Very good place to shop with excellent quality products and excellent prices. Very friendly staff and the store is very comfortable. I bought a predator generator and the customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend harbor freight A+++ Satisfaction Guaranteed!

This is one of the nicest Harbor Freight Tools Stores Ive ever been in. Nice wide aisles, clean and several of the staff asked if I needed help.One word of advice, bring a cart in with you as there are no carts inside and I didnt see any hand baskets. Wait, on second thought-thats probably not a bad thing as id have bought a lot more stuff....Good job Harbor Freight of Jasper, Indiana.

Sold out of what I was mainly after. Associate says they are changing over to a different product name. Needed nails for pneumatic air gun.

One of the cleanest harbor freight locations Ive ever been in.

Had stuff on sale but they wanted me to pay th $30 membership fee. I never get cupons any more. Been a professional body man for 40 years. May have to quit going in there.

Cashier not very friendly. Stood waiting tone checked out while 2 more associates at the registers talking and didnt open one up. Customer at register looking for specific item and holding up line.

I can spend hours shopping here

10 out of 10 experience. Employees were very helpful when did not try and push me to buy something. Everything was organized, and in its place. The employees clearly take care of the store.

As usual the staff at the store were very welcoming, friendly and courteous. Well organized store and we found more then what we went there for. Parking was a breeze. Also, lots of nice places around for a quick or relaxed lunch/dinner.

I like that I can go in here and not be hounded by sales people but if I need help, I have no problem finding someone to ask. It may not be big or have the best name brands, but they have a lot of things I need at a much lower price. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Off branded merchandise. You kinda get what you pay for. Hand tools are decent, good gifting items. Shop around on prices before you buy. Some auto parts stores (Advance, OReilly) have better tools at better prices.

Employees are friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of tools. They had the tools that you cant get anywhere else. When you go in looking for tools. You will end up buying tools that you never seen but I always wanted. They even have slingshots. A lot of tools from the past. And a lot of tools that just came out. I look I dont know how they can make make tools for that price.

Harbor Freight it the Big Lots of hardware stores. Some of their stuff is ok but I would not trust their tools for heavy duty work or for accuracy. You buy cheap you get cheap.

Tools are of variable quality; here, as everywhere, you get what you pay for. Many items are better suited for occasional home use than for the jobsite. On the upside, youll feel like Zeus when a cheaply made tool disintegrates in your hand! But seriously, stick to the better brands.

Everything is super easy to find

Cheap Chinese made tools. I get nitrile gloves I use for working on motors and keep in my truck if I have to do first aid. I also pick up other odds and end. They have ads you can pull up on your cell and usually a free item with purchase.
