I ordered a part for my lawn mower two and a half weeks ago. The part was supposed to be in a few days after I ordered but no-one called to let me know what was going on. I had to call to see what was going on when I found out the part had been sitting there for over a week. The parts associate Russ is definitely not a people person as when he answered the phone, it was as if I was bothering him by calling. When I entered the parts department, he was sitting at his desk, and didnt even bother asking me if I needed any help. Luckily someone else came from the back room and helped me retrieve the part I had ordered.

They are too expensive I have a 445 John Deere rider and the two little Hydo valves that goes in the back that pushes in when you move the lever to push it cost me over 650 and I looked at the bill later they charged list price so I wouldnt recommend any one to go there I went today and a half moon key that goes in the PTO shaft was a little better it was small but still $4.55 so shop around save money
