Bought a new phone at north side AT&T on jasper, service was great! All employees working then were considerate and helpful, it was very busy when I got there, waiting approx 30 min . But Nick ( employee) did acknowledge the customers waiting, informed us we would be taken care of asap ! Whenever I’ve had to go in for whatever reason to AT&T I always have great service !
I was helped first by Allie who told me what I needed todo to sign up for service. She was awesome. I went back a few days later and Sydney helped. She was amazing and explained everything to me in detail. The same evening I had a problem with my net gear box and I went back and Allie fixed it for me. These two young ladies are so sweet and patient. Their knowledge is great and I so appreciated both of them.
Couldnt help us and told us to call customer service which was also no help ... Dont understand what the point is for having a store that cant help and answer the questions you need then at the end told us to visit another store ... basically the only thing that they are there for is to sell you a brand new phone and after that then your on your own
Went in to discuss mobile hotspots and Lindsay was super helpful! She was even busy and made a good effort to get everyone taken care of while we were there.

The WiFi is so bad at this location. Unable to transfer anything from my old phone to my new phone. Really need an upgrade!!!

They are rude and not helpful at all. When I told them I was having a problem with my “new” phone. First they told me I need to upgrade my insurance on the phone then they could help me, when I didn’t do that they told me to go home and call Apple. I went home called Apple and less than 5 minutes later my issue was taken care of.
We have used AT&T for many years. Before moving across the highway we always had a bit of a wait but friendly service. Went into the new store and the lady who was in charge could not have been anymore rude if she tried. .guess it was because we were choosing to not use our upgrades and buy new phones. She literally slammed the return brochure in front of us and walked away! Also couldnt explain why we pay monthly for insurance but to have our phones sent in to be looked at would cost over $115.00. She also rolled her eyes at us as well. I am giving 1 star because the young girl tried to help us after we had been dismissed by the perfect one. Im sorry we pay you $200 a month which helps your store stay open and gives her a paycheck. . Terrible human. .can you say commission. .its definitely noticeable!
Staff was incredibly helpful and I greatly enjoyed being there. They made getting my new phone an enjoyable and stress free experience. Carol was amazing and did a wonderful job helping everyone who came in. Great experience
Exceptionally friendly and went beyond helping me with what I needed, they helped put me on another plan that was better for me and I really enjoyed talking to Kyra. She was a sweetheart
Great looking store but you will always wait a long time for service. Usually 1 maybe 2 reps in the store. If you call and ask about a phone or service their story changes when you get tonthe store. My wife was told her phone card could be switched/activated in store for free. She gets to the store and they charge her for the service. It was only $5 but still it was AT&T that could not fix the problem over the phone.
I called about a phone case but received incorrect information and wasted a trip.
A guy working here kept trying to make me change my phone number. I felt uncomfortable and I left.
The sales lady I worked with was very friendly, helpful and patient. She explained things and I felt comfortable with my purchase when I left.
My phone died suddenly & they got me going again very quickly. I keep getting unsolicited ads on this new phone & I cant seem to stop it.

Staff was friendly from what we saw, unfortunately we never got assisted because there were only two employees in and about 7 people needing assistance. We ended up leaving after about an hour.

They always help me out with my problems, but there is to much scrap on these phones. If I wanted a computer I would have gotten one.
Bought 4 iPhones on Monday. Store only had 2 in stock. Took 3+ hours to get these prepped and paperwork complete. Other 2 phones arrived Wed. Took 2+ hours to get these ready. Within one hour, one of the new phones lost all power. The store gave us a solution. Didnt work. Next solution was to call Apple. Took 2 more hours. They provided a case # and told us to return the phone for a new one. The store refuses the exchange without us paying a $35 restocking fee. Let me get this right...I have my Directv and AT&T accounts tied together, have paid thousands over the years, just committed to 4 phones and $200++ per month (phones online, not Directv) over the next 2 years and I have to pay a restocking fee? Are you kidding me? Thats over $5000 over the next 2 years and you want $35 to restock a phone owned for one hour (and 3 others were purchased!!!)?Called AT&T to report store personnel and their atrocious service/attitude. AT&T quickly realizes the absurdity and credits the restocking fee. Not so hard store people!!! Youre inept, have awful people skills and should be terminated. Who is paying us for the 3 hours on Monday, 2 Wed at the store and 2 on the phone with Apple?I would walk across the street to the Verizon store before I do anything with this AT&T location again. I will never set foot in this store and will move to Verizon immediately after contract is done. I WOULD AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

My cousin and I went here because she needed a new phone, I decided to get a gorilla glass case over my screen they did not have one that said, then they were rude to my cousin, and made of waste 45 minutes trying to get her to buy a phone only to tell her that she had to buy it online, and an associate rolled her eyes at my cousin.
