I have had a terrible experience working with the Hyundai dealership in Racine Wisconsin. They never paid to the state of Wisconsin my car license. Unbelievable!! Don’t buy any car from this dealership or the Home Run group.

Norm at stevens point got me in without an appointment when my 18 ram wipers would not shut off and blinkers did not work, i got really nice polite service from him, i recomend the place highlythank you

Run away from this company. They dont call you back, even in an extremely urgent matter, and give you the complete run around. Nothing is done in a timely manner. Go to Fagan or Boucher. MUCH better services!!!!

Worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. Take them forever to do anything, they dont inspect their trade in vehicles, and they stole money from me. They received a rebate check and literally kept the money instead of sending to the bank like they were supposed too. NEVER STOP HERE!

Although we like our vehicle of purchase so far, the process of selecting a car was absolutuely ridiculous!  We spend a good 9 hours test driving vehicles that were not in our price range in spite of us giving them a budget (and a month worth of email communication that they may or may not reply to).  They wanted to make sure we were not only at the very tip top of the budget but excessively over budget.  Regretfully, we returned a couple days later because they went to get a vehicle from one of their other lots for us and because we didnt want to go anywhere else because they ran our credit through multiple creditors even though we disclosed that we were building our credit and we didnt want to go though this treacherous process again at another dealership, the other finance manager, Baker, became irate because his manager in training misquoted us the price of the vehicle and didnt want to give us the vehicle for the price we were quoted. Baker then informed us that if were were to purchase that particular vehicle he WOULD NOT FIX ANYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE!  It would be our loss if something were to happen to it and he was not willing to certify the vehicle like the other finance manager was willing to do - rude and ridiculous.  So, they proceeded to try to get us to settle for a vehicle outside our budget, again. Eventually, 5 hours and lots of prayer later, we were able to find something close to the top of our budget but affordable, that didnt make us worry that the vehicle would be inoperable in a few months . We were told that we would receive an extra keyfob for our new vehicle they just had to send it from the other alot only to be told two weeks later that the original owner never urned in the second key....figures!  Unless you come with a preapproval, cash or an exact vehicle in mind - especially if you are working on your credit or working within a tight budget, I would not waste your time.  They are focused on their own agenda and not making sure the customer is happy.  Otto received one star because he was unfortunately caught in the middle of this foolishnss while trying to make everyone happy and Jak gets one star for at least trying to make things feasible for us.  Other than that,  and a positive interaction with Chis when we were just looking at and researchiing vehicles between the emails and phone conversation, if it was possible to leave a rate lower than a one star that is all we would have to give.  Had we read the reviews prior to this visit this would not have been our location of choice lesson learned. Very disppointed in this process and their terrible customer service.

On november 18th,2016 we bought a Nissan Maxima from Janesville Nissan a/k/a Kia, subaru and Nissan of Janesville. We traded in our Toyota Avalon which as of 12/28 still hasnt been paid off. After several attempts contacting the dealership with no returned calls and us continuing to make payments on a car thats parked on there lot. Please people dont make the same mistake... shop elsewhere!!!!
