I too was on hold for 40 minutes before deciding to give up. I usually dont have any problems with this pharmacy and since theyare so close to the hospital; they get busy.Maybe they could add individual wait-times and prescription costs to their app?

Have been transferring my prescription elsewhere because I am done with the wait times and not answering the phone. But today I had a procedure done. For some reason the hospital sent the prescription to cvs ( I requested it to go elsewhere). The pharmacist said I couldn’t transfer the pain pills but I could the antibiotic. They told me 45 minutes. 1.5 hours later I send my husband they tell him it will be four more hours😡😡😡I’m glad my pain isn’t off the charts right now. How does it take 6 hours to fill pain medication for a surgery.????? I get everyone is short staffed and don’t have an issues with the staff. CVS needs to fix it. Even if the other pharmacy is just as backed up at least they answer their phone and quite accurate wait times. I’m so frustrated!!!!!

This pharmacy NEVER answers their phone or theyll pick up and then hang up the phone. This occurs at all hours of the day! Even 4am!! I have had to literally go there to ask a simple question about my meds! If I could do zero stars I would!

I understand that everywhere is short staffed. I was on-hold for 35 mins before I finally gave up. What can we do to make this store better? I have been advocating for CVS when ever I come across anyone looking for a job. Instead of calling my recommendation is to personally go in for consult, you will have much better luck. The people here are working hard and I appreciate them, but the overall system is broken.

While the manager, and front checkout staff are great (except for one). The pharmacy is a joke. They get Im absolutely no rush to help or check out. God forbid someone in front of you have a question, there is one checker and the three or more other staff in the pharmacy will just look at you in line. So 2.5 starts for the store.

They never answer the phone. I literally wait on the phone 30 minutes and still no answer..no matter what time I call. They can never get my insulin filled on time..they claim its not there but why would my Dr office lie??? Something needs to done!!!

This place is literally a joke anymore!They WONT answer phones, they never have my medicine ready, I sat in an hour line for them to tell me another 2 hours but it’s great to sit at your window for 20 mins with out even acknowledging that I’ve been sitting there. Workers are unprofessional, and careless .

This place is the absolute worst. On hold for 30+ minutes consistently. Their staff does not know how to mutli-task. I often see managers and Pharmacists watching idly and doing nothing to help. They seem to either be servicing the drive-thru, counter or phones... but never any at the same time. Will have customers wait in the single car lane for 10-20 minutes while others back up behind them. Get to the window and the staff has music playing on their phones so they cant even hear you. Total sham of a pharmacy.

Ive been coming here for years and recently, Ive been so beyond disappointed. In the past, Ive called multiple times trying to get a med refilled and Im never able to get through, they refill medications I havent taken in months and have repeatedly asked to be taken off my profile, and Ive requested arthritis friendly caps several times to no avail. Today, I spent 30+ minutes on the phone waiting for an answer, no luck. I finally drove down there and waited in line for over 15 minutes only to be told itd be a couple hours until my medication was ready. I came back 4 hours later, still not ready. Pharmacist said hed expedite it and to come back later tonight. My biggest gripe is I cant even transfer my prescription because the pharmacy Im wanting to go to cant get ahold of anyone on the phone. Ive been waiting on this med to be filled for 5 days now, and this will be my last prescription at CVS.Update: Went back 4+ hours after writing this review and it was finally mostly ready. I was still missing a med I requested to be refilled, and wasnt given needles for either of my injections because one size was out of stock (I was told twice today this syringe would be ready for pick up tonight even though it was marked as out of stock on the app). I ended up driving across town at 9pm to buy syringes from Walgreens, who was nothing short of kind and helpful. I still cant believe it took over 12 hours, 3 visits, and 30+ minutes on the phone to fill three prescriptions and they STILL werent done correctly.

I have been trying to get a refill completed. My dr office sent it almost 10 days ago. The automated system says in process. Ive been on hold 2 days in a row for over an hour. No answer. Corporate should look into this location. Still out of my medication. Not sure if theyre like walgreens if I reach out to another CVS if they could fill it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCSTION. Had to wait in drive thru 2 and half hours to pick up prescription already filled. Apparently covid vaccines have them overwhelmed. I am currently on phone holding for 2 hours 7 mins trying to ask about a current medication. Worst customer service ever! Im transferring my scripts but unfortunately I have one that cant be. Avoid this one if possible.

The pharmacy is a joke. No one acknowledges you whether you have a scheduled appointment or not, they will not have anything prepared. After wasting a majority of my day simply waiting for a flu vaccine, I decided to leave and go to Walgreens where the employees are comment. Poor management and low morale has clearly affected the service at this building. Save yourself the trouble, go across the street to the Walgreens.

I sent my prescription here for birth control and they gave me no updates about when I would get it. After being out of birth control for 2 days I decided to call, as CVS web site said in process for the last 3 days. I stayed on hold for an hour before giving up. I sent my prescription elsewhere, then I called insurance about it and they said CVS submitted my prescription and then reversed it for no readily apparent reason. I should mention I went to CVS to try and pick it up and they said they didnt have it. But didnt bother telling me prior to me driving up there.

I’ve never had such poor service at a pharmacy. Took my husband to Clark Memorial for chest X-ray and other test because of Covid referred by his cardiologist. He needed scripts and our regular CVS had already closed. So the doctor at Clark recommended we get them filled at the CVS down from the hospital on the corner of Tenth and Spring Jeffersonville IN. Up on asking if the script was ready the lady tells me she can’t transfer his meds there. I said I’m not asking to transfer meds he has a new prescription from Clark Memorial Hospital that was called in. She said well it’s at the other CVS so you have to have them have it sent here. I call Clark they speak with the doctor and they tell me it was sent to the one in question. I tell her this and her response was “ Oh there it is, it’s here now”. Then she proceeds to tell me it’s gona be 45 min to an hour. I go back after 45 min and I’m told it gona be another 25 minutes. Keep in mind it after 9:00 pm and the pharmacy is dead. I said can it please be any sooner my husband is really feeling bad, and the answer was no. So after pulling from the window my husband ask if we could just go home. So less then ten min down the road I get a text the meds are ready. I don’t go back at this point, I’ll just call my CVS in the morning and have it transfer. I live at least 45 min away. I will not return to this CVS again poor poor service.

God awful customer service in the pharmacy at this location. Ive been inside the store hearing the phone ring for long amounts of time watching the techs and pharmacists ignore the calls coming in. Cant get ahold of them at all unless you physically drive to the store. Even then youll have to wait an hour and they STILL wont have meds when they say they will.

The never answer the phone been waiting on my sons Prescription and the never told me they didnt have it Kroger couldnt get them to answer the app still says they never got it so tried cvs in clarksville they told me they was out but on there thing they look and see where its in stock that cvs in jeff had it I really hate cvs Im trying to figure out how to call the Corporate office Im so over them been on hold for 2 hours already for the 5th day still no answer

I think I’ve now entered my address and phone info about 6 times. All in different areas of the app/website. Why isn’t all of this intergraded all into one spot.Also I have “pending” items to have shipped for almost a full month now. What’s up with that. I called 3 different numbers to just go around in circles with the same recordings on all 3 lines with no avail. When asked at the “way too busy” retail location in my area, no one could help. They are WAY understaffed!!There are too many DIFFERENT applications and not one of them know what the other is doing. Ie. Caremark, home delivery, cvs.com and cvs the app oh and now I’m getting speciality cvs texts too. Which I called them and they had no idea why I’m being texted one of my meds with them. I don’t know which to use, this is too much, is an understatement!! Other pharmacy’s do not have all of this confusion. Just make it cvs for the users and whatever you need it to be behind the scenes and figure it out amongst your company. Hire a group for one phone line that’s knows what’s happening with all your different cvs lines and can figure out concerns and questions with an individual that calls.How hard is this, really??

My only issue is with the pharmacy. Called to see if my prescription was ready on Friday. It was not. I called again Thursday morning and they said they would fill it for me. I get there at 3pm and they tell me it will be ready at 4:20. I come back at 4:30 and it was not ready. They filled it while I waited in store. Why couldnt they do it that way the first time... I have no idea.

Incompetence sums up the pharmacy nicely. I dropped off a script Wednesday and was told it would be available Thursday after 5. I went through the drive-thru on Friday and was told by the old man that it never arrived in the shipment and there was nothing he could do. I went inside to speak with someone who might be lucid enough to understand that I needed it. So 5pm on a Friday the clerk was calling other locations to see if they had it. Eventually another assistant randomly found the medicine and stated that it was there the entire time. I’ll use Walgreens from now on.

I regularly use this CVS location for my whole family. Lately, the drive thur takes much longer (15mins or more) and I rarely have to call them but when I do Im left on hold for 8+ mins. Customer service is getting lost somehow and it shows.

After suffering a miscarriage last week I went to get medications for the D&C to remove our baby and my high levels of anxiety. I explained this to the pharmacy tech and she said I would just have to wait for an hour despite saying i just wanted to go home and grieve. I came inside where the pharmacist, Brandon, was rude to everyone. He was huffing and puffing everytime he got a call or order to fill. I was given part of the script and was asked if I wanted to wait for the rest so I asked how much longer that might be and he rudely said its gonna be the same amount of time we told her the first time to the tech. I told him he didnt have to be so rude about it and asked for the manager and he said he was the manager and mumbled about me under his breath. I told him i just lost my baby and really didnt need to deal with his attitude. He made no effort to apologize or improve the situation. Im absolutely sickened by the way they would treat anyone let alone someone experiencing major trauma.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I gave spent over a week trying to get 3 prescriptions transferred here. I used the online service, called, and went in person before I finally gave up and tried abother CVS. Then after already putting a co-pay card on file I was told that you arent able to use the copay card in the drivd thru. This is after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru in the first place. Overall the customer service could use some improvements.

24 hour pharmacy is nice when you get out of the ER at 2am and need medication desperately. What a great service -- unlike Walgreens across the street. CVS for me from now on. And, the pharmacist was about as nice as you can get and the rest of staff had a sense of humor and was personable. Great job!

This is a pharmacy I would SKIP even if your insurance is making you go to CVS, I would pick literally any other location. The one on Blackiston Mill is great! I called to get my rx list which consists of a whopping 5 prescriptions and her response was literally “um you can come in and get a printout.” I explained to her that I also work at a pharmacy (different company) and really don’t have the time and she sighed heavily and proceeded to give me the 5 names. Experiences like this have happened almost every single time except ONE time that I picked up in the drive thru. Trust me, skip this CVS!

This pharmacy is amazing!! i normally dont post anything, but i really felt the need to. theres a young lady there by the named of allyson who is a wonderful person inside and out i say this because every time she sees my son Jamal or myself she greets us with a warm welcoming and is very eager to appease us with any issues or problems..NOW THE STORE MANAGER DUSTIN WHERE DO I START!!!! WHILE I WAS LOOKING AROUND THE STORE HE FOLLOWED ME EVERYWHERE I WENT AS THOUGH I WAS STEALING OR SOMETHING I WAS VERY APPALLED BY HES ACTIONS, SO MUCH THAT I CALLED THE CORP OFFICE, BECAUSE OF THE FACT HE MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE I MEAN HE Literally FOLLOWS YOU AROUND EVERY AISLE TO THE POINT YOU JUST WANT TO LEAVE THE STORE AND NEVER RETURN!! The day time staff is great, but the night staff is just the opposite. Ive never been so frustrated with the staff at a business ever. The 3rd shift worker literally follows you around to every aisle to the point when you turn around you almost run into him! Last time I went there I had a body wash picked out and decided I didnt need it... The worker had the audacity to ask me where it was! If I walked close to the door with my basket, he would even stand there guarding the door like I was going to run out!! I couldnt believe it was really happening! I dont look like some sleaze ball. I was well dressed and put together, with the exception of my tattoos, I cant think of one reason why I would be profiled like that. Honestly its unacceptable and has made CVS permanently lose my business.

Prescriptions often filled when CVS already notified not to refill. Constant delays and confusion in filling prescriptions here. Store itself is clean and well organized. Large selection of goods. Limited parking but usually adequate. Lot access coming from I-65 is best from Spring Street, not 10th Street, because of having to turn across traffic, right at busy intersection. Heading toward I-65, 10th Street access to lot is good.

Love the day staff. The manager, Dustin, is awesome. He knows me when I come in and always so friendly. Pharm is a little iffy if they have your meds but seems to be gtg better. Theyre helpful though!

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. They called us to tell us they were ready for pickup. So we drive 20 minutes to get there and say that they are still in production. Asked us to come back in an hr. So we left and come back an hr later and say they are still being processed. This is not the first time we have been told they are ready and get there to find out they are not.

I am amazed that cvs stopped selling cigarettes because of the health issues it contributes to society but they sell alcohol products like a full service liquor store even little purse size bottles at the front counter like it was candy. How sanctimonious is that.
