This place is a mess. Crates everywhere, and it just feels gruff all the way around. Good for a quick neighborhood stop, but nothing fancy and definitely not cheap.

Small selection but ok prices

While many of us go to the liquor store to get something that makes us feel better, the trip itself will do it. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in... friendly, helpful and engaging. I refuse to go to another store.

I changed my review due to one of the employees he is RUDE, UNFRIENDLY AND HAS NOTHING TO SAY BUT YOUR TOTAL OF THE SALE OF THAT!! IVE NEVER WENT INTO ANY STORE IN MY AREA AND FELT SO DISRESPECTED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! I NOW ONLY GO TO THIS STORE IF I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO AND I WILL NOT SPEND MORE THAN 4.50 PERIOD!! I WILL GO TO ANOTHER STORE THAT IS A LITTLE BIT FURTHER AND PAY A LITTLE MORE. IF THE ONE MAN IS WORKING I WILL NOT STOP AT ALL AND IF I HAVE TO DRIVE ACROSS THE BRIDGE TO LOUISVILLE I MOST DEFINITELY DO!! I love this place. Very friendly employees, very nice selection of beers and theyre very cold! Very nice wine selection. One of the broadest selections of bourbon in the area and their prices are great!

One of the employees is insanely rude, he said something about me using my debit card for a purchase, and he also was mean to my wife for using the restroom. I definitely wont be returning. Horrible customer service. Its the man with white hair who always wears denim.

Im a regular customer at Creekside but I just walked in today to grab my usual and some guy I have never seen before behind the register reacts to me as if I was the most annoying person ever to walk in in his life. All I did was walk in and he immediately makes eye contact and shakes his head in disgust. I give him the benefit of a doubt and carry on with my business. I grab what I need and turn to see him shaking his head even harder and rolls his eyes. He had to be the rudest employee I have ever had to deal with. He raised his voice at me and continued to be disgusted with my presence. I was close to asking him what his problem was but Id rather get home after a long day at work then argue with a 60ish year old bald man with glasses who had the attitude of a 16 year old rich girl who just got the wrong color masaradi for her birthday. Because of your teenage drama senior citizen I will no longer be a customer at Creekside .
