Had collision repair done by this company last winter involving cosmetic repair and the cooling system.I had an issue with the cooling system followinf the initial repair and they immediately had it towed to their shop and fixed the issue.The owner and Candi(?) are extremely friendly people, very professional and will hold up to their guarantee / warranty with no hassle.

AMAZING!! I am so impressed with the service and quality! Candy and Shondra were wonderful to work with. They even squeezed me in earlier than expected because of a security issue...someone broke my back window. They made time for me the same day to put the crash wrap/plastic on and removed all the broken glass. Then, after the repair, they had DETAILED my van! So impressed!

After hitting a deer on the interstate and destroying the whole front end of my vehicle, I was upset, frustrated and stressed out, and Utzig really came through and made the repair process as painless as possible. They called with updates as often as they could and were friendly and personable the whole time. The truck looks absolutely perfect and they even detailed it before I arrived to pick it up. While I hope I dont need their services again any time soon, if I ever do, I will definitely give them my business again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family in the meantime.

This was my first time using Utzig CARSTAR. I was very pleased with every aspect of the service: checking, working with my insurance company, estimate, contacting me when car was ready (ahead of schedule). The car looks like new. All the repairs were completed as specified. The inside of the car was also cleaned and since I use my car for alot of yardwork, it was a great surprise. Utzig also told me about an unrelated potential problem I should have inspected elsewhere.I would definitely use them again, though I hope i dont need to! Very friendly and professional.

I was involved in an accident, after I was released from the hospital they were very helpful in being allowed access to my car to retrieve important items. They handled the conversations with my insurance company, and kept me informed. Once the vehicle was totaled they helped me through the process of completely cleaning out my car. Giving me information that I was unaware of this being my first major accident. They were a great help in understanding the process of my car being totaled.

The work and the people there were great. I felt the only down side was that we were told it was going to take 6 days and it ended up being 10.

I felt like they went above and beyond. They even detailed my car after the repairs were complete. The staff was friendly and honest. There were female employees and that made me feel good knowing that unlike some garages, they werent trying to pull anything over on me because Im a woman. I would deff go back.

I took truck in after hitting a deer. Not much damage, but a lot of paint damage. I was worried paint wouldnt match, or it would be obvious. I just got truck back today and it is absolutely perfect! I brought them a challenge with a somewhat rare, older rv with damage to the rear bumper and a shattered rear window. Utzig is amazing and goes above and beyond. We had a previous repair done on our vehicle that was done incorrectly by someone else. They fixed it correctly and provided pictures and documents we needed to back to the previous repair place, which was actually dealership. Will not go anywhere else.

I got to Utsig CARSTAR and asked for a estimate on my car. The guys name was Chris and he gave me an estimate. We looked over the whole car and he talked about fixing little things besides the big thing in the back of the car. And that he would send me an estimate. I tried reading the estimate but I didn’t completely understand it. I got an estimate at a different place also and the cost was close to what you Utsig car star estimated. I went with CARSTAR and they fixed the major stuff but some of the little stuff he said that he would fix he didn’t. I don’t do these kinds of things with cars because I don’t have accidents. When I went to pick it up there was no one there other than the secretary to charge me $500 and say thank you. Nobody wanted to explain to me anything in the way of costs or why it cost, So I just left. If you ask me if I was happy with their work I would say yes they did a nice job but at the same time they didn’t do a complete job. I’m just a consumer and I’m not gonna complain two people who do work for me and if that’s the best they can do well I’m just gonna have to deal with it. Am I happy, no, but whenever anyone runs into your car and it cost you $500 that’s not cool

Alicia in the front office was pretty stellar.Sadly, however, that is as far as our good experience went.We had a grand total of 5 delays due to missing parts, incorrectly ordered parts, or staffing unavailability.Due to the multiple delays, they exceeded our max rental limit from insurance and caused us to be charged for a rental vehicle out of pocket.When we were offered a courtesy vehicle, the tires were so low on tire tread the vehicle likely wasnt street legal. The front tires were, quite literally, bald. (The rear tires werent far behind)Sadly throughout these multiple issues, not once was any attempt made to make the situation right. We only ever received the very standard sorry for any inconvenienceAll in all, NOT a shop id recommend.2 / 5 stars

I lost a battle with a 10 point buck with my keep recently. Alicia at Utzigs did a wonderful in getting the vehicle properly assessed with my insurance company. She also pointed out that driving it, even though it seemed to be handling well was dangerous. There was so much damage to the front end that at any time the computers could malfunction and I would be in worse trouble. She immediately arranged for me to get a rental and I was on my way. I got a quote from them because the dealership gave me a ridiculously high quote. They provided me an estimate quote for $200 LESS than the dealership. I made an appointment to take my car to them. Dropped it off this morning. Got a call about 3.5 hours later saying it was done. Not only did they have the work done the same day, but they came in under the originally quoted cost. Obviously circumstances and prices may vary, but they did the work. They did it cheaper. And, they did it well!

A hired repairman who left a scratched and dented area on my back quarter panel with the door of his truck when he left. It was not terrible damage but the rest of the car is in great shape and it was bad enough to eventually start rusting.I took the car to Utzig for an estimate. The person doing the estimate was friendly and explained what she would do to get me the best result for the best price. I got a call later that day and set up an appointment for three days later. The job took only a couple hours and when I picked the car up there was no evidence that there had ever been any damage at all. I will never go anywhere else for repair of my cars.

I went in to get an estimate on some paint repair and was met by Candy and Chris who were very welcoming and kind. Chris was able to identify that I just had an extreme smudge on my car and was able to get the smudge off with no damage to the paint. I definitely recommend Utzig to anyone who wants, quality work and quality people to take care of their vehicles.

After a collision with a deer, Utzig was recommended by my insurance as they are 5 star rated. I went with their recommendation and was very happy with the repair to my 2018 Nissan Rogue. When I went to pick it up the alignment felt a little off after a day of using it. I brought it up and they fixed it with no additional charge and they provided me a rental vehicle in the mean time. If I need repairs again I will certainly go with them again.

I had moderate collision damage on my Ford Taurus. Some people I know at work suggested Utzig Carstar for the repair .. I could not be more pleased! The staff was very professional and friendly. They provided an excellent loaner car. Repairs were completed on time, and, slightly under the estimate! Could not even see where the damage had been. Really liked their email repair updates.
