I worked with Michael and he was amazing!! There was multiple customers in the store when I was in there and he made sure to move around and make sure everyone was being taken care of. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job transferring my 2 phone numbers over to Cricket effortlessly!!

The mobile service is great, little to no problem with it, but the staff is horrible. The man that helped me and my mom refused to help us. He just acted like we were the worst inconvenience to happen to him. I definitely recommend the service, but just dont go to this location.

First time visiting a Cricket store. Was kindly greeted upon entering and asked if I had any questions and the reason for my visit. This happened even tho both reps were assisting other groups of customers.When I got the first available Rep, the Woman(Sorry I forgot the Name) was attentive to my requests and questions and provided thorough explanations and all the details specific to my situation. I opted to take the information provided and to return at a later date. The Woman was courteous enough to walk me to the door and see me off with a smile and hopes that I return. In a time where good customer service has become rare, and even deliberately aweful at times, I am grateful to know that the two employees in this store are customer focused and truly displayed high quality standards of service. I dont know if this was taught and trained from Corporate, but I do know it takes a special individual to have and display a genuine care, concern and willingness to help a customer. Cricket is very lucky to have these two employees representing their company. I hope they recognize this and treat these two well. Ill definitely be back and will cheer to others about my great experience here.

Great customer service at the Cricket wireless location on Missouri Blvd in Jefferson City MO. I had first called in and spoken with Laila, she was very professional and answered all my questions properly and with knowledge. I went into the store the next day and asked for her. I found out that Laila is the store manager and I was able to get service from Emily. I though oh no. Laila already knows everything I want and now this will be a mess. Fortunately I was wrong. Emily was also very knowledgeable and professional and she was able to get me all taken care of in a jiffy split. A great deal, crazy good service and half the price I was paying at AT&T. I’m a happy camper. 🦗🦗🦗Cricket, Cricket, Cricket.

The employees were fine. But the cell service is not worth $50 + a month. ALOT of time it will not let me call out, send a simple text, or get on the internet. To me thats alot of money for nothing.

Was told that if i brought more then one phone to cricket i would get 5 per month off first phone 10 off the second and 15 off the third.. None of that happened. We have 2 lines on my account .. One had been paid for and my answering machine line got shut off because i didnt get the payment made in time. They shut off BOTH phones even though one was not past due... Run from this company.. Its just another hussle ran by ATT

Seems like there is new staff everytime I go in there and not everyone is knowledgeable, they complain about android phones yet they sell them, makes you wonder
