I have had many great experiences with the staff in the pharmacy. The pharmacist is phenomenal and very knowledgeable and I am thankful for her. Honestly has been a life saver when my little one has been sick. She is also kind.

I ordered same day graduation cards to be printed at this store. Unfortunately the cutter was misaligned and therefore the margins on the majority of my cards were uneven. The manager reprinted them with the same results. To make it right for me, she brought in her papercutter from home and hand cut all my cards to perfection. Couldn’t ask for better customer service! Thank you!

They always seem to have courteous, friendly and helpful staff on board. I also take advantage of their rewards program that can often sneak up on you with unexpected discounts. Not to mention I saved hundreds of dollars per year after switching to Walgreens Pharmacy!

Terrible service! I only go here to get prints made and won’t be going there anymore. I stood waiting for someone in the photo dept for 10 mins, some lady finally came running out to turn off the button I pushed and ran right to the back again and said it’d be another minute. After 5 more mins of waiting I decided to take my items I was also purchasing and go to the front counter. The other lady finally came out as I was still waiting in the front but I had already moved my stuff and 2 small children to the front. She reluctantly brought me my prints and gave me some excuse that she’s the only other worker and had an online order or something. I don’t know but that’s poor customer service to A. Leave me waiting that long and B. Hardly apologizing to me while using a rude tone.Please hire more people or at least train your current staff better.. I won’t be returning.

Such a hassle to get an RX filled! They make up their own rules. They need to have your doctor call and authorize a fill TWICE to get it 2 days early. I’m switching to rite aid after a very long (6 + years) run of headaches getting my RX each month. My doctor’s office told me to switch pharmacies as Walgreens often makes up rules on the fly.

My son went there for his Covid shots, pharmacists were helpful and got it done in no time.

Was buying a simple item that kept ringing up wrong, it was obviously a computer issue when there systems were updated. They told me I was out of luck I had to pay the extra money if I wanted to get my items there...went to Walgreens on 36th and Burlingame... they were awesome, apologized, fixed the issue and charged. E the correct amount. I worked in Retail 12 years... trying to fix a problem even if it doesnt work out is a lot better then sorry youre SOL.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. The women that work in the photo department were extremely rude to me and the woman before me. Since it was right before lunch, I will assume that they were hangry!I will never go back to this store again, apparently they dont need customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Walgreens is conveniently located for me, so I put up with things for quite a long time. I now use a pharmacy that is completely out of my way. Why did I switch? The Jenison location is consistently rude, judgmental, insincere, accusatory, and inaccurate. Too many times I have gone home with my prescriptions only to realize that I wasn’t given either the right dose, the right amount, or even the right medication. And too many times have I gone back to fix it only to have them accuse me of lying. In the end, I was always able to fix things, but never without any hassle, and never with an apology or any kindness towards me.

Dont bother using this pharmacy if you are from out of state. The pharmacist here refused to fill my prescription for this reason. She wouldnt give me a straight answer when I asked if all Michigan pharmacies would not fill out of state schedule II prescriptions or just Walgreens, and I had to drag the information out of her. Turns out it was just her choice not to, which is fine but i would have appreciated it if she had been more direct. The Meijer right down the road filled it with no problem.

Thank you to the Assistant Manager Andrea!!! I wanted to take advantage of the 40% off photo sale and surprise my husband with our engagement photo on an 11 x 14 metal panel. I also had a poster printed for a relatives 50th Anniversary party. Walgreens called to let me know the poster was finished, however they were out of metal panels for an indeterminate time. They said they would honor the special despite expiration, once they receive more metal panels. I picked up the poster and it looked great. A couple hours later they called and said, Andrea picked up some panels at another location and now my engagement photo is ready for pick up. Upon checkout, they not only honored the 40%, Andrea left a note to take off 15% more!!! I couldnt be more delighted with the outcome and the personal service. Whoever you are, Andrea, Walgreens should feel proud to have you. Youre truly an asset!!!

I called in a prescription from a dental office for a patient and the pharmacist that I spoke with was extremely rude! I can not remember what her name was but she was very short as if I was inconveniencing her by doing her job. After I gave her all of the information she said okay, bye and hung up the phone before I could even reply. Its a good thing that I was calling this in for a patient otherwise I would NEVER use this Walgreens.

Buyer beware!! I ordered asthma medicine and they gave me the wrong stuff!! Went to bring it back and no refund. Look carefully at all Meds Before you leave the store!!

It is apparently too challenging to do their job in the pharmacy. We called to confirm they had a medication, they state they do but will only be able to do a partial fill. We submit the script and they send a text confirmation stating they have the medication but will only be able to do a partial fill. We show up a few hours later and the guy at the pharmacy counter states they dont have the medication and couldnt fill it. We explain that we called ahead. He fumbles around and come back and states well have to wait ten minutes. We inquire why when they confirmed twice they had it and were filling it, he states they didnt know they had it until just now - instead of just admitting they dropped the ball and apologizing. We have been sitting for well over 20 minutes and have heard them tell at least six people they either lost their medications or dont have enough to do a full fill. Save your time and go to meijer.

Workers are mostly friendly but never fail to greet you with Hello, welcome to Walgreens. Always quick about prescriptions and have decent prices on their merchandise.

Ive been going here for ten years and I have always been happy with the service and selection in the store.

They are so Rude call in looking for something and the lady act like you killed her cat or something I’ll never come back to this store

Poor service in the photo department. Working in retail for years you do what you need to do to make an inconvenient situation for the customer right. Manager there could care less.

Pharmacy folks are effective and nice

They sell expired Pepsi 2 liters. Unfortunately, by the time I discovered it my receipt was gone. I expect this from a trashy liquor store, not Walgreens.
