The coinstar machine worked beautifully and no wait on the bottle returns. The people were very nice and helpful. The store looked amazing!

Very clean and orderly. I got some great clearance items. The food section is displayed well so you can actually see all the items unlike other Meijers I have been in. They also had really good red-skin potato salad in the deli section.

Clean, staffed adequate. Lots of sales. Only thing is if you dont get there early for sales, good luck. Theyre almost done with a total remodeling of entire store. Looking nice.

It was the 4th of July and the store was not super busy yet. The remodel makes things a bit challenging, but if you are patient it comes into view. The deli, meat and produce section. Is pretty impressive, all open concept. It is definitely updated. The check-out was simple and easy. Cant wait to see it when all is done!

This location is clean and organized. The staff is friendly. It looks like they are planning some floor plan changes as there were black marker X marks and tape on the floor. This did not impede shopping in any way.

“My Spot” even under construction it’s a great place. Everyone is welcoming, helpful, Available, and friendly. I get anxious being at stores however when I shop here I feel more relaxed and comfortable. Laid back atmosphere. I definitely enjoy and look forward to checking out with cashier Taylor (on nights)

This store got a much needed face lift and it shows. Things are a little wonky in how they got arranged, but it looks nice regardless. Always love coming to meijer. They have a little bit of everything.

This Meijer is brand new and still being renovated. It has some of the greatest prices Ive ever seen for stuff right now, since its still in the beginning stages. Its also becoming more and more set up each time you go in! So sometimes its still difficult to find stuff, but you can tell it will be well-organized once theyre done renovating it.However, it will also be a challenge for many people who are used to more small town/suburban stores. GR is where Meijer was created, so a lot of them are HUGE compared to the others within the state.

Location of can return room is nice. Convenient. Which is opposite of what i have to say about everything else there. Good luck finding what u need...its probably on the other side ;-)

Several things about the remodel are very nice. However if you want service at the meat department it no longer exists.Not a fan of no longer having a meat case where you can get what you would like.

Meijer is ok. I wish they had more cashiers. They did a huge remodel but removed customer service. Instead its mostly uscan and the app check out kiosk. One person is supposed to support 12 UScan checkouts. Its silly. Totally brings down the level of customer service. Instead the poor guy is running around like a valet driver trying to support 12 registers. Not impressed.

They just remodeled the building and while it does look better the placement of the items in the store no longer makes as much sense. I cant be to picky due to it just being a meijer but I figured id mention it.

Has a fairly wide selection, but the prices are higher than other meijers in the area. Probably because it is close to GVSUs campus.

Its a grocery store. They have what I need. What else could I ask for?

Bottle return was a nightmare and there wasnt anyone available to help so I had to put my bottles back in my car. Other than that nothing major but lacking in product and lots of empty shelves.

In its current state...... I cannot go to Meijer. It is a shoppers nightmare. I know it will be fixed soon but not soon enough. I cant find anything ever and no o e working seems to be able to help either. Please hurry and finish construction.

I wish I would have looked at their names but I went to the store and needed help finding a few things and the lady who helped me was so friendly she not only brought me to the exact spot where I needed to go- but also got me a cart!! When we got to the garden center I needed to lift a few heavier items and a gentleman helped me with that! They both were so friendly and IT was a breath of fresh air to shop at this store! They Definitely made my day brighter!

I have been shopping with Meijer since the early sixties and the store has always been up to date with the styles and their products .It truly has always been and will always be my go to store for ALL mine and my familys needs for generations to comeThank You Fred Meijer !

Great pit stop for a healthy lunch!

Shipt was aware there technology was having issues. Meijer allowed me to place an order. My order was never delivered. After speaking to Meijer customer service TWICE they canceled my order. Period. I cant even order a pick up for today. My entire day has been waisted. I have no groceries and a whopping 5 dollar coupon.Lost a costumer today.

50% of the customers were not wearing masks or wearing them wrong. Wonder why Michigan is seeing another surge? Businesses not enforcing the CDC rules is why.

I mean I would give it 5 stars if they had good wifi or if u could get service in their but still a solid 4

The meijer in jenison is a great place to shop but it’s usually not a “quick trip” due to it always being very busy. It would get a 5 star if they could have a few more registers open or people to answer questions. Although the workers there are busy they are always friendly and willing to help. Especially the pharmacy staff.

This is not my normal Meijer. I was extremely disappointed. During a pandemic, you dont want to shop somewhere where you cant even find a parking spot. I was there at 2 on a weekday so you wouldnt think it would be like that. I saw many people not wearing masks properly. I dont understand the layout at all. It made no sense to wander all over the place. I will not be back. My Meijer on Clyde Park at 54th Street is way better even though its smaller

This meijer is top notch. Lauren and Britney at the pharmacy were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Always friendly people. Every time I ask a question the employees will take me to where the item is that I ask about. Even if its on the other side of the store from where theyre working. Couldnt be happier with them.

Not a fan of Meijer, but this place seemed unorganized.

I bought a weeks worth of groceries here, and took the receipt to Walmart. I compared the exact same items I just purchased to ones in the Walmart store. There was a 15 dollar savings difference shopping at Meijer vs Walmart. Out of about 100 dollars. I don’t know about you but I’ll take a 15 percent savings and avoid Walmart any day.

Big box grocery and general store. Has better prices on most grocery items and there is a good selection of general items (toys, garden supplies, automotive, house hold otems)

All dairy products have been moved to the far back of the store..... its a conspiracy, I believe. Lol

Not the best in the area. Within a short drive you can be at Rivertown Meijer, Jamestown Meijer, or Walker/Standale Meijer. This one, aesthetically, is definitely more coal than diamond, especially given its elder status compared to the aforementioned. However, Meijer is Meijer. If a Meijer normally has it, Cottonwood (Jenison/Georgetown Township) Meijer will as well.

Jenison Meijer still under construction & I cant find anything there! Not the place to stop for 1 or2 item quick stop! Hmmm open they finish soon!

This place is going through a disorganized remodel. Everything is a mess. Can’t find anything. And you NEVER see anybody doing any work on the remodel job. I will go to Family Fare for now. The outside of the store is a disorganized mess too.

I always stop here and get gas on my way back from the Upper Peninsula or from Grand Rapids.

Throughout the pandemic, this store as well as Grandville seems to just stock shelves to fill them without making sure the prices are accurate. Every time I shop at Meijer lately, I have no idea what price Im paying for anything.

Its a great grocery, department store.You can find pretty much anything you need...and more..The sales are wonderful...prices are fair....The online Meijers App..is very helpful...to seeing the weekly ad, making a store list, and clipping coupons, as well as getting your Meijer M perks..The parking spaces are spacious. Love the width..because you should not get any door dings from someone else..unless they intend to be careless..I love the meat counter, the fresh produce, and the big variety of everything..clothes for any age, house products, bedding, towels, small appliances, computers, cell phones and accessories...photo lab.. and basic hardware and auto needs,... as well as kids games and toys, and pharmacy, and healthcare needs.....Not much they dont carry..if anything else, you need to search out a specific store for items.It is as Meijers states...A One Stop / Shop storeAlways a customer.

Meijer in jenison is always out of everything I just had someone do shipt for me and out of 11 items they only had 8 of the 11 items this place is such a dump. My parents went last week and said their shelves are empty. Family Fare always has items. Does Jenison Meijer need new management?

Meijers has something for everyone! I enjoy being able to pick up groceries at reasonable prices to arts and crafts!Everything is assessable for the wheel chair bound, the isles are wide and clean.Plan on finding a few more things than you went in for.

Best produce in town. Getting a little pricey since the pandemic started. Mperks worth the hassle.

Not too bad of a trip. It was slightly busy but not busy enough to have huge lines. The air conditioning was a very welcome feeling after the one mile walk to get there.
