I wish i had a better experience here because the location is very close to my house. Last night I made a reservation online to have two tires replaced at this location this morning. This morning I arrived and was told the tires I reserved last night were not available but another comparable tire was. I agreed and I was told the installation would take 60-90 minutes. 50 minutes later my name was called and I was told the tires I had just agreed to purchase were also not in stock and had to be ordered. Neither the corporate website nor the in-store system knew the inventory available. I wont be back.

I found a nail in my tire on a Saturday night and needed to find somewhere that’s open on Sunday and open early because we were leaving at noon that day for Disney World for a quick 2 day trip with dinner reservations that evening in Disney Springs. After visiting numerous places all with 3+ hour waits, I called Firestone in Jensen Beach as my last resort. I explained my situation and they said they’ll see what they can do. I drove there immediately and they fixed my car within 30 minutes and we can’t thank them enough! We were able to get to Disney on schedule and begin our trip safely and stress-free! I highly recommend Firestone Jensen Beach and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have been bringing my car here for service for 5 years and I used to receive excellent service. Tires, batteries, alignments, oil changes etc. I know I was already paying more to get what was good service. Something has happened to this location in the last year. I try to get service and they are too busy. They want you to drop off your car and leave it. They are over booking work and even for a simple oil change you can wait for hours. I tried booking an appointment and when you arrive they dont have the respect to tell you that they wont be able to start the work. I booked an 8 AM appointment for an oil change and I should have known something was wrong when the guy asked if I was dropping the car off. I wanted them to check my car over and let me know what services I might need. I dont need that level of disrespect. I noticed the recent complaints are all coming from women who have had their car serviced there for a long time and are now having problems. Something changed.

This place is a rip off trying to sell you things not needed and charging outrageous prices thanks but no thanks went down the road got what I needed without being sold anything and the experience was honest and great. Firestone was dishonest and tried to sell me on something that was not needed. Terrible experience and customer service.

I had a great experience here with lots of help. The workers showed great integrity and honesty and I was very impressed. Cassandra Mann there was a big help and helped me in every way she could with my tires and services, and was extremely honest. My experience here has made me want to let all my friends and family to know to come here. Honesty and integrity are a big part of any good business to me and this crew especially Cassandra greatly showed these traits.

Liarstone BEWARE! Great to leave as many stars as I can for great first experience at St. Lucie Battery and Tire. Came here on 2nd opinion for complete brake replacement after Liarstone (Firestone) quoted me $981! At St. Lucie Battery and Tire, Bailey and Cody said front pads need replacement and attention to the rotor. Nothing for the rear. No replacement of the rotors as Liarstone said! Saved me a lot!

Good service but not great

I had been going to this Firestone for a good while because they were honest, courteous, and thorough. I could get cheaper services elsewhere if I wanted dishonest people whose primary focus was to up sell me. This together with the rudeness made it obvious thatthere had been a change in management. The women who checked me in later stated she was the tire manager. She continually cut me off to the point I had to tell her that if she let me finish she would understand what I was saying. Interestingly, my daughter knew exactly who I was talking about as she had a similar experience with her. Furthermore the customer before me was very unhappy about the service he had received previously that resulted in him getting an oil stain in his driveway. After all that she repeatedly apologized and asked for a good rating. Good ratings are earned. I am now looking for another place to have my car serviced.

I used to like and trust this Firestone and brought my car in for oil changes, brakes, tires, and any other maintenance services it needed. I took my car in for an oil change and asked to have the brakes and alignment checked. The oil change was done, but none of the other fluids were topped off. They stated I needed new brakes for $1176.12. I was astonished at the cost. Firestone also padded the estimate bill with tire package, cabin air filter, control arms, tire rods, valve cover & gasket recommendations that were not needed (bringing the estimate to $5,234.44).I took it to another auto care business to check the brakes and give me another estimate. The other auto care business said my brakes were good and topped off my fluids that Firestone didnt do with an oil change.I used to trust Firestone. After my experience and with them trying to rip me off, I will never go back. I would recommend anyone get a second opinion with another care car center if they go to Firestone.

I had a screw in my tire. They got me right in. I was out the door in 20 mins. Would recommend.

Cassandra went above and beyond in finding my rear tires after I ran over a nail and needed a replacement. She literally looked for like 30 minutes for tires that would match my current ones because they didn’t have them in stock. We had to schedule to come back and get them changed but she was very accommodating with my hectic schedule. The process and check out was a breeze.

I walked in and got my oil change right away

Suburban had a head light out and was told that the whole assembly had to be replaced to the tune of $900. Got a second opinion and it turned out to just need a replacement bulb that cost $160 for the bulb and 80 for the diagnostic and labor. Dont trust these people. Theyre out for a quick payday off unsuspecting people.

I have been a customer of this store for 3 decades and as far as staff professionalism, service and prices, they are hard to beat. Ive always had a pleasant experience with them. Most recently, Associate Larry was very professional, courteous and helpful. The staff appears to have great leadership and it shows. Not to mention Bridgestone/Firestone are outstanding tires.

Took care of a tire issue, which wasnt an issue! And they did not charge me. Great service.... and they were busy.

I really hate to leave bad reviews, but I have given the Stuart and Jensen Beach Firestone locations multiple chances and I seem to get burnt every time I take my cars there. Last night was the icing on the cake. I will never step into another Firestone or recommend Firestone to anyone as long as I’m alive.

Excellent service.

Had an appt for an alignment which I confirmed takes around an hour. I waited an hour and asked for a status. Then Steve tells me he has to show me something. Takes me out to my car which has been on the lift all this time. No alignment and tells me I need $2200 worth of work on my car for which I had to wait an hour to find out. Steve didnt even apologize when I said that. Oh and rear shocks were listed which Id already had done! Go to get in my car and the guy pulled the seat all the way up so I jammed my knee. Never again.

The rep was courteous and knowledgeable. He was very clear explaining the necessary vs recommended work and why. I did not feel pressure sale of unnecessary items. The work was done very quickly and I avoided additional rental vehicle cost.

I called early on the 8th to have tires installed. They had to order 2 and they would be available in a couple hours. They called me to tell me they to busy to install them so offered me an appointment for noon today. Which was fine with me. I scheduled my day accordingly. At 11:30 they call requesting me to change my appointment for Tuesday. I told him plan my day around this appointment. So I was told to come in but the wait would be longer. Ok no problem. So I go there and am told they cant do it today.My response was Ill get my tires elsewhere. Steve response was Thats just fine with meWont be doing anymore business with Firestone

Great smart mechanics

Let’s see, lied about checking my tires. Rotated them and said all was well. If I’d gotten onto the highway as one was, trusting this Firestone’s word, I’d have ended up in an accident. Seems they’re more worried about getting people in and out, the quickest dollar, and on their way. So now I’m out money, during a pandemic, still with a messed up tire. 💁‍♀️

The Firestone team never disappoints. What an amazing team. You can always trust that they will do what is best for your needs and to fix your vehicle. We have never been overcharged or charged for something we didnt need. They are an amazing team and thank you for your diligence! It is truly appreciated.

I love the Firestone in Jensen Beach. Everyone is nice and they never take advantage. I have literally gone in before and said I need this done and theyve told me no you dont and sent me away, or told me what the actual problem was. However, today I had an appointment to get my brake pads changed at 9am. I showed up at 845 and was told an hour and a half, tops. In the end it took 3 hours. While I do love this shop, 3 hours to get brake pads changed with an appointment is not convenient or appreciated.

I have been cancelled three times without notice. Very frustrating, I understand things happen but when you take time off to get things done you can’t afford not to be contacted. Disappointing customer service. (3 times)

Great staff

I was very impressed with Firestone. Called ahead because it was close to closing time. Clerk verified tire in stock and to come down. Got there, clean, bright lobby. Same clerk took keys, settled up on work order, no surprises. Gentlemen was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Very satisfied with my experience there. Not looking forward to another flat, but would go back here again.

I called another place before Firestone and was told he could not fit me in for a week and was rude when I asked several questions. I walked into Firestone and the man at the counter was polite and knowledgeable helped walk me through the process for maintenance on my company car. He went above and beyond what I expected. I will be going back every time I need to get my maitence done. Would recommend to anyone

Ive used Firestone of Jensen Beach for array of different issues including tire changes, and their customer service is always 5 star. They get my car in and out faster than any of the surrounding tire/repair companies, and most importantly they never exaggerate what my car needs. Theyre informative, honest, and experienced. I would highly recommend using Firestone of Jensen Beach for your auto care needs.

Awesome auto service. Fair prices and fast completion times. Buy their lifetime wheel alignment. Its GR8; pay once, get a new alignment whenever you need one for as long as you own that vehicle. I have a 2006 Honda Accord that I have been getting alignments on for 10 years. You can too.

A good place with honest people. They inspected my brakes and let me know nothing was needed. Changed the oil quickly, replaced some filters with my agreement.

As I go through the process I will up date.I purchased 4 tires on my roaster. My rims were scratched, air sensor damaged and noise from back right tire. Return, my sensor was replaced, did not find anything wrong on the back tire and was told that I will be refunded for repairing my rims. I have been in communication with rim repair for my rims for a couple of days. Call twice to firestone to get in writing that they will reimburse me but no answer. 12-10-15. Called three times. Will drive to location.The manager of this Firestone fix the problem. No questions to ask. He paid a business to redo my rims. Excellent

Consumer beware!!! Today I took my car into Firestone in Jensen for a simple oil change. I have a toddler so we ventured into the mall. I received a phone call stating that my car battery failed some sort of battery test. I found this to be rather strange considering that my car is only 3 years old and has never had any issues or warning signs of battery problems so I opted out of the battery they were recommending. A good 30-40 minutes later they called to say my car was ready. When I got to my car, I buckled my child into the car seat and then went to start the car. The car would not start. Now I’ve had cars in the past with dead batteries, the car did not even try to start. It was a completely dead car. I instantly found someone and demanded an explanation. As I said, my car has never had an issue before so for it to just be 100% DEAD made no sense whatsoever. Finally, someone came out to “jump” the car with a portable jumper. Now I have also seen these in action before, and I know that once hooked up it takes a couple of minutes to charge the battery before you can start the car. However, after bringing it out and hooking it up, he told me to start my car immediately and magically it worked. I took the car later in the day to another place to have the battery checked and guess what! The battery, starter, and alternator were all GOOD!! I re-checked my paperwork from firestone and the printout they gave me of my car’s “failed test” was from 40 minutes before I even arrived at the location!!! So all this just to say, please do not blindly believe everything you are told! If it doesn’t make sense, don’t be afraid to question it! And also, we will never be using firestone ever again!

Knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I have had more than one positive experience at this location. Today was the first time I had more extensive work done, but I was kept informed, and the job was completed efficiently and well.

So today I drop my vehicle off for a oil change and balance &rotate and tell the young guy that I’m going to the mall and asked how long . He said a couple hours . Ok so off to the mall next door for 3 hrs . I go to drop off flip flops I bought and another guys says oh your keys are in theThe drop off box which makes it a non-priority so he’s like oh we didn’t know that you wereWaiting for it I asked would it have been quicker if you knew I was waiting for you said yes it would’ve been done and then he said oh it must’ve been a miscommunication and then says oh well try to get it as fast as possible instead of the correct response being we will jump right on that, so screw them guys

My experience at this location was excellent. The staff is very helpful and the technicians very knowledgeable. They do not recommend repairs or services that are not needed. The service writer Kirk was very helpful and even took me to the vehicle to visually see different required services. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and my family. Very professional establishment.

Jorge at the front was very helpful however the guy who serviced my vehicle not so much. Will charge you and do the bare minimum to check your brakes.

Both of my experiences here have been very good. Im a harsh critic. Its a good spot. They handle their business while providing excellent customer care. I will continue bringing my vehicles here.

Went in for two new tires. Vince was very helpful and professional. One of my studs broke but they assisted with explaining the process and with it being a 2005 Camry it is understandable, these lug nuts and studs seize sometimes. Highly recommend them. Thank you Vince.

Been coming here for years for all of my family’s vehicles. They always get the job done. Staff is always super friendly as well. Plus, while your car is being worked on, you can walk right to the mall.

This place is terrible and very sexist. I took my vehicle here for New tires and an alignment, told the individual at the desk do not place the old tires in my car my dad wants them and he will get them with his truck. I picked up my car and not only were the tires in my car, but they were in the trunk and in the back seat of my car. Took the two tires out and the insides of my door was damaged with a crease the other door has a mark as well. The passenger door has a dent and in the back left quarter panel above the tire has a scratch. An investor comes and assess the damages and tells me via email that this is impossible for this company to do this. My car is hardly drivin and the day before my car was worked on I washed it. Then I found out they stole the caps for the air in the tires and the guy on the phone is playing games with me telling me to come back tomorrow, meanwhile tomorrow is a holiday. He still gives me the run around on the phone playing games. Every time I take my car there they tell me something is wrong with my car and it needs this at that this is broke its this much. Why because Im a female you think Im stupid and you can jack up the price, listen your barking up the wrong tree. My car will get fixed and Firestone will pay for the damages they caused to my vehicle. Never again will I drive my car on their parking lot ever again. And I will not recommend this place or any other Firestone to anyone ever!!!! They are very sneaky and will not get away with what they did!!!

Came here after a bad experience with our rental car and our tire blew out. They were so kind to us and didnt try to upsell us as it wasnt our car. If we had had more money we would have brought them dessert or something for their great courtesy and customer service. They turned out first trip to Florida into a great one!

I had to return 3 times so they can fix one tire correctly. They made me wait over 30 minutes just to put a wheel back on while it was not busy at all. Never coming back again

I care deeply about my 2007 Pontiac Solstice and I want it to run its best when Im on my way to work each morning. I want to make sure my car is in the right hands and that its getting the care and attention that it deserves... Sadly, at Firestone it wasnt given everything it required. Sure, they did a fine job changing the oil in my Solstice but I left the lot with tires that needed pumping and windshield wipers that needed fluid. Also, the headlights werent turning on which is scary. The staff was kind but I wouldnt recommend going here for auto service.

Weve had good experiences here in the past but today they left me and my two year olds waiting over 3 hours in the waiting room when I had an appointment to get my brakes checked. This was not a pleasant experience.

Got here at 4:20 with a flat tire, its now 6:30 and they havent even looked at it yet..they have no idea what theyre doing..go someplace else!!!

I get all my car care there. The only odd thing is you need an appointment for everything unless you either want to wait, or leave your vehicle. They have decent prices, and always offer options for repairs. Its never take it or leave it there. I trust them. Thats saying a lot.

Terrible! I made an appointment, arrived early and still waited over an hour before the car that was on the lift was finished(no activity was seen while I was there). I was told I was next but another car was on that lift. If I make an appointment, I expect it to be honored. I asked for my keys and left. WTF!

I went in for a wheel balance and front end check. It took 2 hours to get to it and I had an appointment.

Came in with a flat. Was told it would be an hour for the visit and that I would be called when they are able to take the car. I even double checked they had my number accurately to contact me. Sharona Walton proceeded to talk under her breath about how she was not going to give a walk in appointment again and that next time I can wait all day.. very poor customer service. It is unacceptable to not except responsibility for errors made and than talk negatively about your customers in front of them and other staff members. I will not be returning to this location due to Sharona. Now she continues to speak negatively about other customers. Stating that they dont mount tires and its stupid for a customer to think they would because you cant bring your own meat to McDonalds like really.. every other tire place mounts tires and even if you dont why talk about someone who could be a potential customer for you. If you hate your job this much get something else.

I bought 4 new beautiful Bridgestone tires at Firestone yesterday. Wow!!! They are awesome and the ride is smooth. Nice treads.😊

They let my then husband use my credit card without my approval without my knowledge. I’ve asked for the work order and signature that he used to sign they just gave me the run around.

They acted as if they didnt want me there as a customer by telling me I would have to wait till 5pm (when they close on Sundays) to get my car back. There were 2 other cars in the shop. It was 230 when I arrived. I just needed to replace a tire that had a warranty on it. One guy walked out to the car looked at the tire and said there is nothing wrong with it. I had to explain that it is on the inside of the tire not visible when the tire is on the ground. Ended up walking out of there paying $110 for a tire I had a warranty on and should have been pro-rated for the tire that was taken off my car. Instead I was rapped by another dishonest car repair shop.

I am leaving a 2 star review because I would NOT recommend using them for anything BUT tires. I went in for a oil change, ac belt change, and new tires with balance. It has been a very long process getting my car running correct after having it with them. After being approved for a credit card I felt like they tried to murder me in unnecessary work/parts. Thankful I went and got a second opinion, fixed the issue ( which was firestones doing when he clogged my IAC motor ) and finally my car is running good again. OH OH ALSO after they sold me a credit card they sent the bill to my fathers home in Arkansas ?????? How did they even get that address?? When this was mentioned to staff the response was it had to be from me when I filled out the application ???? Crazy when I dont even know my fathers address lol ( he just moved). OVERALL, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WHOLE STAFF AT FIRESTONE... FROM BACK TO FRONT OF THE HOUSE.

Would give 6 stars if possible! This review is a bit late but well due. A few months ago, we picked up a shard of metal in the sidewall of our tire, irreparable. Went to Tires Plus in Stuart (sister store) didnt have the tire in stock. and it was near closing time, so they called Firestone in Jensen, they had it in stock, they stayed open until we got there and we were on the road again quickly, new tire. Thank you, will definitely recommend both stores!

I was towed to the shop with a siezed lug on a flat tire, and wasnt charged anything to free it up. Excellent mechanics, I know where Im going to get my next set of tires.

If I could rate as a zero I would . I took my 1998 Jeep Wrangler tj in for a 4 wheel alignment which the manager said they could absolutely do they left my thrust out by .72 degrees . When I asked why they told me my rear end was a fixed rear end with leaf springs ......???? No it has an adjustable track bar and camscrews on the control arms and it has coil springs . After several attempts trying to explain this to them I got well we can only adjust what the computer says we can . Why did you tell me you could do it in the first place . Positive note they ripped my tierod boot and of course after me complaining and at minimum 6 people looking at it they at least fixed that theres the 1 star . Very unknowledgeable for proffessional auto service place . My son in his 3rd year auto class in highschool could have done what these guys done .

These peole are SCAMMERS BEWARE!!!!! I went in to have a steering angle sensor reset which all it takes is a scanner being hooked up and resetting it they tried to force me to either buy an alignment at a $150 or try to say the king of a scanner would cost me more than the alignment. Other Firestones hook up their scanners for less than $20 these people are scammers stay away from them theyre trying to rip you off hope they go out of business

They always make sure your car is running the best it can be, just make sure you dont let them do unnecessary work!

Awesome service!! I was warned i was gonna be told i needed to buy a bunch of stuff after an inspection from someone elses experience at firestone in another state. Thats the opposite of my experince. They were quick, friendly, and thorough. And very honest. Ill be taking my vehicle there from now on.

Last July on my way to port st lucie, my a/c compressor locked up on my truck. When I arrived there, being away from home, I took it to firestone and paid over $800 for the repair. While it was in their care, they lifted the vehicle without disengaging the air ride suspension system first, which consequently caused the front end to collapse. Once home in Atlanta, I contacted them and they took responsibility and paid my local ford dealer $1500 to repair it. 1 year and 5 days later my new ac compressor has locked up and Im now having to spend another 800 bucks to fix it. While I realize that they have no legal obligation after the warranty is expired, but I cant help but to feel sore about the whole thing.

Took my 03 envoy in for check engine light. My own diagnostic tool indicate in sucicent o2 to engine. Start they charge $100 to do full dianostics. Then after 4hr they could get no reading. Replaced a fuse which at thay point reset all alarms. So they did visual inspection. Came nack with $2700 worth of repairs. After deciding to do $1600 of the repairs. I should not have done thr belts replacement ($450). Then they broke fan cover, we notice noise after we left. They did order and replace for free. Been using firestone for two cars for 7 yrs. Worse experience in up selling and customer service. I have to rethink before going back.
