Ordered pictures online...had them sent to the photo department. Picked them up and got home...(should have counted them there...my bad!)...missing 26 of my photos that I paid for.Called the store ...lady looked into it and said they dont know what happened or where theyre at. Refused to even help more. Asked for a manager and she hung up on me. Wont be going back to the one in Jennings

Im visiting family from Houston. Simply went in to purchase a few essentials. Stood at the check out counter for about 3 minutes with no help. There were about 3 employees at the photo counter who all seemed busy helping 2 people. I would have walked over to ask for help but one employee looked at me multiple times with no acknowledgement of my waiting. Ive never had to beg for service and dont intend to start now. I left what I had and went to CVS. They were happy to help!
Ive used this Walgreens for 8 years and never had a problem with anything or anyone there.
I wasnt going to leave a review, but after seeing other reviews showing how bad the pharmacist is, Im glad it wasnt jist me imagining things. I always get dirty and suspecting looks every time I have to fill my prescription at a pharmacy other than the one I normally go to because its a controlled substance. However, this jackass took one look at the script and handed it back to me and just immediately said we dont have it instead of even checking.

Never have our meds on hand. Takes a week before it comes in. Dont alert when the meds come in or when they are ready. Phone calls are put on hold for 30mins or longer. Its a Horrible pharmacy systems!

Terrible experience! Tina the in the photo department was absolutely rude. Informed me shed cancelled my order as I restarted and watched that erroneous order print. When I returned she had both orders for me then had an attitude when I showed her how theyd been cropped and reminded her that she said shed canceled it. She then proceeded to argue that this was what is done after Id cancelled the order.The front cashier is no better. They need training in customer service with a smile.
When I made a photo order or needed help with something, they were so extremely rude to me. I make a photo order, go to pick it up, and they proceed to tell me they dont carry wooden panels. Ok? Then why is it on the website? Why didnt you call me? When I asked what I was supposed to do regarding this situation, they sourly talk down to me like I should fix this situation and they have no responsibility in the matter. Zero customer service skills and zero compassion for customers. Just the worst customer service I think Ive ever experienced. I think their goal when the go to work is, How can we make this the worst experience for our customers as possible.
RUDE, condescending pharmacist. Dropped a script off, was told it would be an hour. Went back in an hour and the pharmacist couldnt read the doctors name so nothing was done. He acted like I made it up because he was too stupid to figure it out. Im an RN. I work in the emergency room and have never run into such an A-hole. For a simple antibiotic. I am now a CVS customer.
Terrible!! Racist pharmacist named Jaimie watched me at the window for 15 minutes and never came to the window so I could pick up my meds. I went inside with about 10 mins left before they closed and he would not fill the prescription..... again after watching me at the window for 15 mins!!!
Terrible service the cashier knows absolutely nothing of coupons need to learn to be cashiers before working on that !!!! the manager was nice but the cashier seemed to command more than the manager..

HORRIBLE!!!Several Times I have dropped off a script and over 24 hours later I go back, only to wait for 20 minutes while they fill the script.
