Nice clothes, tons of cool styles for both girls & boys and a wonderful clearance rack near the back! I love the clothes here but it is sort of on the more expensive side.Staff wasnt too pushy with making you buy items you dont need, which puts me more at ease to shop here. If you enjoy shopping at urban outfitters, thats sort of what this store reminds me of.

Well I must say, before I went there today I read their reviewsand they do not have good reviews on customer service so I was very hesitant on going there but it was the closest Pacsun to me and all I wanted to get was there perfume. So I was willing to deal with bad customer service just to buy this perfume. And what a lovely surprise oh, there were all girls working in the store they were all very pleasant they were all very helpful and I think that store is probably going back to normal now that they got those douchebags out of there LOL sorry no offense. So I have to say that according to what I saw today that PacSun in Jensen Beach is now a nice store to go to that you wont get harassed or made to look belittled in front of other customers by the employees..

Management sucks, please shut this location down. will be going to west palm from now on

Customer service is awful! the workers are rude.

Its not the clothes that made me give this place one star. Its the lack of respect towards customers thats the issue. I ask a simple question and the guy working there gives me a rude no. Thats it, just no, no help. Even his attitude towards me was rude, he was acting like I asked him 35 questions prior. Not sure if its just the one individual, but if youre expecting good service here, id think twice about coming.

Used to be a great store.. sorry pacsuon but youve lost a customer.
