Super place, great choice of beverages, cakes, cookies. They even have alcoholic drinks (cocktails with wines, sparkling wines). Cool instagram-able interior. Friendly staff, delicious coffee (its strong and has great real flavor!). My recommendation for sure!

Good coffee shop experience in terms of friendly staff and exceptional coffeeshop decor. Clean and modern, including a great restroom. Comfortable seating. Even a private meeting room available. We didnt try the savory food. Cheesecake was good. Espresso was just OK for me-- admittedly tastes vary. Prices seemed rather high. Good location. If you are a coffee shop enthusiast, it is definitely worth a visit.

Cute outdoor seating, friendly helpful staff, delicious sips! Ample parking, too. What’s not to love? I got the sugar free hazelnut cold brew, and it was exactly what I was craving. Can’t wait to come back and try some of their food offerings, as well as more from the drink menu!

The coffee is pretty good, better than the gas station coffee I will tell you that. But omg the food. Just delicious! The pulled pork sandwich and havana burger have tickled me in ways I didnt know were possible and I must have more!

I live very close to here, so it is my go to coffee shop. Up until the last few visits, I have been nothing but satisfied. As of late, the quality of service has not been good.I have had to wait longer for my drink while watching the girls behind the counter stand and talk while just holding my empty cup. Im patient, but I have had to wait multiple times so they can gossip (i know its gossip, I am standing right next to them waiting) its frustrating not being able to grab a quick coffee when theres no line due to the staff not focusing on work. Today when I received my order, they were wrong.The place has a great ambiance, great coffee, but unfortunately customer service is poor when the owner is not working with them behind the counter.

A lovely little coffee shop. Ive ordered from there through delivery services as and finally had a chance to stop in. The decor is great, and the baristas were polite and helpful. Ive enjoyed the food and the drinks. Highly recommend this coffee shop.

Cute place, very delicious sandwiches. Theres a decent-sized party room in the back for quieter study or to reserve for your group. Outside tables out front. Very glad we visited!

Food was great I ordered a Roast Beef and Swiss and a iced salted caramel cold brew. The sandwich was held together with a toothpick which was nice so it wasnt all over the place when I got it. Another thing I was happy about was that my sandwich was not soggy and they definitely wer generous with the kettle chips. I ordered via door dash so I did not have contact with any of the staff there. But I have no complaints on the food and cant wait to bring my mom and grandma here

Holly, the wonderful baker behind the scenes, is one of the main reasons we visit this coffee shop 2-3 times a week! She is just the sweetest and always provides great customer service with a smile on her face. Of course all of her treats and meals are phenomenal as well! Way to go, Holly!

Extensive menu and decent-enough coffee, but the staff need an attitude adjustment. The young woman at the register was pretty miserable. How about pretending to like serving customers?

I’m not sure when they stopped actually cooking their breakfast food and just started microwaving everything but I am so disappointed. I ordered the everything bagel breakfast sandwich. The egg was a preformed round egg patty that they microwaved. They microwaved the bacon ( which doesn’t matter on bacon) but then they didn’t even toast the bagel. A microwaved bagel is like rubber. I have had this before as delivery last fall and it was amazing then. Please go back to actually making your food. It’s sad that I could have a better bagel from McDonald’s.

My wife got an iced caramel machiatto and an avocado blt. She said they were both awesome. Im a little more low maintenance lol and just got black coffee with sugar. We spent 17 bucks. It was all good though and well definately go back again.

Its a new gem I found. Love the food and coffee. Their staff and wait time is good :) went there with my little sister, they have a few things for their kids menu. Definetly going there more often

Been wanting to try, finally went in to get the vanilla cream cold brew as advertised. Well ended up with nothing like their photo! Watered down coffee with no flavor wasn’t pleased one but w and will not go back after the young girl served she didn’t know what she was doing or the “owner” when asked to make a second coffee and got the same thing. Was told it doesn’t look like photo because it “settles” once made. Ok soo how did you get the photo of your advertised drink then if it settles. I’ll stick to mocha moment.

I asked for a Matcha Latte and they gave me green milk and said they couldnt make it actually taste like Matcha. I gave them an extra star though because they did refund it.*Edit* I shouldve also mentioned that the Matcha Lattes after mine were looking more green so hopefully they fixed this issue. I just wish that the ladies behind the counter would admit they made a mistake and fix it rather than fight it. Thats poor customer service for sure.

Place was clean, but one worker did not make me feel welcome. She had blonde hair and skinny with a green shirt, when she handed my coffee, she didn’t say anything and give me a dirty look. When she made my coffee it was not good and I get this coffee all time and it didn’t taste the same.Then, I said, “have a great day” and she just gave me a dirty look again and walked away. But the other lady was very nice and said “Hi, what can I get you today” with a bright smile when I walked in the door.

3/6 employees didnt even attempt to wear their mask correctly. Not friendly demeanors, not super helpful with questions. My first time in, and was not served what I attempted to order (from the menu, not a specialty). Should write which options are available in decaf so customers dont have to stand in line to ask.

Drinks were great. Food was really good. I felt the price of a sandwich was a little high given the quantity of meat and cheese on the sandwich. However, what I got tasted great.

One of the most inviting coffee shops I’ve ever been to. There’s outdoor seating with umbrellas, as well as indoor seating. They use Colectivo coffee which is delicious and smooth. The pastries are yummy too and taste homemade. I love their danishes. Everything tastes fresh. The staff are kind and friendly. This is the kind of place you come to hang out with friends, go on a cute date, or study. You just want to linger. I’m willing to drive 25min to come here.

The staff will help you find your forever order. Great coffee and atmosphere.

One step below Starbucks. Not sure how they call themselves a coffee shop. I had to wait for my black coffee guess they cant just pour it. It was served in disposable cup and was burnt like it sat too long. Food was mediocre. Very loud. No ambiance. Wouldnt come back.

Great place and great drink selection. Enjoy a wonderful pastry that is baked in house. A mocha shake is my favorite for when I want dessert but also caffeine. There is an inviting atmosphere about Havana, the wall decor of greenery is nice and the seating by the window at the right part of the day the sun will shine and be such a inviting presence. Such a nice addition to this side of town. Barista’s here create a nice informant with the chill vibe the give off.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes for a cup of plain coffee. The barista clearly didn’t know how to make the drinks for the customers ahead of me, then customers who arrived after me were served first. The place looked so promising, but was super disappointing.

I heard a bunch of great things about this place from my friends and decided to check it out, and after seeing that they also had a cold brew horchata drink.Although they have a sneeze guard up, employees are not wearing masks or changing gloves between each customer drink. Besides me, there was only one other customer wearing a mask.The drink was good, but I felt really uneasy throughout the short time I spent within the cafe. I’ll take my business to Starbucks, where I know safety protocols are followed.

Staff here is friendly and helpful, I saw them dealing with some pretty rude customers. Food and drinks are good.

The vibes in this place are ✨IMMACULATE✨ I just found out this place and I will be coming back everytime I visit Janesville. The plants make me so happy since I’m into horticulture and botany. 🌱🌱 The coffee is so smooth and delicious. I recommend the pumpkin spice latte hot. Girl in red was playing and the baristas were so cute and sweet 🥺🥰

Place is nice, new, and clean. Staff was very nice with overall fast service. They lost me when they pulled out the carnation pumpkin creamer for the pumpkin spice lattes. And my egg scramler breakfast sandwich had pre-fabricted eggs from a sysco box. I expect a coffee shop to do better.

I can see im the back that 2 workers are talking with who I presume is making the sandwich and from what I can see no one is wearing a mask or any gloves. Good coffee but I will not be coming back

The atmosphere and seating is nice. Their coffee is great and they offer a large selection of syrups/flavors to add. The prices are decent, comparable to Starbucks and Id rather support this local place than them so its worth it to me. Ive only had their baked goods and breakfast sandwiches but both were delicious. I love this place because its local and the coffee is very good and also their bakery is very delicious.

While I wasnt impressed with their cold brew or the horchata drink, they did have a large selections of different drinks available. Ill definitely go back in to try something else. Their baked goods are amazing and the interior of the shop was laid out in a spacious yet cozy manner.

Great drinks in a wonderful environment! The salted caramel latte is perfection for the warm coffee option but the green hornet smoothie is a perfect refreshing option full of greens for the non coffee time of day. I enjoy Havana in the morning and afternoon!

We stopped here after our Sunday morning workout. What a lovely little shop. We had two Cortados sweetened, along with two breakfast sandwiches. Yum! Coffee was perfect and the sandwich had the BEST fresh bread. Just the right amount of chew. Delicious! We will definitely stop again.
