Awesome service. Lots if things looked at. Very customer friendly came to let me know status after a couple of hours. Even applies a coupon to the oil change. Definitely going back.

I needed a key to be programmed and cut for a 2018 Mazda CX-5. I was told by the service advisor, it is a very easy process, it does not take long to complete, and that a service appointment wouldnt even be needed. Just stop in and they will do it quick.So I did just that, brought the vehicle in for a key programming. About 45 minutes later, the vehicle was done. The advisor stated that they also completed a recall and the reason for the delay. The reason for the 2 star review, is when it came time to pay for the key programming, I was sticker shocked with the amount of $136.00 plus tax for the work completed. I asked the service advisor if that amount was correct, and she said that is their standard rate for programming a key. The invoice was paid and I left. Again, the staff was polite and the key was programmed correctly. Once I left the dealership, I called 4 other Mazda dealers in the area. I was quoted $60-$63 for the same exact service.I called back and talked with the service manager Scott. I expressed my concern that the services they provided cost less then half at the other Mazda dealers for the exact same service. I acknowledged it was my fault for not verifying price prior to service. Scott did offer to reduce the amount to a fleet rate of $110.00. Although that was a nice offer, I told him I felt that the amount was still near double the rate other Mazda dealers charge. The final result was, Our key programming cost is what it is.My biggest concern our thought is, being the services are being completed by a Mazda Dealer, I would assume the repair cost would be very similar dealer to dealer in a geographical area. This is not the case! So this review is indeed a review for the dealer, but a way for others to know that if you are in southern Wisconsin and need new keys programmed for your Mazda, I would recommend any other local Mazda Dealer and save yourself $75!

They are friendly, and seem competent. I have been taking our Mazda there for 3 years, and I have no complaints.

He listened to what our needs were in a new vehicle and did not pressure us during our visits. He was very knowledgeable and could answer the questions that we had on the vehicles that we drove.We dealt with Joe about 5 years ago and that is one of the reasons that we came back to Gordie Boucher. We find the Mazdas have a tight ride and the safety features are unbelievable. A very nice vehicle.The rest of the staff there were cordial and knowledgeable in their field.

Went to Gordie to find a new (used Car) just coming off of some financial issues was doubtful we could get financed, Tim Poff and the finance staff helped us find a used vehicle that fits our needs, it took a little time but the staff kept with it and came through with a good deal for us !

Highly recommend not ever getting a car off this lemon lot my mazda come to find out needs an ac unit and some other stuff done about 2000+ dollars all was said to be good do not trust at all wont get my oil done here no thanks
