We purchased a Flexsteel recliner in 2014. It was advertised as a lifetime warranty on the mechanism. Within a year the fabric started to pill and literally disintegrate. The store did send it back for us and replaced the fabric. After 8 years the mechanism broke and we again contacted the store. We were told because of the age of the chair they could not get parts to fix it and advised us to buy a new chair. We were offered no compensation whatsoever. We are a retired couple and did not abuse the chair in any way. We are very disappointed in both Flexsteel and Lafayette Corners and will take our business elsewhere.

Very friendly and happy staff! I first pulled up and noticed the advertisement sign and loved it! You can tell they really love their business and what they are doing. A large store with a great selection of quality furniture, even a full section set to made in America.

Great place. They detailed both inside and outside of my vehicle without hesitation even though there was quite a bit of dried bodily fluids on the passenger seat. Really love the price points also. Will be bringing my vehicle back once spring hits.

We will never be looking elsewhere for furniture. Suzy was the most helpful and friendly person to work with and she has something for EVERY budget. We thought we were going to be sitting in plastic lawn chairs forever at our new house since we werent willing to drop $2000 on a new couch. Found a perfect one for under $800 and it was delivered the same week. Great experience!

This place did not have what I needed, but my salesperson did not try to force a sale. In fact, he offered great advice for maintaining the piece I wanted to replace! I would go back in a heartbeat if I ever need anything.

My husband and I were looking for living room furniture. Our first stop was Ashley Furniture. Found something we liked and although it was more than we wanted to spend, we needed something quickly because we were having family for a few days. Unfortunately Ashley does not stock anything they sell!! We would have had to wait 2 weeks!We went to Lafayette Furniture and experienced the most wonderful customer service! The store is 3 floors with all kinds of beautiful furniture. We picked out a couch and loveseat which was loaded onto our truck by our salesperson and the owner, Dave Pe low. We are very happy with our furniture!! Thank you to our salesman and to Dave and Pam Pelow!!
