After hours of searching for a bed for my 5 year old and finding nothing but cheaply made beds I stopped here and found the perfect bed at a great affordable price. The sales rep was very friendly and assured me upon entry that the beds I needed to look at were recently sanitized. Which was really reassuring. I spent maybe 10 mins in store and was able to get the bed ordered for delivery within a week.

They have high quality mattresses, but terrible customer service. I have left 3 messages with customer service regarding a refund of lower price after my purchase with no avail. I have visited the Jeffersonville store 2 times. The door is locked, with the open sign on. I tried to call the store to speak to our salesman about my refund? I am transferred to customer service, they are rude and behave like they dont care after the sale. I asked to speak to corporate office management and am told someone will call me back and never have.

Ryan was incredibly helpful in the store as I made a decision on an adjustable bed and mattress. He was patient and knowledgeable. Angel and Rob delivered the new bed, disassembled the old bed, attached the headboard to the new base, and made sure they cleaned all the packaging. They were super friendly, wore protective equipment, and had a great attitude. They were knowledgeable about the product they delivered and even showed me how the lighting and other features worked using the remote. As soon as they left, I had a question about the remote, so I called Ryan at the store, and he called me back within ten minutes with the answer. Great experience all around!

First time buying a brand new mattress and I was not disappointed! Derrick was extremely informative and made it very easy.Edit: THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR A CREDIT CARD WHEN FINANCING. Then they max it out with the price of the mattress. RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE. There was no mention of a credit card AT ALL, when I was in the store. Called to ask about it and they were extremely dismissive, felt like I was being pacified. Be prepared. Wouldve been okay, if it were explained more. When I purchased the mattress Derrick said, There will be a LIGHT inquiry on your credit to see if you qualify. Light meaning a 45pt drop??? Okay. Spoke later with a friend who had a similar experience. AND I didnt get the free air pods for the black Friday promotion.
