This is the second time I have used the Drive Thru and Daniel has waited on me. He is a very professional, considerate and friendly employee. Nice to see someone take pride in their job!

Drive thru was very busy but the crew took great care moving the line along. With the cold weather coming for the next few days, a dipped cone was needed and much appreciated. Keep up the good work!

4 cars in the drivethru should not take 20 minutes. There were at least two employees, and I didn’t see any other customers in the building.When I got to the window to pay they had to verify what I ordered because “people had been driving off”... because of the extreme wait times. There was no apology for the wait, and it also sounded like they hadn’t even started making the two blizzards I ordered until they verified them.

The blonde girl in the drive thru who is always there was VERY rude to us. It was a Saturday when we went. She didnt even listen to our order and I had to repeat our large order 3 times!!! Then I asked her to repeat the order which again she still got wrong.Then we got to the window to pay and our order was still wrong and I said that the one strawberry malt we ordered was supposed to be medium sized and she argued with me saying it was a small and that I said a small which I clearly said medium. Then when i went to show her my recipt which clearly said it wasnt a small but as I said a medium she refused to come back to the window. Then another girl came to the window and handled the mistake with a MUCH better attitude that the other one.We are VERY disappointed in the service here. I gave the one star simply because the second employee was courteous and LISTENED to what I said.

The owner, Tom, is so kind. We have been coming here for a long time. Today we came by, as promised to our boys, following their shots at the doctor’s office. Tom was there and explained that they were closed for the season, as they normally do, and as we were about to get back in the car, he quickly came outside and offered us an ice cream cake. I can’t tell you how that made our boys’ day. They were thrilled. Great establishment and family. Thank you!!

Super friendly staff!

Giving four stars because usually my experience here is great. Usually high schoolers working, but they try their best and have never been rude . On the one occasion something was wrong they were happy to correct. However, I am taking one start away due to the inability to reach anyone via phone here. I was hoping to call to verify of they were still selling cakes since they were drive thru only - 5 calls spread over a couple hours and no one picked up. I didnt want to go through the drive thru to just ask a question . Unfortunately I went elsewhere.

I was thrilled to find a DQ here in my new city. They may not do burgers and fries, but the chilly cheese dog was absolute perfection and tasted just like I remember. And the Mint Chocolate Chunk Blizzard hit the spot! I will be back again and again. Just what the Doctor ordered for this Texas girl.

Had an interesting stop at this Dairy Queen. Either the workers were all on their first day or they had just smoked a STRONG joint in the back of the place. We had an extremely simple order: a small chocolate cone with sprinkles and a small dipped vanilla cone. Well, we had to repeat that about 4 or 5 times until the employee said he understood. I paid, and to our surprise, when we obtained our order, we were given a chocolate cone, no sprinkles, and a vanilla cone, not dipped.I decided to give this 4 stars because it was very amusing and at the least gave us a laugh, although if youre looking to get what you actually order, you may have to really spell it out to the employees.

The family and I love going to DQ for some family ice cream time! Had a chocolate brownie extreme and it was delicious!! Good ice cream and good prices.

Went inside there with my dog in my arms and my girlfriend before being served was asked if I had my service dog verification on my person. After I said that it was in my car I got a death stare. I understand you want to want to run a business but we thought that wasn’t respectful. They definitely lost business to Culver’s right down the road. This is the old fashioned Dairy Queen ice cream only if youre looking for quick lunch dont go there, but if youre looking for tasty ice cream definitely do. My recommendation the Buddy Bar.

Right now this Dairy queen is closed.

Literally just left there. The sign on the door says open and the sign says they close at 8pm which clearly contradicts their Google maps times. Its 7:30 at night and you cant get ice cream. I went and tried the door which was locked as Im walking back to my car the girl working the drive thru said you can go through the drive thru, which there was a line at. I will probably not go back again.

I like this location on the east side more, as its also closer to home.

I would have givin a lower score but there isnt one. I went yesterday and the customer service was horrible.. The worker making the deserts kept throwing dishes cause it was busy. They closed the doors at 730 pm when the sign clearly said 8 pm. They did not make you feel welcome . They act like we as customers were bothering them, so for that I will never go back. Thats too bad cause I like dairy queen.

Ordered a chocolate malt with extra malt, but got something green in bottom and tasted like cardboard. Not sure what happened.

We stopped in for a medium sundae, and a banana split. When they were given to us, I asked if they had been downsized. The girl just walked away. Both were small, but the split was especially small. We wont be going back there.
