Based on a single experience here but this wasnt the best Starbucks. The environment, menu, are all consistent with most Starbucks.Very little seating, only one bathroom make for a cramped venue.This place allows a view of the back and back I noticed it has a dirty floor. This is in addition to the flies that hampered this sole experience I had here. Still generally maintains drink quality.

I dont support the company and it poor treatment of are military people. I still remember them refusing to send them coffee orders because they didnt support the war started by that president even though the officers wanted to buy it personally.They need to be removed from business and learn to be decent people.

Staff are fantastic. However this place has a TON of flies buzzing around the orders and even land on me while I’m trying to work. Currently (September 2020). Like a LOT. Hopefully someone at corporate can see this and help out!

Always a really long line, ordered a large and it wasn’t even filled all the way up. More of a medium in a large cup.

Nice people. Great coffee, but cant help but wonder why no more mobile ordering? I usually get coffee everyday before work but with no more ordering ahead and how insane busy it is I dont have time to anymore. Just curious why the mobile ordering isnt available anymore

This location is very busy which would not be that bad if it not for the flies that are swarming around all over the store. I had to swat away flies while I waited over ten minutes for my order. Overall the inside was very unclean and unkempt.

Stopped by on a Saturday for two coffees. The drive-thru was out to the road. People were waiting inside along the wall. I ordered and waited. In about 10 min. I received the first drink, in front of the others that were there before me. I waited another 5 min. for the 2nd. I noticed a drink on the shelf that looked like what I ordered. I asked and instead she reached down and handed me mine. Very unorganized with the workers chatting as there people patiently waiting.

Terrible experience. Employees were rude, especially a brown haired girl I believe to be named Danielle. I waited for my coffee for over 10 min, so I asked her how much longer it would take. She ignored me at first, then when asking again, she rudely said “soon”, whipped her head around, and began giggling with other workers. Drive thru was out to the road when I saw multiple workers walk to the back and stay there for a few min at a time. I wouldn’t waste your time here, go to the one inside of Target.

Inside was closed. They were out of apple juice...no caramel apple spice. Waited 30 minutes for a second choice drink that wasnt great. I will say the staff was very friendly and upbeat for how busy they were but drinks were not great for the price and wait time.

The staff are friendly and polite. I asked for suggestions, they asked a few questions and told me some drinks I may like including their favorites too. I appreciated how nice they were and that they didnt seem to have a problem with suggesting things even though I was in the drive thru. The only problem with this location is they have closed early without anything posted. Theres been a few times Ive gone around 1:30pm and a customer posted a sign over the speaker letting others know it closed. I saw a sign from staff once about early closure.

Very busy, but moved through quickly. Friendly staff and beverages were great. Well be back.

I appreciate in these times there are people willing to work however, the store was filthy. Looked as if it hasnt been cleaned in weeks. There was a mistake with our order, Im not sure if it was my mistake or theres. And when they re made my drink it was not with a pleasant attitude.

Love my starbies, but this location needs a faster drive thru. Every time I go there is a line going on to the street

Always good coffee but sad that they are out of peppermint flavor at least till November from what I heard. Great, cheerful service at this location.

I order here through mobile order all the time. But today, I paid for my food & my drink & had to leave without it otherwise Id be late to work! I am coming into work not a happy camper. I called when I left & was told theres no manager available but theyd be happy to make it at a later time or give a refund. At this point, my order should be free. I love this place & the employees. Id hate to stop coming here just to go into the one in target.

This Starbucks is always busy, never open and always out of everything! Don’t get me wrong, employees are super nice, but they need a better strategy, and better preparation! Whom ever does inventory for this needs to do better

Drive-thru had a long line but moved pretty quick.

Dont come out often but we heard of the new Strawberry Funnelcake drink and had to try it. I am so glad we did !!! Service was wonderful and VERY kind which is rare going out these days. It was wonderful thank you!!

Yesterday I stopped at Starbucks in Janesville, WI for coffee. After I placed my order the Barista told me that they didnt have the Hazelnut flavor available, but she could offer me another flavor choice. She very pleasantly rattled off the choices, but nothing really worked so I said, Its all good. Ill just take Pike Place instead. She again mentioned shed be happy to give me another flavor, but I said it was no big deal and the Pike Place was fine. I held out my phone so she could scan it when I got up to the window, but she was already shaking her head no. This one is on me, she said. You were so pleasant and kind and all day Ive had nothing but nasty people when we didnt have something they wanted, so please enjoy.

Picked up an order for my daughter n her co worker

Too many flying insects inside. Ordered a dark coffee and took my first sip 5 minutes after leaving and the coffee sucked. Not impressed

It’s really frustrating with the amount of money that my wife and I spend at Starbucks, that the app in the points don’t count when we spend at target, and the location by Best Buy I refuse to go to because their drinks are never the same, we just went back for the first time in a while and both coffees were water down and just not the same, it’s sad because the staff is actually really nice

Chris is supper nice but there is a lot of flies and it’s disgusting i saw it land on the food and everytime i come here it’s like that they need an electric fly swatter or something NASTY🤮🤮

I know staffing is an issue, but the inconsistent hours can be bothersome and they have been out of some of their normal flavor options for a while. The people who are working though, are always warm and welcoming.

Been drinking nothing but awful coffee on the road for two days. This place saved my life. Finally, a good quality roast made respectably one cup at a time by pour-over. Special nod to the delightfully hospitable and thoroughly conscientious barista (in glasses) who prepared my order. 👍☕🔥🔥🔥

Parking situation is terrible. Line was long. I love the drinks but next time I see a long line blocking stalls, ill just skip it.

Literally the worst place i’ve ever been. they have temporary hours because people were out sick and i sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before one of their employees coming out to tell me they’re closing and they won’t let us order.

Love the service and the coffee but the drive through line is always too dang long.

Staff is always super nice even when they are swamped and they always get my order right the first time. Drive through can become congested during peak time but they get you through without much wait.

Drive up line was around the building, moving slow. Its was like 330pm. I decided to stop waiting and pulled up and went inside. There was 4 employees and all were running around crazy except the new girl. She was at the register and did a great job. I was the only one inside until I was waiting for my drink then 3 more came in for just pick ups. They really need a better system.

Update Google with your correct open/close times!!! Im here at 6:30am, Google says your open, and the place is a ghost town!! So annoying

Brandy is the RUDEST worker I have ever encountered at this Starbucks. I have been there 3 times in the last weak and they had NONE OF my stuff I wanted in my drink. And when I asked her to see what they had... SHE RUDELY snapped at me. I will NOT attend with her working there

Emily was super sweet and kept me upto date on my order even apologized for the longer wait which is totally ok no need for rush. Super awesome of Starbucks to care about their employees and close during cold weather this week!

The drive through line was massive so I decided to park and run inside instead. I was then served quickly (within 2 minutes) and my coffee was prepared exactly how I ordered it. Bathroom could have been more tidy.

This starbucks always closes so early without bothering to update their hours. they also shut down the mobile ordering frequently so it’s very inconvenient.

Store should had not been put there. Starbucks (and any other place that has a lot of drive thru traffic) needs to get a site where their long lines DONT block customers at other stores. I feel sorry for IHop having to deal with Starbucks customers blocking parking stalls AND the handicap stalls. Try backing up a mobility vehicle when people refuse to let people back out. Should had just called the police.

Im really sorry for this review but it needs to be re re re re readdresed. At any moment of any day you wil find the drive thru line wrapped around its own parking lot overflowing onto the busy main road. Customers of IHOP next door cant even get in our out of the restaurant its awful. Once you make it in line be prepared to get stuck there because the drive thru is one lane you cant just leave if you decide you want out. Poor placement of this store. Never had problems with the staff buuuut........

Dont try to use the drive through at this location unless you have 20-30 minutes to spend on waiting. I cant comment on the coffee personally, I occasionally stop here to pickup coffee for my wife and she loves it. What I can comment on is the staff and the customer experience. The staff has always been very friendly. Now the bad... this is quite possibly to slowest coffee shop in the universe. The layout of the building is such that the drive through essentially is the parking lot, which is small and awkwardly laid out to begin with. Its hard to believe this design was actually approved. Im glad my house wasnt designed by firm that did this work. This causes lots of bottlenecks as you can imagine. Anyone bold enough to attempt to park here (it also is shared with a chain restaurant) deserves a medal of honor. Whats a real sight to behold is when traffic wraps around the road in which this Starbucks is on (Deerfield Dr.) up to the next stoplight. and actually impacts traffic patterns on said road. If you need to stop here I strongly suggest you order online, give it 20 minutes, park a few blocks away and hoof it into this location. But hey, thats good... just add that into your daily cardio! I got in line at 4pm on the dot. I wait a half hour and finally make it to the speaker. I expected a long wait so this wasn’t an issue. Until I see a sign at the speaker saying “due to staffing issues we will be closing at 4:30” guess what time it was?? I figured they would serve the waiting customers and close the line after the last car. Nope. A boy came out and told me the car before me is the last to be served and that myself and the other 10 cars behind me all need to leave and will not be served. I had to wait in the drive through to leave since I was blocked in, and when I called the store and asked for the corporate number she said “we’re closed and I’m busy, you will have to google it” and hung up. Disgusting service (if that’s what you can call not being served at all) and the employees were not the slightest bit concerned or apologetic.

Good drinks and friendly staff but always so slow! Drive thru is not convenient, congested with IHOP parking there too. Always a line and long wait.

Always great coffee and i get exactly what I ask for. Only downfall is the drive thru wraps around another business blocking people from leaving. They need a bigger parking lot.

I went to this location and ordered an $8 drink that smelt like rotten eggs or milk and tasted disgusting. It was a venti iced chai latte with 2 shots of espresso and 3 pumps of pumpkin sauce and caramel drizzle. Wouldn’t be as upset, but this was not a cheap drink. Drove all the way from Whitewater and wasted my money on an undrinkable drink. Also, if I were to drink it I could get very sick.

So slow.. Tried this one a few times. Be prepared to wait a very long while.

Googled this Starbucks before getting off the interstate on my way home this evening. There website states the drive thru was open until 9pm and lobby is closed at 7pm. I arrived at 740pm and was told the place was closed! Please update your website to the actual time you will be closing!

Good beverages, but due to the poor layout of the building design, the line is always forever long. For that reason I cannot give a five star review. They really need to either redesign the parking lot, or relocate the business altogether. The staff is almost always very friendly tho.

The drive thru not open hours stated on website. I went twice in the last week. Once at 2:00 in the afternoon and again at 6 :30 in the evening. They were closed but employees inside the drive thru window just ignored me. Wont go to this store again!!

I love this Starbucks! The morning crew is insanely efficient and will have you through the drive thru line super fast.That being said, the drive thru is the worst part of this store. You cant park and go in here in the afternoon without getting blocked in by the line. I dont know why they havent relocated yet 🤷‍♀️

It is constantly busy. I had to wait 30 minutes to get a coffee and that was walking in drive-thru was even worse. But at least they do not have sign it posted that says they refuse service to police because if they did I would have left immediately

I really like this Starbucks! The drive-thru people are always so friendly and Ive never had a messed-up order. Im not a fan of two of Madisons locations but a big fan of this Janesville one! Tricky maneuvering in the parking lot (very small and shares with Ihop) sometimes when its busy but thats probably everywhere.

I love this place. I wish theyd expand their patio area outward a bit, however. More seating would be great!

I stopped on my way home havent really gone to this Starbucks and I was very disappointed. I got a Venti Carmel Crunch Frapp. It didnt taste like anything but iced milk no coffee flavor🥺 I was really excited for it till I tasted it No Bueno.I think the girl forgot to add the coffee. Not sure if I will ever go back there, I would rather go to Dunkin Donuts if Im in Janesville.

What is the deal with the names for the sizes? Is the extra couple of dollars so I feel special because I ordered a 20oz coffee with an Italian word instead of calling it large? Why is the grande so small? Do they have a short size to provide context for the tall? Why isnt the vente called a mucho grande?

This location gets really busy as its the only location for miles. Unfortunately, service is not on par with any other Starbucks. They routinely ignore small requests and may serve you standard version of drinks, even if you ordered a modified version.

Love other Starbucks, but this one is always terrible. waited 25+ minutes for a drink while other people who got there after me got their drinks, and my drink is correct. do yourself a favor and just go to beloit instead.

This sbux is the idealization of quality. It isnt the most superb coffee, but I know exactly what Im going to get when I pay for it. And the price I pay is not reflective of any superiority that this establishment has. Instead it is a demonstration of the organizations ability to standardize their flavors, persona, and environment, irregardless of global location. The place is clean and the service is friendly.

I am not a big fan of Starbucks coffee but I tried to give it a shot and It did not change my mind. But the place was nice.

I work nearby and this is the only Starbucks in town. It is consistently SLOW. I’m currently on minute 21 of waiting in the drive through. Even when I’ve done mobile ordering 15 minutes early, there’s no guarantee it will be ready. I don’t know what the issue is, but as someone who comes here nearly everyday, it’s incredibly frustrating.

Never seen such a backed up drive through line. Hard to get in and park. So I placed an order on the app and waited inside. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes but I wasn’t in a rush. All the baristas were very nice even though they were stressed by the amount of orders coming in. I think they were a little understaffed or something. My drinks were perfect!

Luckily avoided the very long drive thru line. Friendly service.

I love treating myself to Starbucks when Im out shopping here and there. I have never had a problem with this location. The staff is friendly and my drinks are always good! I usually dont have to wait long for my drinks, either. The only issue is the drive-thru. It wraps around into the parking lot and can be quite a hassle if other people need to leave to get out and you are sitting in line in the drive-thru because you will be in their way. I usually go inside to get my drinks at this location because of that. Overall, I would recommend this location!
