woman was not helpful and said the additional part needed to be ordered. Why was I told that initially, she had no response or apology. Im looking for a new motorsport dealer in the Jamestown/Fredonia/Dunkirk area. I will not return to Hectors.

I live almost 3 hours away from this dealer but they had a used bike I was interested in. I wasnt about to go in person without knowing what I was getting into. I contacted them first to work out a deal. After finding out what their fees were and such, they wouldnt budge even $1 on the listed price of the bike. The salesman even left me a voice mail saying they could do better than the list. This is why I never buy bikes or cars from dealers, they just waste your time. I made them a fair offer of a measly $100 off list and that they waive their $69 paperwork fee. Id still pay all DMV fees obviously. They just lost an instant cash sale because they wouldnt work out a single incentive or discount.

Nice place. Staff isnt very knowledgeable in regards to Motorsports, and the selection isnt very large. Not many clothes. I expected riding gear like jackets gloves etc. They had like three overpriced, out of date jackets that looked used . Or there is just that much dust on them. They r friendly and helpful, but Id suggest they get a more knowledgeable staff, and some merchandise other than the half dozen bikes and quads they have.

I was hoping to purchase a bike that had just been released by Honda from Hectors but another dealer was able to get one first and I wasn’t going to wait. However, when it came time for service on my new bike a month later I did not hesitate to take it to Hectors. Nice location. Professional and friendly people and you’ll be greeted at the door by a friendly old dog.

Have purchased several cycles over the years. They sell, service, & parts for motorcycles. Friendly staff, sales, & service. Big variety of cycles, 4 wheelers, & ATVs. Parts department has many parts & accessories or can order almost anything you may need. Good pricing. Small parking lot but very convenient. Easy entrence & exiting......

Watch when they give estimate for repairs. Apparently didnt take completely apart and another 500$ in parts. If would of known wouldnt of fixed. Otherwise everything else was good.

My 1st bike a 1969 Honda Trail 50 was purchased here in 1969, then a Honda SL-70 two years later. Fast forward to 2019 when I purchased a new 2018 Honda CRF 250L at a great price. My salesperson Joe had been dealing with me coming in to browse for 2 years before I finally purchased a bike. Always smiling, always helpful and patient. Everyone there is always smiling, helpful and patient. My bike was issued a recall for the transmission main shaft with only 32 miles of riding on the odometer. I was a bit nervous as to complete the repair the engine would have to be pulled, taken completely apart and the cases split to replace the shaft. A brand new bike that I thought would never be the same as when new. Boy was I wrong, so wrong. I picked the bike up yesterday and to my surprise the bike was returned to me perfect, just perfect. Not one scratch or mark on any nut, or bolt, or any other part of the bike for that matter. Casey the mechanic who worked on it is a perfectionist, amazing patience and skill. Thanks to all of you. They always make you feel welcome there, like part of the family. I cant thank them enough. A great place to shop, have service work done or just go shoot the breeze and look at cool new stuff. I see another new bike in the near future. There really is no reason to go anyplace else.

I had never owned a motorcycle before and unfortunately, I bought one off Craigslist and I got a bike that definitely needed work. I had heard great things about Hectors so I decided to give them a try. Thank God I did!! Everyone I encountered were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!! I picked up a bike just before winter. And I have called hectors parts and service department multiple times for advice and parts. They are always willing to help even if Im not purchasing something. They are a top-notch company.

Honestly Hectors is usually my place to go with any of my motorcycle needs. So when I recently needed the new tires I purchased online swapped with the old tires, I called to double check how much it was to swap and balance just the tires by themselves I took them off the bike already, and they said it would be about $75. For that much I could seriously pay $5 more and go get the balancer and tire removal hardware from the store. I really like the group of people down there but thats way too much for something that would take less than 20 min to do. I just took them to Express Bike and Auto for $25 per tire, way cheaper price for the same service. Also I got the same tires as my dad did at Hectors; same brand and size. And I got them $60 cheaper online. My dad ordered through Hectors and they swapped the tires with the tires off the bike and for everything it cost him over $300. It cost me a little over $200 to just go to Express.

This bike store has a good knowledgeable staff with a variety of new and used utvs,dirt bikes,atvs and street bikes to offer like honda,kawasaki,susuki even harleys!

Ive always been treated fairly and honestly at Hectors . I liked it so much Ive purchased 2 bikes from here its the small town feel everyone knows who I am when I walk in its like visiting a good friend kind of feel and I love that the most .

Horrible called the place 3 times before I made a hour and 20 min drive for a part they said they had there got there waited for 45 mins and they didnt have it after they said multiple times they did and just got a sorry would never recommend!! take your business elsewhere!!!

Been there a couple of times. 1st time I went there for a throttle cable for my dirtbike. They told me that my cable did not exist, stock or even aftermarket... Lol what kind of dealer says that?!?.. A quick eBay search proved them wrong. Second time I went there for oil for my bike. I told them my make/model & they gave me what they said was the right oil well it wasnt and it messed up the clutch plates. 3rd time I went there for a sprocket. I said that I needed a 12 tooth sprocket. After arguing with the lady, she decided that I wanted a 14 tooth sprocket & ordered it anyway. Well it wasnt even for the right bike. So I returned it and they said that the right sprocket would be in in a day or 2. After 2 weeks it still was not in & I demanded my money back. Thats 3 times in a row that I have not been impressed. I would not recommend them to anybody

Greg the salesman was very rude to me when we got disconnected he called my voice mail and left a very rude told me he would call my company and find someone else to deal with also added not to bring our new wheeler there casue we wouldnt be welcome.

Had some preventative maintenance done and the valve gasket replaced on my four wheeler. Couldnt be happier with the price and service.

The reason why this post is so long is not to do with rage and has to do with the YEARS where this company as been warned by the police to stop and nobody has done anything about it. YEARS. It has been witnessed that relatives of the company owners are the very ones, at times, doing this. Thank you for typing that response out because it reveals how arrogantly and flippantly you think you are above the laws of NYS and Jamestown. I couldnt care less if you are in a community for 1000 years - you are NOT above the law and any double-standards you are being treated to will be exposed. If you arrogantly break laws for years, you will inevitably face consequences. My time is well-spent uncovering the truth. No worries on that end. The neighborhood isnt your playground - no matter how much you uplift the community. Uplift your ATVs onto trucks and take them out into the farmland - before the city is finally compelled to uplift them and take them to the impound. You arent a soup kitchen.This business thinks they are above the laws of their vicinity. They speed ATVs and cycles down local NEIGHBORHOOD streets and in the local college campus. The police refuse to take action and have admitted that, we are aware of this happening. It has been ongoing for years. The sheer arrogance of the people doing it has led to them visibly insulting those who complain. They allow customers who are not insured to do the same. This should have amounted to dozens of citations and towings at this point. There some sort of corruption going on between the business and the city, admitted by the head of traffic: We dont want to drive a business out of the city. Police officer admitted he knows a white-collar in the company. Police admitted they would tow my ATV if I did the same thing and cite me. YOU ARENT ABOVE THE LAW. Time is coming for you to pay the piper. You were arrogant to the wrong citizen. I got a lot of free time - and if you break laws, I hope you get driven out of the city. Well see where hands are getting greased. Next step is going to social media and the press. Youre a nobody.
