Got sold a wrong part went to swap it out with the correct part wich was the exact same price they would not exchange it they said they would send money back on my debit card and I had to pay for the correct part.i spend a lot of money there every month wich I will now be taking my money elsewhere.

Battery died one morning, early. Jumped it and drove it to advance and the woman who helped me had it flipped it minutes in the pouring rain! great service and prices, everyone is always friendly. You can also dispose of used oil here.

The employees are always helpful, and honest, wont go anywhere else for my vehicles needs.

I came in for a set of Brake pads, front/back. For my 2001 mercedes. Unfortunately Advance did not have them in stock, but Grant who was helping me called other Auto service stores until we found one that had my parts in stock. Tremendous customer service and i will be back whenever I need anything.

I wont shop here ever again. I ordered online with a %25 promo code they took %25 off of one item and I paid full price for everything else. I called customer service and was told that those items didnt qualify for the discount. The promo code said %25 off entire order not just parts of it. They do not honor their promotions. Ill shop elsewhere from now on. They have lost one customer for life.
