This was in a great location, easy to enter and exit with traffic. The store itself is clean, organized, plenty of space for customers to stand in line and not be on top of each other. Carly was behind the counter and he was so nice and had given excellent customer service

This store is ridiculous. Because they run out of small cups theyre going to make you purchase a 1.29 size cup. They cant charge the price of a small cup its against store policy. Then post a sign by the foundation drinks to make that clear to the customer.. Bad management

Was being nice to inform the cook that there is only 1 type hotdog left and you get an rude responseI dont care I will make more some time today if I want. Took over 8 minutes to pump $20 worth of gas because pump would only allow $0.03 to $0.90 cents of gas at a time and require a couple times or restarting the pump handle to get the gas to flow again. Telling the manager the pump had a problem verbally he was professional and courteous but body language said he had know about the pump for a good time but still lets people use the pump.

Clean, nice variety of items. Staff I experienced could use FAR more training in customer service and interaction with the public. She had a bit of an attitude.

Someone left their draws in the men’s bathroom. Not enough coupons

Convient, atm didnt charge my card

My wife and I were visiting from Florida and had just walked over from a local restaurant late in the evening to purchase some items and catch a Uber back to our hotel just across the river. My wife asked if she could use the restroom and the two young ladies who were on staff said oh, no they dont work . ?? We expressed that it was an emergency and were told that it was not available. Having a functioning bathroom is a building code and a health code requirement where we are from and to not have this available to paying customers is a very disappointing experience.

I came in the store and had to use the restroom first. Their was a loud girl on the phone in the one stall. I used the handicap one and there was no toilet paper, thank goodness there were paper towels in the dispenser. I heard the girl leave out if the restroom without washing her hands. Til this point, I did not see who she was. I thought she was just an annoying person screaming on their phone. I preceeded to get a coffee and no pumpkin spice latte but as I was getting my coffee, I heard the girl screaming again and using profanity on her call behind the register. I was kind of shocked because there were several other patrons in their also. I am not a regular at this location but I thought first, ewww, unwashed hands but the conduct of how she was acting was unsettling at the least, especially with the threats. She should not be working in customer service, very unprofessional.

I love their coffee and soft serve ice cream. Staff is always very kind and helpful

Nothing wrong with store its clean and well stocked, But when you go there its feels unsafe due to sketchy people hanging around in that area.

This Thorntons is located next to I65, Hwy 31, and 10th St. Three major roadways. While this makes it convenient for travelers, sometimes it also makes it quite crowded. The service here is usually very good. This Thorntons also has a kitchen which serves hot food like burritos and sandwiches. Something not all Thorntons have.

They were extremely nice and helpful. The place was very clean and they had all the drinks stocked ass well as everything else, they kept the hot food up and keep it fresh and they have plenty of donuts always to choose from and they are a refreshing change to the doughnuts the other fuel stations carry.

Be careful getting fuel here!!! I got 20 on pump 12 with E85 and didnt check to see if the handle at that station was mine and well it wasnt so the person on the pump behind mine swapped them and got my fuel. I heard of this awhile back on the news and it happened to me today about 2hrs ago. I just thought my fuel gauge was acting up.

Very busy store. Have bought gas, coffee, prepared food and fountain drinks there. Usually have to wait in line to pay cashier, fountain machine breaks down in the summer, once in a while have to go inside to get receipt for pay at pump as the paper is out, convenient location.

Very clean, big store, newly remodeled, well stocked with lots of options, lots of gas pumps and an easily navigable parking lot. Staff is courteous and professional.

Depending on whos working, this is the Best and worst gas station in Jeffersonville! The store manager really is a good manager but I believe the job is taking its toll. Now I have nothing bad i could possibly say about this location or its manager, and I consider it my Home store or daily visited gas station, and the employees are mostly friendly with the exception of the bad apple or two. The P. N. C. ATM is not a location that excepts any form of deposits but it is usually always in service. Ive only seen it out of service a handful of times in the 3yesrs Ive shopped here daily. Ive never seen this location out of the essentials, like milk or red bull, but keep in mind that if you want cold beer in Indiana, dont shop any gas stations, due to the fact that no where in the state of Indiana can you buy cold beer at establishments that also sell gas. Only warm beer. But hard cider is available cold along with cold wine. And the constant strong Police presence, correction officers, and sheriffs reinforce a safe atsmophere regardless of the also strong presence of transients and homeless that frequent this particular location. The subway nextdoor is 24hr which is nice when the bars close and you need a quick bite to eat before driving any further.

Quick and convenient

I am disabled, just read a sign that their 3rd shift can not make money orders. Now, they know when the first rolls around, a lot of people come there to get their money out and get their rent money orders. Not being able to get our money orders because they only schedule ONE person on the 1st of the month, to handle the MANY people that come in at that time, is just ridiculous and poor management for who does that? Now, because they dont want to schedule more for that shift to handle a lot of not only disabled people, but a lot of others as well,we have to try and get BACK OUT to find somewhere else that can accommodate us. Thanks Thorntons for your kindness and consideration of the disabled. Or any one else at that time of morning, I as a frequent customer, really see where I stand.I was just told by a 3rd shift employee this morning, the reason that Corporate is not letting 3rd shift do money orders, IS NOT the same reason a five day old manager at this store store told me, he said he didnt know the reason, and if this is true, shame on whoever trained this person, the REAL REASON we are not allowed to get money orders on the 3rd shift is because a former employee STOLE over $700 in money orders while on that shift. So, we, the customers are the ones being punished for an employee theft, which Corporate should be giving said such ex employee the consequences, NOT the PAYING CUSTOMERS!

They dont have bagged ice and charged to bag ones own ice from the drink machine. Pretty ridiculous.

They do have bagged ice already bagged you can buy but they have the option where you can get the ice out of the drink machine yourself
