Most of the staff is very helpful. The paint however, may be the least cleanable and low quality paint I have ever experienced. There will always be marks which are harder to clean, but this paint does not allow any cleaning. Not only does it not clean well, any attempt to clean results in the paint rubbing off.We have the egg shell finish which is more like a flat paint. The paint scuffs very easily with any type of contact, like if you brush against the wall with your shirt. Even the satin type finish resists cleaning. Unfortunately, our builder and contractor insisted we use this ceramic paint. Find a different painter if they insist on using this brand. The only paint that worked well for us was a Sherwin Williams product we personally found to match the window sash.
