I was able to drop in on Labor Day and get a new set of tires and a rotation relatively quickly. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. I had just happened to be in the area, and am really happy that I chose to get all that work done here, my old tires were not going to last much longer but these new ones definitely will.

Never again. I checked in at 5:45 for a 6:00 appointment. The person at the counter had me pick out the tires I wanted and select the oil for the oil change. No one said anything about being behind schedule or that the services would not be completed. I did my shopping and came back about an hour later only to find they had not even started working on my vehicle yet. When they finally called me up to the counter to pay for the work that had been done, I noticed that they had not charged me for the oil change and told them that it needed to be added to my bill. I was told that they had not charged me because they ran out of time and didn’t do it. Their reason that not getting it done was okay was that the appointment was only for tires. They don’t schedule oil changes.Good luck speaking to anyone at Walmart for resolution. I tried. The manager I spoke to was unapologetic and rude. The auto center manager that I was told to call, was never there. Walmart simply doesn’t care.

Checked in at 7am, 2nd in line. Rude without a doubt was the gentleman working the counter. 2 hrs for oil change n tire rotation. Terrible customer service worst experience in all the yrs Ive been going there.

Convenient hours and fair prices

Brought car in for four new tires which they told me they had two different sizes for me. Told me after 2 hours they couldn’t get one of the tires lug nuts off but would still do the other three. Then after another hour came back with no tires changed, said they now couldn’t get lug nuts off of any of them and all of a sudden actually did not have the right tires in stock. Seemed like lazy staff who didn’t want to put in extra work and didn’t care when they went on lunch break even if helping someone, won’t be returning.

Everytime I come here I have to wait well over 2 hours! This is rediculous for an oil change. 3 people who came after me have gotten done. All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle is never vacuumed as I pay to have done. This is the last time I get my oil changed here.

Wait time for oil change can be very long. Advise getting a ride if you dont want to walk around in shop for hours.

They are friendly and priced are good but over 4 hours for oil change and tire rotation. So make sure you have the time to spend at Walmart!

Make an appt and show up early. A couple staff in tyres should be working in another departments they are more familiar with. Outside of the confusion they created, everything else went smoothly.

Waited for 3 hours only to find out that there was more then 6 people a head of us. We left without service.

They said it would be an hour wait for an oil change and I said that was ok and walked around the store for a bit. An hour and a half later, they page my name to say my car is ready. I wander over to the auto center only to have them tell me that they couldnt perform the oil change because I didnt have one of the oil filters which is compatible with their system. They also accidentally rotated my tires because they got my car confused with another car. Although they didnt charge me for this, im still upset. im grateful they didnt accidentally do something bad to it. overall im unsatisfied.

Very nice place to go to. I went to the beloit, wi walmart to get an oil change and they ended up not draining my old oil and ontop of it putting too much in. So since I was close to the janesville walmart at the time and my car was giving off alot of smoke I decided to stop by. The janesville store drained my over flowing oil and gave me a free oil change ontop of nice service. Theyre very trusting at this auto place.

I am never coming to this location again. I have been to three other locations with this same vehicle and the fact that my hood only uses the secondary latch has never been this much of an issue before.When I got there, I was told it would only take a half an hour because they werent extremely busy. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes to have my car finished and I was there for an hour and 10 minutes and I was unable to go to a store I was intending to go to because I stupidly thought I would have plenty of time, by the time they finally got me my paperwork and a waiver to sign so that I could finally leave it was way too late for me to be able to get to that store.They also refused to discount the service at all for waiting way longer than I was told I would be waiting for and making me miss one of my errands.I work 50 hours a week and only get 2 days off sometimes I even have to work 60, and that was an extra hour out of my day off that I could have used doing something else.If theres an issue like this with a vehicle how about you ASK the vehicles owner instead of talking about it behind their back like they dont even know about their vehicles issue.I actually had to ask what was going on because they kept talking behind their desk and acting like I wasnt even there.This was ridiculous and could have been taking care of a half hour sooner had you actually spoken to me.

Came for an oil change, was helped right away and was told a few people were ahead of me. I came in at 4:30pm and left at 8:30pm, horrible for just a simple oil change.

Dont go there. The wait is HORRIBLE and they will break your car, not tell you then deny they did it. Broke the hood on my new car, supposedly watched the video and said they didnt do it... Which is funny since they were the only ones to touch it. They dont give a flying crud about cuatucust.

Made a appointment. Showed up early was told there is a 4 hr wait. Then take a hr to do work. So there is 5 hrs if not longer

There is an employee named Curtis that works at the Auto desk. Ive seen him overworked many times and spoken badly to by a supervisor. But Curtis stays professional . I hope someday soon, Curtis will be recognized for all that he does.

Hade new tiers put on the left grease on tje steering wheel. They do not do alignments.

Took almost 2.5 hours to get tires put on and an oil change. Luckily I had a shopping list to keep me busy for most if that time.

Waited 4 hours to get tires mounted. Scratched every wheel and didnt replace stems. Now one of them is leaking... wow... stay away
