Laura was incredibly helpful and kind! She gave me lots of great makeup advice, answered all of my questions thoughtfully, and was a delight to work with! She was very patient with me even though the store was busy, and gave me the attention I needed so that I could make an informed purchase. Im so glad that Laura was there to help me that day!

Caleb and Lauren at this location are so amazing and sweet and helped me pick out affordable face products which i had trouble looking for! i really appreciated them and they made my trip to Sephora very pleasant

If I could give ZERO stars I would have. Laura the “manager” was absolutely no help.. I made a purchase in March before the pandemic and tried to simply exchange the foundation because Benefit changed the packaging and they wouldn’t help said there is nothing we can do. I will not buy any more products from Sephora and I will be cancelling my credit card as well. Horrible horrible service.

I was here over the weekend and omg what a disaster. It wasnt very busy and the store was trashed, not to mention all the products are covered in layers of dust and look like they have been sitting around a long time, testers are gross and sticky, so are actual products for purchase. Its like this every time I come in. There was a few girls there, I dont know how they get away with this. I will go to another Sephora thats much further just so I dont have to deal with this mess, which is ridiculous but I dont trust the products at this location.

There were 3 girls working and none assisted with anyone in the store. They were too busy talking and carrying on to notice anything. The store was disgusting and the testers were the nastiest testers I’ve ever seen. All the items had dust all over it (I’m guessing because no one goes there). I ended up putting my 2 items back because I didn’t know how old they were. Travel to another location, don’t even bother.

What a filthy mess! Gross. Didnt even want to touch anything. Testers were disgusting. Nobody cleans at this store. Everything was broken, empty and out of stock. Get off Facebook ladies and clean the store!!

Alll i have to say is Cindy is the best one there she helped me with everything shes so awesome and sweet!!!! Matched my shade perfectly!!!

Very poor customer service. They had 3 people working. No one came over to assist me. They were standing behind counter at register talking. It was only me and one other customer in store at time of my visit. Wanted to purchase foundation. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

I hate giving these girls such a low rating since they are always so attentive and amazing when I go in there, but this review is for corporate. It’s sad that in our town of Port St. Lucie we only have the JC Penny’s Sephora and or go 45 mins south to West Palm Beach. We get there to buy some of the new additions to Sephora and they are never stocked completely with that they need. It’s so unfair to them because this lack of product reflects to their customer service ratings.Today I went in search for the new Huda foundations and Rihanna’s new Fenty foundations in my shade. And for Fenty in the WOC (woman of color) shade there’s nothing! Not even a sample! That is so highly disappointing when they make such a wide variety of shades and they don’t even have the sample! How aggrieving!! And all I wanted was a sample so I can see what shade I am and still end up buying the foundation online. In Huda they had NOTHING just a few liquid lipsticks that’s it. I’m sorry but this is totally unacceptable. I can’t imagine how many sales you lose by not being properly stocked. I walked out, I had the new Rihanna stunna lipstick in my hands and I just put it back because nothing I came in for was available and bless the girls’ heart but they had no idea when they would or if they would even get any!Again I’m so sad for writing such a terrible review when the customer service is A1! I can’t rave enough about these girls! Always smiling always friendly quick with a wonderful suggestion and tricks and tips. I feel like I have a group of make up girlfriends in there. We talk about the latest and we share different favorites from different bands.So corporate DO BETTER by us the people of Port St Lucie, Florida.
