Dr Becvar is a great eye doctor. He is very thorough when checking your eyes. He has a good attitude and I would recommend him. The staff in the office are great too. They go out of their way to be helpful. Over all they work together to get their patients taken care of.

I had a bumpy road getting my glasses dew to high script and index.Fortunately, Diamond Eye Care made things right by working things out with the best outcome for me. My son had his eye appointment today. He got prescribed his first pair of glasses, and had his first dialated eye exam. The staff was all very professional and friendly, as well as helped him pick out his glasses and put him ease about getting new glasses. The prices are also great. I have and will continue to refer folks over to Diamond Eyecare.

Disappointing experience for a first time visit. They had good reviews, even though most of my local friends had not heard of Diamond. I called and got an appointment. They put me on hold for a while maybe that normal. I emailed my form and got no confirmation. When I emailed again and asked if they got it, no response. I called and they acted like... of course we the got it.I had not idea of what to expect first eye exam. I asked questions, they seemed put out. When I said I cant buy glasses today, my wife wants to pick frames with me, they ran me out on a rail. It was very awkward. I was expecting may we set a time for your wife to come in and help you with your glasses, but nope. The doc said he is done, check him out.Wow, for needing glasses I saw it all pretty clear. We are here to sell you glasses $$. No thank you. Maybe Eyemart Express will be a bit more helpful.

We had the best experience at Diamond Eyecare! They were extremely friendly and caring. They made my 3 year old who was a little nervous feel at home. I would highly recommend! They also did not push for any add ons to my glasses.

My first visit to Diamond Eyecare was today. I was very impressed. I have tried other places but Diamond is by far the BEST. The Dr. took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. From Hannah at the front desk to the ladies who help fit the glasses were amazing and helpful and friendly.

I took my three kids (11, 8, and 3) in for eye exams. The staff there did a great job of making them all feel comfortable, and the kids were able to get good exams without any issues. Everyone is very friendly there!

Initially, I had a positive view of Diamond Eyecare, however, all that changed when I got my glasses the staff ordered for me. When I tried on the glasses that the staff at Diamond Eyecare had order for me, the glass were unbelievably tight, and didnt look like the ones I had ordered. The staff member that ordered them assured me that those were the ones I ordered, and that they could adjust them to fit my face. I protested and said, Are you sure? These certainly dont look like the ones I ordered and the ones I tried on certainly didnt fit this tight. She became more passive aggressive and explained to me that should wouldve made a mistake like that, but I can guarantee I wouldve never gotten glass this tight.I went along, and another staff member try to adjust the glass out some more. I tried them for the next couple day with horrible results - along the side of my head where the arms of the glasses go behind my ears left a alarmingly deep red indention from the side of my head back behind my ears (yes, I had back-up pair but the were weaker script and my lens were scratched both reason for a new pair).I went back and the staffer who order my glasses agreed that the glasses fit was too tight, and assured me they could get them adjusted out. I did suggest again that maybe there wasnt pair I had ordered, and again the staffer insisted those where the pair I ordered. I did let the other staffer attempt to adjust my glasses out, but it was a joke to say the least. At this point, I figure I had been taken and decided I would just pay for my lesson and never do business with Diamond Eyecare again.Buyer bewareThis is how I had to modify the arms of the glasses to fit my head. These had already been adjusted twice by the professionals at Diamond Eyecare, and I had to additionally bend the arms to a cartoonish degree just to keep them from forming trenches along the side of my face and head. Yes, I couldve kept coming back getting the glasses adjusted out by Diamond Eyecares staff, however, if you look at the photo and the bend in the arms, the angle wouldve been just as severe and ridiculous as me just curving them around my head so much. Now, I aint claiming to the brightest man in the world or an expert on glasses. But, who would chose glasses for themselves that had to be altered to such an outrageous amount to fit his/her face?

The staff is always friendly and helpful and professional. They have a variety of frames to choose from and will help you find ones you like that are within your price range. I’ve been going here for several years and have always been seen quickly. Never a long wait.
