Me and my girlfriend bought a couch from this store back in august with the understanding that our furniture would be here in the beginning of September . Our order has now been pushed back again and we’ve been told a different date 4 times now and that they have no control over the situation because of COVID. Manager is very rude and not interested in doing anything to make the situation right. If you’re not sure when the furniture will be here don’t keep telling us dates you can’t gaurantee. We wouldn’t have paid 1000$ for a couch that it feels like we may never recieve.

I bought a living room set and a bedroom set from there and I must say I was very happy! I live in Pa and their delivery rate isnt bad at all either! Every employee I dealt with over the phone have been nothing but nice and polite! Oh and their furniture prices you definitely cant beat!

Purchased furniture for my mother-in-laws new apartment. We just moved her in to an apartment attached to our home. She was so excited with her new recliner and living furniture. Thank you for being so patient with her. She is 81 years old, hard of hearing and a little slow to move around and the sales associate was wonderful with her. Thanks again. I bought my sectional from here, and my husband and I prefer to support a local business rather than give our money to a big box store. I went today to get a sleeper sofa for the family room, and I went in this time without my husband. The salesman who greeted me was Keith Banes, I stated that I was looking for a sleeper sofa, showed him which one I was interested in, and he informed me that the couch was $599. I then informed him that the price online says $559, he then says to me yeah if you want to shop online and not waste a salesman time then it is that price. The entire time I was there he acted like It was a annoyance that I was there, and he had to wait on me. Once I ordered the couch I wanted, and paid for it his tune changed. I wont be buying from your store again. Paying, loyal customers should not be made to feeel like they are a nuisance to your salesman! After I pick up my couch, I will not be purchasing the rest of my furniture for my new home. Your salesman should be friendly, polite, and go out of their way to help a cutomer, not make them feel like they did something wrong by walking into your store looking to purchase a new sleeper sofa.

We have purchased our dining room table, couch & mattress from Morans Furniture. A big reason we keep coming back is because of the associate, Michael, that we deal with. He knows the products very well and is always patient when we are struggling with a decision.

Dont buy here! they sell junk! they do not stand up behind their furniture! I bought the EXTRA WARRANTY what a joke that is! they do not stand behind their extra warranty! save your money you would be better off buying at big lots NO KIDDING!

We had a very bad experience with this business; we recommend you dont go here. They actually lied to us and told us they had placed an order for blinds that never happened. Imagine our surprise when we kept being told it was on the way and the order never actually materialized. Kind of psycho, really. Do yourself a favor - dont get involved.
