Go out of your way to visit! They have fantastic ice cream, and even better - creative desserts that you dont normally find at your run-of-the-mill ice cream joint. They have plenty of unique flavors, and all the dipped cones to boot. There is a special case filled with an impressive variety of chocolate dipped cheesecakes, dipped bananas, and ice cream cookie sandwiches (chocolate dipped too of course). I saw a family coming out with their ice cream nachos, which I am DEFINITELY going to try next time. So theyve got the goods, what else could you want?How about super friendliness? I remarked to my family how friendly the people were, not pushy, and seemingly enjoying their time working. This is uncommon to see in my experience. Both people there were giving off good vibes that even my daughter said the guy who gave her the cookie ice cream sandwich seemed genuinely pleased with her choice. Well, thats about all you could ask for right?BUT WAIT! THERES MORE! Its located on a corner and they have a clean fenced in area with picnic tables, and even mini-benches if ice cream eaters in your party are children. Its a nice cozy spot and even the other family already seated in the area was friendly. The power of ice cream was on full display today.

Were from Missouri and we stopped in for some ice cream. Of course I had to try the Blue Moon ice cream but I also had a caramel apple pie in a waffle cone. Id have to say this was the best ice-cream Ive ever had and the staff was polite and courteous. Highly recommend!

My wife and I love going to this ice cream shop. They have fun little giveaways, sales, and SO many great flavors and creative ice cream ideas. Ice cream tacos yall! They are on the expensive side of ice cream, but I think the price is very fair. :)They also sell cookies and cheesecake!

Spotless and adorable shop. Sooo many flavors, so hard to choose. My daughter is allergic to gluten but they have many gluten free flavors even gluten free cones. The store was very clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. They have a ton of different ice cream flavors which our kids thought was super cool. It wasnt busy and they gave us many samples of all the flavors. Choosing a single cone/dish gives you a reasonable amount of ice cream. I personally feel the prices are high.

Prices were fantastic and affordable. We enjoyed our experience and the ice cream was some of the best we have had. The flights and ice cream nachos were amazing.

Out of the way but right across from a school. We didnt know it was even in town until a Google review of Baskin Robbins. This place is so much better. Very crowded today after school but understandable.Not a lot of masks were seen. Inside and outside seating. Quick service even with the line.

Well, lets just say the ice cream. Always good. Its hard to say you have a favorite flavor. So many choices including something for the day you decide to make it less of a cheat and go for what might seem a little healthier. We were in on what looked like a quiet Sunday but good thing we ordered early because the ice cream idea must have spread to those that quickly arrived after us. Ice cream orders were handled quickly & cheerfully.

The Chocolate Shoppe in Janesville is great. Like all Chocolate Shoppes they have a wide variety of flavors but what really makes it so wonderful are the people who waited on us on the 25th around 2pm & the cleanliness of the facility.

Reading all the comments about how the customer service is great shocks me, because my experience with them was anything but great. Very rude & I would never recommend going here. Save your money people, there are plenty of better places to get ice cream & for a better price.
