I spent about 15 minutes on the phone with John telling him what I was looking for and what my price range was. He offered to keep an eye out and let me know what they had coming in. Within about 2 weeks he suggested considering this one. Suffice to say Im not an easy customer but after talking to John we bought it sight unseen and picked it up the next day. Dan took care of the paperwork and within 1/2 an hour I was rolling on home on a high quality used bike. 200 miles later I was sitting in my shop grinning from ear to ear. I got a better than fair price on a flawless bike, friendly service and would highly recommend doing your business with Stutsman Harley Davidson. Walked around show room twice. No one would even look at us. I think I could have stared a new bike and drove out the door. Sales people are clue less. Didnt get any help until we talked to the guy at the service counter.

Just as we expected with very helpful staff and has a nice stock. Unfortunately most of what we wanted was out of stock which in 2021 has just been a thing not their fault.

Apparently this place changed ownership without notice to existing and then refuses to accept the completed $20 loyalty cards. Will take my business to other more honorable Harley stores.

Customer service was awesome, thanks Terry. The financing department is a joke and a rip off if you ask me so get you financing before you go there. Thats the only thing bad about the place. I do realize that the financing is a sepperat part of the dealership. Otherwise the staff are friendly and want to help you in anyway possible.

I can not think of a better dealership. I’ve contacted parts, service, and John several times since my purchase. I consistently get great service and they do an amazing job at returning calls. When I am ready to trade this will be the place I do business.

Had my Harley fixed by Stutsman, my throttle cable broke so I could not ride it. They picked up my bike in Crookston MN and then brought it to Jamestown to be fixed. When it was getting fixed I had them service the bike. They also put two new tires on when it was there. When it was all done they delivered the bike back to me here in Crookston. I mainly worked with Brad in service and was very impressed with my experience! Thank you guys for all you did for me! I will be back!

Instead Manager tried selling us a shovel head from his garage or something.Terry never bothered to call us when bike arrived.Recently, sent in internet inquiry. Had to send in two. Nobody responded for hours. Then did not even answer our question. Everything was set in Fargo with 30 minutes of inquiry. Did not feel time or business was valued. Fargo got two sales, mother-in-law Mavis got a new bike also. Fargo Harley-Davidson for life!!

If you’re ever wondering what top-notch customer service looks like, just go hang out at this Harley dealership for a few hours. I’ve never purchased a bike there, but I purchased everything else there and I can tell you, hands-down they will bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. Personally, I drive 100 miles to shop there, I have a dealership in my hometown that I won’t go to.The gals that work in the clothing section are fantastic, they really go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer but also a valued member of the Harley Davidson community, even if they are just in there buying a T-shirt, they make you feel like you’re part of the group.

My overall experience was excellent. From setting up a time to come in and look at bikes, all through the process of buying was great. Great initial experience. Salesman listened to what I wanted, have me a tour of the facility. Unfortunately after the visit I was not able to make the purchase due to becoming unemployed again. Its a good feeling to walk in the door and be greeted by name .from the sales to the clothing deptFrom the parts dept. To service .to the guys who turn the wrenches and polish the tanks. Ive always been pleased. My business and my bikes have always been treated with respect. The way it should be.

Great at communicating the work needed and the time it will take to fix. My situation was a 1000 hour service and a factory recall. Because of his knowledge of the schedule and the work needed he accurately gave me a time needed for the work. I was then able to just wait for the bike in the lounge. The work was done in a little over an hour.

On June 23, 2018, My wife and I were passing through Jamestown and stopped at Stutsman Harley. We had been looking for a bike that is white in color that will fit my wife. Stutsman Harley had a Low Rider that was perfect.Jason Brelie met us at the door and we talked for a short while. As we dont live in Jamestown; I called Jason the next week to discuss purchasing the bike. Jason worked with me over the phone which was trusting of him. Jason was very professional throughout the transaction too. Yes, we did purchase the bike and Jason made it easy. So easy that I bought another bike for me the next week!

Brad has helped me several times either mailing parts or locating parts for my buell. really appreciate that every time I call there I always get a friendly voice no matter who it is or what it is about. When I made the appointment, they told me I could wait for it since I was traveling 100 miles for the required service. This was nothing like I have been use to. Here at my local dealer, you make your appointment to drop off you bike, and wait a few days for the call that the service has been completed. I will go back to Stutsman Harley again. They have a wide selection of Harley apparel that I enjoy shopping. Most of the employees are friendly. However, we took my daughter to their Halloween event and a couple of the female employees were very rude and upidy. They were taking pictures of the event and my daughter wanted to be in a picture and the woman refused. So we will no longer shop at this Harley. We will be taking our business to Fargo.
