They have all the make up brands from super high end to drug store brands. They have the most skin care of anywhere Ive been. And the staff is always friendly, neat in appearance & most importantly they are helpful. If Im not sure what I need they give me their personal recommendations from what they actually use. And they dont push the high end stuff, if you want Maybelline theyll hook you up, if you want Urban Decay they can help with that too. I just wish they were closer to my home. I have to drive 70 miles to get there & back

This store is too inconsistent for me. I’ve never walked into an Ulta and felt like such an inconvenience as I do at this one. Every now and then you will find a helpful associate, but not consistently. Anytime I’m at the Paddock and they are out of a product I’m offered free shipping as well as ordering the item. When I was there this week I had arm loads of product, and no baskets were to be found. When I asked an associate I was told they’re put up for the moment. She seemed pained to have to hold on to my items while I continued to shop. If I didn’t need the items I would have walked out.

Staff always friendly and informative. Only been here twice but both times I recieved the help I needed. I kept asking for advice on some of the best products i was looking for. All my purchases turned out on point and exactly what I wanted. No disappointment as of yet. Im very thankful for the help I received.

Great prices in designer fragrances. My fiance loves the cosmetics they carry. I dont know much about them, but I trust that she does. They also carry haircare accessories. The store is well lit and looks nice. It has a very modern feel to it.

I love Ulta! They have everything from makeup and hair care to many other things there that you may need. The staff is very friendly. You can also return your items if you dont like them if you want.

Great selection of any beauty products you need

Love Ulta and all of its products. However, what I didn’t enjoy is associates creepily following customers around. My four year old daughter touched one lotion and I opened a body scrub to smell and then an associate immediately made an announcement to the store not to touch/open testers or open product. How do you expect people to buy a product if they don’t know what it smells like? I had every intention on buying multiple items today. Instead, I left my basket and the store completely. Ridiculous.

The free item for your birthday is kinda a disappointment. Smh

Was followed around closely by an employee, who I assumed thought I was stealing when in fact I was browsing for items I needed to pick up. She kept getting in my space every 5 minutes and following me around the store. Then I placed a pick up order so I could use my e gift card and the worker didn’t seem enthusiastic and made it seem like I couldn’t pick up the order. I brought the items up to the counter for her and everything, eliminating 90% of the work. Probably will never return to this location.......

I visited this Ulta while I was in the area for work and I was entirely blown away by how kind and helpful the staff were. Whitney was very accommodating and every time I had a question she answered with an upbeat attitude. As I was in the store I witnessed several interactions between the staff and their guests, each and every employee in this store was so considerate and obliged in any way possible for their customers. You love to see it!!

I appreciate that during a global pandemic situation the store is doing everything that they can to keep everyone (employees too) safe. Because this is a respiratory virus- it is crucial for everyone to wear a mask that covers their nose & mouth before entering any closed-in space. I am a registered nurse and have no desire to contract, spread, or die just because i want some mascara. Ive known far too many people who have contracted this or who have died from this. Thank you for doing your part to make us feel safe shopping here.

Its OK prices are high

Completely disrespectful and violent. A lady, expectant mother too boot, wasnt wearing a mask, but, medical examination in hand was pushed out the store anyways.The shipping industry Im in is extremely connected and active. Your shipping rates just went up.SignedAn essential.

Went to go pick up a few things in store . Looked up hours and drove there. The doors were locked at 6:08 pm on Friday. Hours on their store hours said open till 7pm. Few other people walked up too. Said we buy things if they were open like they say they are. Change your hours on website so u dont have any have unhappy shoppers.

My hair looks and feels amazing after going to the salon. Andrea was very friendly, listened to my goals for my hair and is helping me achieve my desired look. Would definitely recommend!

Let’s start off on a positive note! What a beautiful store and great location! I may have higher expectations than other clientele due to being a retail manager for over ten years now. Granted, I don’t expect the red carpet treatment, but there were less than five guests in the store and there was absolutely no acknowledgement from a staff member until the checkout process. Although, the cashier was friendly and that was appreciated! The manager on duty (brunette and over 40) seemed to dislike her job and all those around her, based on her interaction with the cashier and her gesture as she walked right past me as I was trying to balance all the goodies in my arms while looking for a basket. There’s such a fierce and competitive cosmetic market out there, why not step-up the love with your guests a little more? Ulta is such a fun environment, you should de-stress walking in, not wonder if you’ll write a review on the poor service....

Love this store! Always clean and everyone isnt snobby and always willing to help you. You can test anything with testers of course. Sign up for the emails and you can get a lot of great deals. The only issue is... for example...KKW does not carry her best sellers here, along with other name brands. They keep those for online and their stores only, of course. Also, if you cant find something in store because of a Tiktok fad...you can order it online.

I went to Ulta for the first time after hearing raving reviews from my friends. I was really disappointed in the general manager as she wasnt really kind to me and I found myself looking to other staff to answer the very same questions. Maybe retrain her in how to talk to customers...did not buy the product because she seemed annoyed when explaining how to use it. Very unprofessional.

90% of the sales associates are rude, and thats IF you can even find one. Manager is a piece of work too. Overall, this location could use an overhaul on their customer service and just common decency.

Placed a order online to pick up in-store, was notified that my order was ready for pick-up. Drove all the way to the store just to find out they are closed. Went back the next two days and they’re still closed. Very inconvenient when it’s something that I needed. Was never notified that the store was closed, shouldn’t even give the option to do store pick-up if the store is closed.

I hate to be the one that leaves one stars, but I was really excited to go get some new foundation and I hate being made feel like I am inconveniencing someones day. As soon as we walked in, we were asked if we were finding everything ok, like we were there to steal. I couldnt remember my shade, and when I asked to be matched I was told ummm..sure. I misread a price and just asked the cashier and was told oh you read it wrong probably, no one wanted to check so sure $30 isnt that much of a difference. Instead I was just asked do you not want it?. I will take my next purchase to Sephora. $300 is a lot of money to spend somewhere that you are an inconvenience to the employees.
