Great store. Collin is a true pro. He took the time to explain to me why I was having the issue I was having, and gave me more than one solution to solve it. I learned about the Jetpack and a more tailored service plan. Very happy to know I have someone dependable, and that I can trust, working for my service provider.

I went into Verizon in Jefferson City 9/10/2021 I was helped by D’Nejah. When I say a angel from god loved her she helped me set up two phones from iCloud, to number porting to porting all of me and my husbands pictures over I could not be more happy and confident about my new purchase thank you so much D’Nejah and the staff at Verizon .

Verizons sales representatives, were professional, and respectful. They were able to find the phone, that I was looking for, had it activated, and I was out of the door within an hour. The service was quick, and accurate. Any questions I had they were able to answer, with complete resolution. Matt Carpenter was the sales agent who assisted me. I highly recommend them.
Lexie was great to deal with. She was very helpful in explaining everything to me and answering my questions. She even offered to come in on her day off to help transfer stuff from my old phone to the new one when it comes in. Great service!!!Now for what I feel is the downside. The five star rating I gave was for Lexie and the great service she provided.So I also purchased two other phones for my in-laws. One phone my wife had to bring back to get help with in transferring contacts and switching SIM cards. Lexie was busy at the time so another employee told her that he could help her but she would have to pay $35 because he didnt do the original sale. So basically because there was nothing in it for him, theres an extra charge to help do something that eventually Lexie got done in 5 minutes? Tells me that the only thing that mattered to this employee was commission.So from now on Im only dealing with that store is if Lexie is there and if not, hopefully she also works at another Verizon store, even if its further away.

We went in to buy new phones and hotspots. Corrie made sure we got the best plans, phones, and hotspots for us. She was very patient and helpful when switching us over to Verizon from our old carrier. We were able to get switched over and are very happy with our new service. I would 100% recommend that anyone uses this store and Corrie to get service.

Collin at Verizon Wireless helped me get on a new phone plan after having to deal with sprint for so long! He explained the plans to me in amazing detail and explained all the benefits of signing up, and let me know about the good deals they had going on as well. He took his time with me and made sure I was happy with my purchase before walking out of the door. He was very happy to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood my plan! He helped as much as he could and I appreciated that so so much! Me and my boyfriend/fiancee Rodney Thompson both went to Verizon cell phone company to pay cell phone bill for this month May 11th,2021.
I can into the JC Cellular store this afternoon and was helped by a very knowledgeable and pleasant individual. Lou Smith. She was in for helping a very confused and disgruntled customer. So it went like this, I expressed a problem and she addressed it with a smile and speediness. Then she continued with the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth maybe there was a Sixth, I lost count. She address each one with determination and positivity. My thought was when entering the store, due to past experience, I was going to end my phone pkg with Cellular. Needless to say, I walked out with a smile and happiness I haven’t had with my phone for years! If you need more details of the problems she solved or fixed for me please speak with her. I am so grateful for Lou Smith. I hope this will forward to the proper manager for recognition of the great employee you have working for you! My wife and I came in to switch from another carrier, as well as upgrade our phones. We worked with Luke, and he was able to answer every question we had. He even stayed late to help us get everything all set up! Overall, it was probably the most positive phone buying experience that my wife and I have ever had. Luke knew his stuff, and was enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend.
Had a bad experience here yesterday, the sales woman I talked to was very unhelpful. My older father needed help setting up a pin and she just told him to call the customer service number and acted like she didnt want to deal with it. I also told her something customer service said to us on the phone and she said Customer service would never say that. In a very rude tone, saying that I was lying. She ALSO said she couldnt help me until I was an authorized user on the account which was also false, she just didnt want to have to deal with it. I went to the Verizon store in Columbia and they were able to help me in under 10 mins and get me in a new phone in 20, with me not being an authorized user and helped my dad get into his business account. I never leave reviews but this needed to be addressed because I left upset.
Collin Chilton was amazingly helpful! My I Cloud needed a new payment plan which neither nor our desk clerk could fix. Collin was Johnny on the spot and immediately got it fixed. My Verizon bill was almost $200 but he got it down to $100! He is a miracle worker! Thank you Verizon!

This is a very bad Verizon store to go to because they will continue to lie to you about what your going to be paying. And they work you like a swindling car sales man who only wants to fill his pockets with your money. My husband and I went into the Verizon store on Missouri Blvd in Jefferson City, Missouri. We told Nick we needed new phones. I asked for a Motorola, he said wed like this LG instead. I told him Ive had nothing but trouble from LG for the past 6 phones. He also said wed get a Samsung tablet each for $1. He DID NOT tell us the line plan for each tablet was $20 each per tablet per month. He said if we needed anything to call and he will call us back. He NEVER called back even after calling repeatedly and was told hell call me when he gets off the phone.
Nick Williams is a 1950s car salesman. We went in to get Motorola phones and walked out with another defective LG as well as three other devices we didnt need. I understand the manager here is a wonderful person to work with; not so with Nick, if he is even still employed here.
Horribly unprofessional.Came in with a friend for assistance and all the representative did was call customer service and give my friend his phone to take of things himself. While my friend was on the phone the representative fidgeted with his pen and tried to look like he was working but he wasnt. No one in the building was working. Behind where we were sitting, all of the other employees were having backroom conversation in the lobby. This isnt usually an issue but this group was cussing and being loud enough for me to know their personal business.If you are looking for good customer service and great rates switch to Boost.
Steve was very helpful when my poor phone died. He helped me pick a model that is water resistant and less breakable than other alternatives and he helped me get a protective case and screen protector installed before I left the store. He also explained warranty and insurance options to me. He pointed out important differences between my old phone and my new one and he made me aware of accessories that are available for purchase with my new phone without being pushy. Steve willingly explained the charges in detail twice when I didnt fully understand the 1st time. He was very friendly and patient with my questions and generous with his time and attention. I was sad to part with my old phone, but Steve made it easier.
We were very pleased with the rep taking time to help us despite knowing we were not interested in buying a phone. I just needed help with a misbehaving phone. It had started sending incoming calls automatically going to voicemail without ringing. So I missed a lot of calls. After chatting with tech reps, reading internet searches, etc., and hours of frustration, we stopped at the Verizon store for help. All of the reps were busy with customers. He acknowledged us shortly after we sat down. When his customer made a call, he came over and briefly assessed and tried a few things. When his customer ended his call, the rep returned to him. When our turn came, he stayed diligent and focused. He realized that an app was the problem and started searching. And now my phone takes calls again! He even made suggestions for my wifes next phone this summer.
My daughter got a new phone for Christmas. She was having trouble transferring her photos, so she went to the Verizon Store in Jeff City for help. They charged her $40 to transfer her photos. Not OK! They told her that its because we got the phone directly from Verizon and not from them, the store. I would think if its a Verizon store and you have a problem with your Verizon phone they would help for free. Guess not. I feel totally ripped off and I feel like my daughter was taken advantage of, because shes young just paid them.
Today Steve helped set up my warranty replacement. Still very satisfied. Thanks again. SteveI came into the store and was greeted by Donna, I told her my problem and she immediately proceeded to find the problem and fix it. She also looked at a second phone which the voice mail was not working properly. Within a few minuets she had it corrected. The customer before me told me she is good when she left. Top notch employee.
I walked in for some information, but after time with Susan Wyatt, I left with a great new plan, a super new phone on order, and a tablet. Susan covered every detail, answered all my questions, and trained me on all the ins and outs of the tablet--all with a smile and a great sense of humor along with genuine enthusiasm for her job. I cant thank her enough and look forward to many happy years with the Verizon family!
We were T-Mobile customers...and were unsure of what wireless company to switch to. My wife and I went into Verizon and had meant with Jessica who appeared to be extremely helpful and showed us why we should chose Verizon. Our previous cellular service T-Mobile had absolutely no coverage where we lived...where I worked, and occasionally on the highways.Signing up with Verizon and the excellent customer service they have provided to us, has been an excellent choice for us..Good job to the Verizon crew in Jeff City Missouri....keep up the good work.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I left with a great tablet to replace one that was failing. My only concern is that the program wasnt properly explained to me. A later visit to a Verizon corporate store straightened things out.

Jefferson City Verizon is the worst Verizon store I have ever been in. I agree with all the comments about them acting like the old style used car salesman. I would add to that they are rude and condescending. It is very inconvenient to drive to the Verizon store inColumbia but its the only way to get acceptable customer service. They should close the store if they cant fix the employee problem.

Getting new phones is generally a HUGE headache. Not this time thanks to Luke! I called ahead and he walked me through how to back up ALL my information (contacts, texts, notes, pictures- you name it!) he also made time for us on short notice. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all the different brands, just tell him what’s most important to you in a phone and he’ll point you in the right direction. Icing on the cake- he finished the lengthy cloud process on my old phone while texting me updates even during his time off! Luke, you saved us so much trouble, THANK YOU!!

I stopped in at the Verizon store in Jefferson City to pay my monthly bill. While I was there the service tech helped me change my pass word to access the Verizon web page,,he was very courteous and fixed everything for me! This office has always been very helpful, they are the best!
Great service and great experience! Mike Cusanno did a great job all through the process of upgrading one of my lines! He is ready to go above and beyond to make it work for you. And he helped transfer photos and info from old phones. Also had some great help from another rep. at this location with transferring info from other really old phones. I highly recommend Mike! Cant say enough good about him!
Went in there to get information, walked out of there with no information and just aggravation because every question we posed was met with I dont know. Our stores systems are different. If they are an authorized retailer, how do they not have access to the same information and deals?They are pure commission and will do what they can to sell you something, as the guy tried to sells us a different charging station instead of answering basic device questions.

I went to Verizon there were no phones on display. The associate said because of the covid-19 they were limited to the phones to be on displayed for viewing.. The reason I went in the store is to upgrade and see the phones in the store, not on the web. I didnt get a phone and went to best buy and phones were on display and I was able to get the phone I wanted.

I was rushed through the phone purchase. I also had device dollars I wanted to apply from my Verizon Up and they had no idea what it was or how to apply them. They were in such a hurry that they didnt apply the device dollars, so I had to get firm with them and insist they do it. And they knew I wanted to use them before they rang me up. So, I had to get a credit on my bill for the amount instead.Normally the service at this store is much better than this.
He was very very nice and got me the phone case and even the color I like. He was able to get the ring tone I wanted. I would recommend Steve for all your cell phone needs

We are out of towners visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving week. My husband was having challenges with pop up ads and shortage of memory space. Luke, the Verizon representative, was knowledgeable, patient and understanding of our situation. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You never talk to the same person twice and there are very few employees who actually know what they are doing. The last employee I spoke with couldnt even figure out how to turn on my phone! I have had multiple issues with my phone and they refuse to do anything to help me. If I want anything accomplished, I have to drive to Columbia. I will be switching phone companies because of how poor the service is at this store.
