It was great I got my favorite snacks

Wasnt clean as before. Aisles were pretty much in shambles. When I walked through the door, there was two lanes open and both were mid way the aisle. Wasnt stocked as in the pass. There is a new store less than 3 minutes from my home but I had good dealings with this one. Well MOT ANYMORE!!

The check out workers are really friendly. Makes your visit seem like youre doing business with a friend.

The customer service is horrible and they NEVER have nothing on the shelves. I shouldn’t have to go to a different location when the items that I came in there for are IN THE BOXES!! This location need a different manger and more employees.

Cant get enough of there snacks 😋 and thats the only place I can find special drinks.

I would usually give this location 5 stars, but not today. Today I visited the store to purchase water for the office, I walked out and two employees were standing outside near the entrance smoking and blowing their smoke towards patrons entering and exiting the establishment. When confronted about their behavior the manager Steve stated, Dont come back, I found this both disturbing and unprofessional that an employee would direct a customer with a health concern grievance, NOT to come back, instead he further stated, Well theyre breathing on me. How during COVID and people are wearing mask are they breathing on you? But, your second hand smoke is the issue. Please someone from Corporate fix this. With his attitude people are not safe around him. Thank you

I hadnt been in awhile but I must say it looks a whole lot better from the outside to the inside. The cashier was friendly & I actually found what I was looking for👍

It was good. They finally have carts again. There were none for the longest. Everyone was friendly. I tried a couple of new things the last time I was there. Iced coffee, new flavors, rasberry and caramel, delish!!

Its always a pleasure to shop at the Dollar tree,the prices are unbelievably low. Im always pleasantly surprised when I see all the things that I can buy for a dollar. The staff is always friendly and helpful and that look upon you as family.

It’s cool I go in get greeted nicely but need to work on my communication skills at the register and not get paranoid whenever workers watch because I understand they are doing their job and people tend to steal from their store

Nothing ever on shelves...smallest Dollar tree in the entire world..this place need to be expanded...its really a disgrace in the entire USA chain. However employees and mgr nice...there never bleach and basic items in this store. NEVER.

I and my Wife enjoy shopping at the Jennings Dollar Tree. The staff is very thoughtful. As an example we saw them helping customers that were physically challenged locate things in the store. You don,t see that too often in our society today. In addition the employees at the check out are both friendly and courtious.

I dont like, when you buy a whole lot of merchandise and you cant take it out the door because of the bar on the cart and your worried that someone is going to still you purchase and the staff dont volunteer to help you!!

Dollar Tree is a great chain but this location lacks obvious leadership. There are empty shelves with product in boxes in front of them and 20 people in line with 1 register open. It just seems like no one cares....

This Dollar Trees shelves are usually empty. It looks like theyre always waiting for a truck - either they arent ordering enough or the store is too big for the amount of product they are keeping on hand. The staff is always friendly, so im giving 3 stars, but the condition of the store makes me want to rate the store as a 1.

I went to the new location on Jennings Station rd and NOT only was there long lines but the Female Manager who looked around and saw how long the lines were did nothing to open another register. There was 1 employee walking around the store and another wasting helium by blowing up balloons that no one ordered.. When I asked the Manager to open another register she said, She is off the clock! WHAT A UNPROFESSIONAL, WORTHLESS MANAGER who has the privileged to work in a new store. 4 REGISTERS & ONLY 2 OPEN ..

Great store, but needs to be stocked and straightened more frequently. Also, there seems to be a pan handler outside the store door more often than not.

My pros and cons are theyre a friendly down to earth staff, but they always having a hard time restocking the shelves.

Store Manager hides in office with just 1 cashier working line back to cooler where is the manager to help ring

Shelves were empty the store was dirty and no one was was working. Had skids in the middle of the aisle but no one working on it. Carts had trash in them and most where broken. For this to be a fairly new store it looks horrible, I will never shop there again 😤😠

It is 7pm, they locked the doors and there is an employee just walking back & forth saying theyre closed for the night. When the sign on the door says they dont close until 9. Unprofessional

Unfortunately i had the displeasure of having KAT as a cashier today. She was very rude, unprofessional and should NOT be working in customer service. As long as she is at the register i will not shop there.

Small, densely stocked store. Long lines that move pretty quick.

I went to this Dollar Tree trying to help my stepmom do some shopping for crafts at her school. I went in and asked and employee for his help, in which he did try but was unsuccessful. As I was leaving 2 other employees followed me as I left the star and wrote down my license plate as I got to my car. I went back to ask if there was something wrong and was accused of stealing and demanded to look through my purse.Will never go there again...this 1 star is for the 1 employee who actually helped me.

I would never go back here again my bag had got stolen and I could never get in contact with the corporate people about that and I was never refund for my items that was stolen
