I have been with boost for 8 years and have never had such bad service. I have been on family plan and they accidently took me off . Offered no help n my bill increased double the price. On phone with costumer service . Definitely will not be back or refer anyone to go to this place

I have been to this store 2 times for a phone problem. It was not about the phone service but a out the phone operation. The lady who works there was terrific. She fixed the problem easily. We now have service again thanks to her knowledge. We would certainly go there again!!

The store shown above in the picture is definitely not this location! The location on E 10th St in Jeffersonville is about a third of the size of the picture above! Always 1 person on staff in the store, pretty expensive for real! Im really thinking about switching after upgrading my phone and this one is worse then my other one! I had the Stylo 2, switched to the Stylo 4 and the service on it is horrible! My hot spot isnt working, data is slow, and it even drops calls! The Stylo 2 NEVER dropped calls, data was always on point, and never had a issue with my hot spot! But a Boost Customer Service Rep told me it might be my location, um HELLO, Im still at the same address I have been at for 6 years!!! Its the phone!!! Im taking it back TODAY for a total refund and a brand new phone! I make $ on the daily with my internet, in the last week, I have lost at least $100+ because of how slow and lagging the internet has been! Frustrated is the nice word I will use, gotta keep it PG! Lol

Just came in at 6:53pm. Site says the close at 7pmThe lady in the orange hoodie had the doors locked and when we told her we needed to just pay our bill she said she didnt have enought time and then shut the doors in our face and locked it before we could say one more word.Will be calling tomorrow to talk to the manager.If you close at 7 then the doors shouldnt be locked until 7!

My internet is slow and my account is still in my sons name after weve changed it 3 times. I took over the account a year ago but they just cant seem to get it fixed. Its ridiculous!!
