This companies products are junk...i spent around $1000 just on a twin bed(that was at a discount even) and it started falling apart immediately..The latex part started coming off in chunks and the cover started ripping at the seems, they did replace those parts after alot of calls/emails, however the exact same happened with the new ones, took alittle longer this timebc i had stopped using the bed bc it started getting too soft as the latex and foam layers broke down i guess, they basically told me that was normal and would not replace the foam layer theyd never replaced, or the other 2 parts again...they advertised the supplepedic mattress i got as a bed good for your spine,that chiropractors approve of...but this chiropractor does not. I will download some pics when i have time., mattress isnt even at my place now bc too soft to use.

Advertise waterbed but is really mail order very unfriendly and not helpful.
