Very disappointed with this store. It was in disarray and difficult to move around. Prices seem higher than other shops I have been to and their fabric is just as nice. The ladies that work there are friendly and helpful. However the owner always appears to be in a foul mood about something and is not very friendly to be in a retail business. I will take my business elsewhere like Columbia, Hamilton or Rooster Creek or order online from Mo Star Quilt! I also am planning on making a road trip to shops in the Kansas City area with a carload of friends!

Great store! Staff was really friendly and very helpful. If Im putting this much time in a quilt I want good quality fabric to go in it. So yes I will pay for it.

I honestly dont go unless I need something super specific like a certain type of panel. Their 108 backing selection is terrible and the staff seemed more happy to trash the store I learned quilting at then tell me what made theirs better. While they have a nice variety of jelly rolls, which I love, I would sooner order them online to keep away from negative talk. Plus I can get nearly identical fabric at Rooster Creek in Holts summit for a lot less.

Great selection of fabric, kits and books. Everyday prices are extremely competitve and sale prices are worth the drive. Attentive staff and friendly owner. Linda does a wonderful job machine quilting. She is our go to person for quilting.

Just moved (July 5, 2018) one mile down the road (2115 next Fastenal). Very helpful staff especially for us know nothings. Came in with a hand-sewn quilt top from the 1930s and didnt know how to finish it. Cant wait to see the finished product!
