We went into the store with specific ideas and measurements in mind. Ended up spending about 2 hours going back and forth on things. Through it all, Grace was incredibly patient and helpful. She was very friendly and attentive without being pushy at all. We appreciate all her help!

I am so disappointed in Rooms to Go as a company and the Jensen Beach store. I ordered furniture and waited 5 months to get it, when i arrived it was damaged and I called customer service before the delivery guys left my house. I waited a week for someone to come out and tell me that it was a manufactures defect and thats how the furniture is made. Had I know that at the time of purchase I would have choose something else or just went somewhere else and waited 5 months for furniture. I received a call from customer service to discuss the issues at hand. After about 30 minutes explaining that I did not expect to purchase damage furniture why was I as the consumer being punished. Finally after looking at the photos and the note they agreed that is was damaged and I was told I could go and pick out new furniture for equal or greater value. I went that same week and the it was a horrible experience. My husband and I walked in and around the store not one sales associate even greeted us, inn fact when we came close to a sales associate she acted as if we had the plaque., she stopped in her tracks with her head down and made sure she didnt walk past us (disturbing). Finally I found a associate which they were everywhere in the store. When I explained the situation only to be told that the customer service rep I spoke a few day before put in the notes that this was a customer preference and I was going to be charged over $700.00 worth of fees, the manager of the store wouldnt even come and speak to us, just threw her hands in the air and left us to fend for ourselves. All of this back and forth has been the worst customer service I have ever had. If I wasnt stuck with a store credit I would have not repurchased more furniture and spent more money with this company. I k now that I will never shop here again. Not that think my experience will change anything.

Sales agent and staff was excellent. Very helpful and accommodating about finding the best in house price packages and delivery dates, including changes to prior orders. Online sales price for our same order was found to be less than what we purchased but not available to our in-house agent. Called RTG agent and our price will be adjusted to current advertised prices.

I told her what I was looking for and that Im switching mattresses every couple years because I keep getting the wrong one. As new residents to the Port St. Lucie area, we were in dire need of furniture and a pullout couch for our house. We decided Rooms to Go was a good possibility; we were right. When we walked through the door, we were warmly greeted by Grace, a sales associate. However, throughout the outing her genuine kindness and drive to help us really shined through. We were there for two hours, and she never left our side. A good employer puts themselves in the customers shoes in order to help out, and she did just that.Some items that we wanted ran out while we were still there, and she searched hard to replace them and successfully did in a timely matter. She apologized, but not the standard heartless apology; she really meant it and actually felt our frustration. She handled the situation very well.In the end, our Rooms to Go trip was very successful, and if you go, Grace is the person to talk to.

We always do some research before visiting the store. We are ready to buy but it helps that theres always, always a readily available salesperson to greet you at the door. Whatever you see online, theres usually a floor model in the store in stock. In the past some of the delivery times were very delayed but most recently theyre able to deliver within the week!!!

My daughter and I went to the Jensen Store looking for mattresses and we were pass to Miguel in the kids section, felt like the first rep didn’t want to help us maybe because we were Hispanics or because he want to keep chatting w his coworker. Store was busy last night when we went in. We got a chance to look without being jumped on. Super friendly staff checked on us for questions. We just moved here so we didn’t purchase yet, but we will when we close on our house from Nicole. I liked the selection, the prices and the finance options that Nicole told us about are going to bring us back. They had a kids section so I can get kids stuff as the same time.

Went today because we ordered too large of a sectional. Just needed to change one piece of the three piece. Our sales associate yesterday was AMAZING! Allan did an amazing wonderful job. We hoped he would be here today to help.It seemed busy, so it was understandable that someone didn’t greet us. In the distance we saw a sales associate, whom we made eye contact multiple times and he seemed to be ignoring us. We approached him near the offices and asked if he could assist us. His reply was “depends” we informed him we purchased a sectional yesterday. And just need to change the order. He said well Allan will be here tomorrow so come back then…i informed him per their policy I have 48 hours to change myOrder. He then seemed very bothered. And told us well he can’t do anything someone in the office can.I noted his names tag. His name was David. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM HIM. Although I don’t know his thoughts behind providing the worst customer service. I’m assuming he thought we were young and probably couldn’t afford anything. I hope I am wrong.Will never ever buy from David. If it wasn’t for him I would of gave this store 5 stars for Allans excellent service.

I went to RTG looking for a modern but simple bedroom set in a lite gray color. They had several sets to choose from. When I walked in Gloria, the sales associate greeted me within 30 seconds and inquired about what I was looking for. I explained to her what I was looking for and she showed me several options. After looking at them all, i found exactly the set I was looking for. She was very helpful, patient and explained everything during the purchasing process, which was very quick and easy.

My husband and I with our 3 children drove an hour from Palm Beach Gardens to visit furniture stores in Stuart/Jensen Beach area and we ended up in Rooms To Go. We are so grateful we got a saleswoman named Linda Paskovich. She was wonderful and so helpful! She was patient and kind and worked with us to get the perfect sofa and loveseat. We are on a budget, so we didn’t get everything we wanted yesterday, but we plan to call Linda again for some more pieces. Linda made the experience at Rooms to Go a wonderful one. My wife and I went shopping for a dining room table…we ended up buying that, a bistro set and a new sectional. Amazing quality and many styles to choose from. I went to the Jensen beach store today and thankfully I was greeted by a very sweet young lady named Nicole. She was very kind and helpful. Anything I asked her she knew the answer. I have terrible Sciatica, and it was flaring up. And I researched mattresses. I finally decided to check out Rooms to Go. The sales associate, Christoper, was awesome.I tried a few different beds, eliminating the ones that were less comfortable. I narrowed it down to two choices that were very minuscule difference in comfort level.I chose the cheaper option. The other option was over 1k more, and Christopher didn’t try to push the more expensive mattress on me. He also didn’t try to push the more expensive mattress protector on me.I was able to get express delivery (5 days) for no extra charge. Today was delivery day. They came in the timeframe they said they’d come, and the delivery tracker was able to keep me informed.They took my old mattress and put the new mattress on the frame. They were in and out within 10 minutes.Next time I need new furniture, I will definitely start with Rooms to Go.

My husband and I who are African-American felt RACIALLY PROFILED. Spent at least 30-45 minutes in the store without any acknowledgment from any of the sales staff. We werent greeted or asked if we needed any assistance. The store didnt appear to be busy because they were sitting around I guess waiting for their ideal customer and its apparent that it wasnt us although we had planned to make a $3000.00 purchase. Were headed to another store where Im sure our business and our dollars will be much more appreciated and valued.Well NEVER go back there again!!

EDIT TO ADD: 7 Months ago I received a response to this review-- asking that I email my order info. I did so immediately. 7 months later I havent received any communication or resolution. Every day I have to look at this ottoman that I paid full price for - yet had it delivered with a hole. Every day I look at the white furniture with black scuff marks on it.Truly disappointed still.Theres no excuse for this.****The showroom staff was amazing but because of the disgraceful customer service behind the scenes and the multiple delivery issues over the last few months, I will never order anything from Rooms To Go Again.Every single item that I ordered was damaged in some shape or form. I spent over $5,500 on Living Room and Bedroom Furniture and I dont think its unreasonable to expect the items to arrive without holes, tears, and stains. Especially when they took 4-5 months to arrive.During 1 delivery, the gentleman wasnt even wearing a mask.. telling me that Covid was No Big Deal and my child was not in danger because kids dont catch it.Each time there was damage, the workers took a picture with their phone and said that I would hear back from someone within 48 hours. I never did.I emailed corporate and got a response weeks later.Today SOME of my items were supposed to be exchanged between 7a-11a.I received a message that my delivery window was 9:20-9:50Hours later, when I called about the delay, I was told that the delivery windows arent real and it may be coming at the end of the dayMy replacement items arrived at 12:15pm. The staff was very polite. The chair being exchange WAS DAMAGED! The fabric on the arm of the chair is pulled up.So my old chair had a torn seam in the back and my new chair has torn fabric on the arm.I was told that ANOTHER exchange will have to be issued.Isnt this such a waste of time and resources.Ive cancelled my pending orders that havent been delivered yet and will not return to Rooms To Go!

I was so thankful to have the best salesperson work with my girlfriend and I today at Rooms to Go in Jensen Beach. Vanessa allowed us to browse. We were so comfortable shopping and didnt feel pressured when we asked questions about prices and delivery dates. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect bedroom set for our son. Originally we were going to order online to avoid sales people but are so glad we decided to go in. I am looking for a full size xl mattress set, I realize they are not as easily accessible as they use to be. When I chatted with the Rooms to Go main company online they said they did not have any on display, but I can go to my local Rooms to Go, try out standard size full mattress for my comfort then order the full xl mattress set. I attempted to do that, the lady salesperson at the Jensen Beach Rooms to Go told me she has been in the business for 40 years and that is no such thing and never has been a full size xl mattress. I have one now to a bed and I need another one. Two other stores carry them, but I wanted to see Rooms To Go had for prices on them. This sales lady with 40 years of experience is not in bedding! She has no idea what she is talking out. Very discouraged with this company.

What a horrible experience I had with room to go, 1st I purchase a table and 4 chairs, they said it will be delivered on July 27th, then when July 27th came they never showed up, I called and they said now I will be delivered in sept, early sept, the table and chair arrived damage, then today they made another attempt to deliver and the new table was damage, I’m going on all most 3 months and still no table and chairs… horrible service… will never again purchase furniture in rooms to go…

The experience at rooms to go was excellent. Karen provided great customer service and my mother was able to get the bed set she wanted at an affordable price. The only hiccup is that the wait for the delivery is very long. The bedroom set we ordered will not arrive until August 1st.

Despite the fact that I was walking in without the idea of making a purchase that day she put me at ease in my experience. Amanda is personable and confident in that sales floor. She was attentive, patient and knowledge without trying to push a sale and has even followed up with me since my visit! I can’t wait to close on my home and go back to see her again. She far exceeds any expectations!

My wife and I walked into Rooms To Go looking to furnish our new home Friday. Mind you we had our 8 month old son and 2 1/2 year old daughter with us. Miguel Contreras, our sales representative approached us and was extremely polite and patient from the start, and was very sweet to both of our children. He was completely knowledgeable of every piece of furniture we asked about and went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We spent a couple hours in the store and never felt rushed or pressured. After our sale he did not disappear, he explained how delivery would go and made sure to work with our schedule to make everything work as easy and efficiently as possible. We will be back in later next week to pick up a couple more things and we will always be dealing with Miguel from here on out. Thank you for your patience with our children and for just being an all around great person.

Very disappointed. Our sales guy was great but the couches are not! We ordered the Cindy Crawford slip cover couches. They are only a few months old and are Pilling like crazy! We had a tech come look and say he sees it all the time! Why do you sell a product to customers that do this?? All they offered to us were new pillows, but after talking with the tech, he confirmed this would happen again!! I do not want a couch that we are going to have to deal with this!! We asked to exchange them for new couches, we would even pay the difference for the upgrade but the managers at the store are unable to honor that request. We had to call corporate, waited on the line for over an hour, put our number in for a call back and NO CALL BACK! I won’t buy from Rooms to go again. Extremely upset.

When I entered the store, I was greeted by Rob. Since I was looking for several different things, I appreciated his patience, knowledge and also the fact the he stayed even after his shift ended to help me! With his help, I was finally able to find guest room furniture. I’ve been looking for weeks at different stores and I think his patience helped me make a decision. A great experience and I appreciated it!
