I moved to the area two months ago and I shop at this location at least two or three times a week. I havent used the pharmacy, but the staff in the store is very helpful and friendly. I wish I could remember all the names of the ones that I have had help me but they are all great. Kristi, Robert, and Shania are the three I have had the most experience with. They are awesome! Thank you all at that store!!
The front end of the store gives great service, but the pharmacy always is very rude and inconsiderate of their customers on a regular basis.
The pharmacy was horrible. I made an appointment for a vaccination, when I got to the pharmacy, they told me it was not available. I don’t understand why they would let you set up an appointment online if they don’t have availability.
The pharmacy does not refill scripts on time they wait a full 30 days to refill instead of 28 days. They also do not call the dr for your script to check with them if they cant determine the hand writing. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.
I should’ve have went to my preferred pharmacy which is the Walgreens off east ocean. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. I will never go to this pharmacy ever again because of this woman the other day when I was trying to drop off my prescription of Tamiflu. I was really sick or else I would have had the energy to go to the one off East Ocean. The lady took my insurance card.... which it’s already in the system so I’m not sure why she needed it. She said “your policy has been canceled” I said “I just went into a urgent care and paid 0$ because my deductible has been met” “well we’re not an urgent care and it says you’re policy was canceled august 31st” like I don’t know the difference between an urgent care and a pharmacy... I said “that’s impossible I just picked up prescriptions using my insurance on September 28th” and then she just rolled her eyes and pretended to enter stuff in the computer and gave me more of an attitude and said “ma’am you’re policy is canceled.” I took my card and left. The audacity this woman had treating me like I’m less than because she didn’t know how to do her job... very unprofessional. I told close family and friends and they also will not be using this Pharmacy.

This is a good place to shop. Most of the staff is pleasant and willing to help you find items. The pharmacy people are not so helpful.

I went to this location Walgreens to print a picture for a frame I bought for a family member visiting Florida.I wanted to fill the frame so Lindsey helped me make the picture AMAZING helping me step by step with the machine. She showed me how to write on the photo and even helped me pick out a neat shark for the back round. I will come back to this location for picture printing even though I live closer to 5 more Walgreens bc of her wonderful customer service. She was like an artist on that machine!!! My cousin loved the gift by the way. All of this happiness only cost me .88 cents to do. Bravo Lindsey you made my gift look professional and beautiful. THANK YOU!!
One of the worst Walgreens Ive ever had the displeasure to visit. I have PTSD, anxiety, & panic attacks. I have a hard time leaving my house because of my issues. When stuff like this happens It just makes things worse for me.... First of all it doesnt matter what time of day it is, there is always a huge line inside or at the drive-thru!! The staff in the pharmacy are not very friendly. I have been on the same meds for almost 4 yrs now & I have had them filled at this store for that entire time. A few days ago I was having bad anxiety because I switched doctors and had not had my medication all day! I finally get the text my Rx is ready & I rush to pick it up. I went thru the drive-thru & to my surprise the price was almost $20 higher than normal!! I say something to him but he tells me thats the price now! I had to pay on my phone with my boyfriends card since I didnt have enough cash with me as these meds have been the same price for almost a year now. I called about it the next day & found out that whoever filled it switched the discount (Goodrx) codes causing the prices to increase on each Rx! Yet bringing my receipts in to the store wont get my $20 refunded to me for a mistake one of their employees made! Even if for whatever reason their system wont let them back it out, process it correctly and give me the refund they as a store should give me the dang $20 and apologize for the mistake they made!!! I hate this particular store so much! Guess itll be time to get a new pharmacy as well next month and just deal with my anxiety of being too far from home! This is such bad customer service in my opinion! They cant count very well either apparently because recently when picking up a partial fill of my Rx I was missing a tablet. I could only tell because I didnt have much money so got a very small amount. They did an inventory check & realized their mistake, they told me to come in for the tablet they owed me. When I did the guy checking me out tried to charge me the same amount I payed the day before when they owed it to me! They finally fixed it and gave me the tablet that was owed to me. The next time I went to get a partial fill I counted them and they had given me 1 extra! I called to tell them this but the store manager was very rude to me and was really quick to throw me on hold in the middle of me talking to transfer me to the pharmacy. I know I needed to talk to them I was just trying to make the store manager aware of whats going on in his store! I called corporate and let them know about it. I also called corporate about me having to pay the $20 for an employee mistake but Ill be calling back again since even with all my receipts they still wouldnt give me a refund! Today the pharmacist said it was because of a price change with goodrx. No its not because 3 days later I paid the normal price again! Amazing! Dont go to this Walgreens pharmacy if you can help it! The store itself is great though and never have a problem with other store employees just the pharmacy employees!
I’m writing this review because I have been a customer of the Jensen Beach Walgreens for over 10 years. This pharmacy has always been very well managed providing excellent customer service. On 7-27-18 I had a major issue which involved the dr, ins and pharmacy- a nightmare - I needed a strong medication for my child - it was after hours on a Friday night. The staff made the effort and took the time to resolve the issue. It wasn’t easy.I sincerely appreciate the effort!
WORSE STORE I HAVE EVER LIVED NEAR. The customer service, customer experience has always been horrible at this store. RUN do not use this store.

The pharmacy has been seriously lacking lately. High turnover, very long waits, too busy to be friendly.. My prescription bottle was filled with bottom of the barrel meds which caused my container to be covered in pill powder. The meds were chipped and not smooth as they usually are. I did not have time to ask for them to be replaced before I had to leave town. Will not be returning. Telling my family to go elsewhere also.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I went on my lunch hour for a specific eye drop and based on your website there should be 2-5 on the shelf. There were none! so I asked the pharmasist clerk who said she didnt know and would call the manager. When he finally got to me I inquired about the product and he said it was possible they did have it but asked me to follow him to the next aisle where he proceeded to show me a stack of red bins and informed me it was possible they might be in one of those bins and I could return in a couple of hours to see if they were able to stock the items in the bins. I ended up buying a different product that did not work as well but needed something immediately.I can pretty much assure you my local walgreens would never had treated a customer like that.
The staff and Mngmnt is great but the Pharmacy is horrible.They had my account under 2 different forms of my name ( Tim and Timothy) for MONTHS after I told them to please change it.For some reason this was so complicated???.Kept getting calls from my insurance about trying to fill my BP and Thyroid medicine 2X a month thru auto fill.Pharmacy staff Kristen I believe, when I asked about an OTC that might help me with blood flow she told me to exercise and lose weight. I have a 10 hour a day physical job but my mother was dying of cancer and did die in April and I gained a few pounds...oops. 😣2nd time I complained that nothing changed was told that Im not losing my job giving you special treatment like reward pointsMe and the wife USED to go there daily. Not anymore.!!!!!!!800 number complaint line did give us 10,000 points. Little did I know that basically equates to a box of cereal and a gallon of milk.Just going to CVS from now on.
The pharmacy gave my prescription to someone else when I had my account password protected. Their drive through is a joke. Expect 15+ minutes in waiting.
Been there twice in the last two days for the pharmacy and waited an hour one time and 45 minutes and still counting the next. Really poor staffing! They told me 15 to 20 minutes and I came back in 35, waited 10 minutes in line and they told me another 5 to 10, which if its Walgreens time thats tomorrow.
Horrible. They take forever and dont even try. They said my medication was out of stock didnt even try to look elsewhere said no Walgreens in the area had it. So I call the palm city Walgreens and they connect me right away with 2 Walgreens in my area that have it. This Walgreens is not helpful at all
Thank you for getting the specific generic I requested. Never thought generics were that different or a problem until I got an Aurobindo celecoxib and it did nothing for me. And the Teva I never had issues with. I am a physician and I appreciate your going the extra for me to get me back on the Teva product.
The sales associate was very rude. Everytime my fiance and I go there she always has this nasty attitude and she acts like she is queen B.
