Went in for a checkup, and the experience was very pleasant. On the way out, some lady named Mary yelled at me and was very rude. But other than that, best eye care experience ever!

Wonderful experience from the first phone call to schedule, my exam, picking out glasses, and returning to pick up glasses and trial contacts. Dr. Kim was thorough, took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and gave explanations and advice that were very helpful! You can tell she truly cares about her patients and making sure they are happy.

I had troubles with my eyeglasses that I bought online. They adjusted it for free and also were really nice about it. Because of this great customer service, I decided to get another eye check up to recheck my prescription. Turns out my old prescription was fine and I didnt need the new glasses which was causing me troubles. They also didnt push me to get new lenses or glasses in their place. I will get my future eye exam here. Thank you for the good service, please keep it up.

What a fun place. Would love to work in an atmosphere like this one. The staff is friendly and good at what they do. My husband received a diabetic eye exam that was VERY thorough. We felt very well taken care of. Will definitely recommend to others (already have). Keep up the great work and the great atmosphere.

Gunderson Eyecare in Jasper, IN is a wonderful place to go for all ages. I have been going to them for 11 years now! I have made wonderful friendships with the staff and that’s why I’ve came back every year for my yearly visit. The doctors and staff are all very nice and care for you and give you thourough eye exams.

My daughter, husband and I just had our eye appointments with Gunderson Eyecare for our yearly check up. I cant tell you how thorough, caring and professional everyone is that works there. They explain everything as they go through the appointment and give you options of what will help. Just a wonderful and trusting place to have as your eye care provider.

The eye exam is very through and conducted in a friendly professional manner. The staff has bent over backwards to assist in finding frames that would fit. Overall, our experience has been very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They told us they took our insurance when we called and when we got there a week later they said they dont take our insurance. Very disappointed, that everyones time got wasted.
