Our leather sectional couch is an example of poor workmanship. It is only 17 months old but looks 10 years old.Beware not to buy a floor sample as there is no warranty even though this was not stated to us when we purchased. They sent a repair specialist who stated it was not put together properly at the factory. Also, a stitch on the arm is broken. No one sits at this end but that is not how it appears. Once they determined it was a floor sample, there is no warranty. Bassett should be embarrassed at the workmanship of this couch!It is only my husband and I, but you would think we had lots of family when you see this couch. Sometimes I wonder if there was a contest to see who could sell this couch first as I felt very pressured. They should not sell defective furniture unless they clarify it is not “Bassett” quality. They should have donated it to charity.

I have had an extremely positive experience using this store beginning with the designer who visited my home to help me decide which furniture would work best in the amount of space I have. From there I chose fabrics in materials and colors that I liked and that were conducive to the overall effect I was creating - again with the help of the very qualified designer. From there the order was placed and custom made. The communication was excellent, delivery smooth and the customer service I have received could not be better. I highly recommend this Bassett store in Jensen Beach. It has been a real pleasure doing business with them.

Great in store experience but the couch we received was not as comfortable as the store version. Someone from basset came out and agreed the cushions were overstuffed and now we can’t get a return call. Fabric sample in store looked very durable, what we received was cheap and thin with tons of little tufts after only two months. My old couch was three years old and cost a quarter as much but looks newer than the basset furniture after only a couple months. When I tell people that it is a new couch they can’t believe it looks so bad already. Wish I would have went with a cheap brand that will last over this custom premium junk.Notice all the good reviews are from people who didn’t actually purchase the furniture.Edit: after a few months basset did provide a new full set of cushions and a pill shaving machine. Have to give some credit for the customer service.

I bought the Guardsman warranty when I purchased a sectional from Bassett. Bassett highly recommends this warranty. I recently made a claim and it has been a nightmare!! Do not waste your money because it is nothing but a scam!! I thought Bassett was a reputable company with quality products. Very disappointed!!!

Not very happy with the couch, ottoman and lounge chair we purchased. We paid more than $5000.00 for the three pieces. Lots of pilling. Feathers are constantly being released into the room. The furniture is feather filled. Looking at the ottoman, the top cushion is out of alignment with the lower section. Sloppy assembly. We will likely need to have the furniture reupholstered within a year or two. Displeased. We had an issue with the couch when it was delivered. The sales rep stated they would setup to have the furniture looked at and possibly repaired in the home. Despite making followup calls, no one came to service the couch. Same old story, pre-sale boast of the warranty and quality and than bail post-sale on the customer when there are issues. We have had the furniture for about 12 months. Just my wife and I. Very careful with our furniture. The furniture looks like it is 10 years old.

Really beautiful furniture at big prices. Of course, you get what you pay for. We compared to other stores and found that Bassetts style and quality was unbeatable. Didnt buy because the price for what we wanted was just too much more than the budget allowed.

Beautiful furnitures. It was our first time in the store since my husband and I moved into our new home a while ago in a new city and we finally decided to replace our old sofa from City furniture which is still beautifully standing and strong. The store has amazing pieces😍 you will literally picture it ...Prices are definitely high definitely not a friendly budget type of store🙈 Maybe🤷 but hey I guess you get what you pay for, which is the reason why I gave 4 stars cause I dont know about the material quality. Things can be expensive and the material a bummer. The store/sale Manager welcomed us and was lovely. She explained everything we needed to know without even asking her anything. We have our eyes set on a sectional sofa, which stole our heart the minute we walked in. The price wasnt for our budget but we will keep our eyes on it for any offers/promotions/event sales cause we are still on a lookout for a nice sofa 😉Update: we got our new sofa yayyy! So so happy we were gonna go with baers but then decided to go in bassett store one more time . We walked in and there was the same lady we met before and gave us the warmest welcome. So, they had a sale and we decided to go for it. A little stretch in our budget after adding the service, delivery and sale taxes but we were not gonna get that price from this beautiful strong sectional sofa anywhere else. The fun part was to choose different materials and colors for the decorative pillows. 👏🏽

I looked at the furniture and it was great. But right now, its over my budget.

Purchased 25000.00 dollars worth of furniture and wish I had gone somewhere else!!! I have a sectional and 2 chairs I purchased with sunbrella fabric$$$ and within having it 2 weeks the pilling was terrible! I was told this fabric was indestructible and since I have animals this was the way to go. The store manager sent someone to take a look and he tried a fabric shaver which did nothing! They made new cushion covers for the seat cushions which have turned out to be useless because the back cushions, arms, everything looks fuzzy! The couch and chairs look 10 years old already!!! They told me I could not vacuum my furniture to use a lent roller! The couch is 20 foot! So now we dont use the furniture at all! I have two older recliners and made a small den and I just look my over priced fuzzy furniture! The dining table is warped at one end and nothing ever came of what they where going to do about it. They offered replacement or a small credit back and nothing was done. I have purchased better furniture from Lazyboy ! Three couches and never a problem! Of course they didnt sell me sunbrella fabric!!! So disappointed so much money and I cant even use the furniture! Never by from there again! Lesson learned! If I actually used it what would it look like now???? Havent used it since last year!
