I called Kemna Collision and they got me in the next day to inspect the AC issue I was having. Greg quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for a used part. I appreciated that I was even given this option, as it would save me several hundred dollars. They were able to get my car in within a few days of ordering the part. I dropped my car off around 9 in the morning and was pleasantly surprised at the quick turn around time. I was able to pick up my car just before noon he same day.This is my second time using Kemna Collision and trust them more than any other shop in town.10/10 would recommend.

Rode here with a friend today. I’m usually not blown away by customer service, but this visit hit different. Everyone acted like she was a daughter of theirs. They were so calm and kind. They weren’t just trying to get her to go through insurance so they can maximize their profits. They were honest and gave her every available option. Yes insurance replacing everything was one, but buffing out the paint and only replacing a few key components to get her running smoothly was another.(Knock on wood) When I need a local bodyshop I won’t hesitate to drive out here to visit them. What kind people.

They did a great job repairing the hail damage on my car. You can’t even tell it had been damaged! They were very nice through the whole process and kept me up to date on what was going on and when to expect my car to be finished. I also didn’t have to do anything between them and my insurance, they handled everything. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up to bring me back to my car when it was done, which I really appreciated. They finished my car quickly, especially considering all of the other people who I’m sure brought their cars in around the same time due to the hail. I highly recommend them!

I cant say enough good things about Kemna Collision. I could tell as soon as I walked up that the shop is very well organized and well-run.it was wonderful dealing with a family-owned business. My car was done exactly on time and they did a wonderful job. They even did an absolutely incredible job of detailing the entire interior, which was a surprise to me. I first found Kemna Collision after I was rear-ended and then the other drivers insurance company tried to railroad me. Id never been in an accident before and knew nothing about the process or my rights. Kemna is a great family run shop that understands true customer service. I was rear ended and needed bumper repair. Kemna took care of everything! I wasnt sure if the damage was enough to turn into insurance or just pay cash. They helped me weigh out the pros and cons. I filed with my insurance company and the transition was super smooth! Kemna supplied a loaner car while the work was being done. My car came back good as new. They had even washed and vacuumed everything.

You can’t find a better body shop. The owners and shop crew treat you like you and your vehicle are the inly car in the shop. And they treat your car like it’s worth a million dollars. Their work is spot on! I’ve had PDR and paint work done there. I couldn’t tell where the new paint went on. Color matching is excellent! The PDR is done in such a way it looks brand new! If you need work done, please give them a try! The car always comes back cleaner then when I took it in!

We had issues with our tow company when we wrecked our vehicle in Columbia...they refused to tell us where our car was or even allow us to have another tow company come get it. We took our vehicle and with heavy hail damage. We was nervous we had just gotten the vehicle it was brand new and we had never had hail damage before so we didnt know what to expect. They where vary understanding and walk us through the process. Kemna keeped us updated through the whole process and even keeped our rental car service in the loop. Upon getting the car back it looked as it did when it left the show room floor. Very personable, friendly, above & beyond service. They are BY FAR the best service Ive ever had in the JC area for body work; and while it was a long drive out to the shop it was well worth it. They actually talked me out of $600 of cosmetic work (an estimate Id gotten 30 min earlier from another local shop) and used a little elbow grease to get me essentially the same result for $40. They even asked me if they could buff clean my very foggy headlights because Im going on a trip soon and it would make my headlights brighter.Cant recommend this company enough! Great work and truly decent people!
