Will start my comment by saying that I waited a lifetime to be able to buy a John Deere zero turn mowers. I am 58 and disabled so I bought what I would have considered the very best mower to help me with my mowing. The mower is a 2017 915E model with the tweels. It has 95 hours on it and has been garage kept. I bought the commercial grade mower because I thought it would last the rest of my life. I think I was very wrong about John Deere! I have not made it through one season without something tearing up on my mower. 1st full year carburetor replaced, 2nd full year carburetor replaced, 3rd year ignition coil replaced and now this year a broken push rod replaced. Mower is down again for this year because when blades are engaged the mower will bog down and quit. Problem yet to be determined. I paid $9000.00 for this mower and still owe about $2000.00 on it. If you take it to Tri Green you had better have very deep pockets to get it fixed. 1st time I took it to them it cost $150.00 and that was just to pick it up and drop it off and I live 5 and a half miles away from them. The carburetor was $775.00 for parts and labor. All together $925.00. I will ever buy another product from JD. I just cant afford to.

Very disappointed in the quality of my JD X330 mower. Its been returned to TriGreen Jasper 3 times for problems. Only 38 hours of running time. I wont make the mistake of buying a John Deere product again.

Ive only been there for parts so far. All the counter persons are nice people.

Could not fix the mower after 3 times and paying over $400 for parts it didnt need they ended up putting the clutch back on and it took a month and 3 days for that and didnt refund a dime back. will never be back

Good group, enjoyed the steak sandwiches. A little sad the tractor we want will not be available till July but still excited it will be here in July.
