I had an issue with the mail and a returned item. They were really helpful in trying to figure out what happened. The item was later resent to my home address and it had been returned from the box at mailboxes, but I think it was an honest mistake and everything has been fantastic with them since. I have grown very fond of the people there who help small businesses stay afloat in Jensen Beach. They are very kind And very helpful. Thanks guys!!
Very rude costumer service. Saw a videa of a employee kicking a costumer out because she ask bout the mask requirement also employee was wearing her mask wrong
Had two big boxes that needed to be returned to Amazon from a riend of ours. Went inside to inquire if they could take them. Neither package was taped up so I asked about tape and the gentleman said not to worry about it. I had tape at home and have used mailbox plus previously and had great customer service. We lugged the packages in and the guy proceeded to tape it up for us. He got it all prepared to send. I took the receipt and was ready to walk out the door, the lady employee proceeded to tell us we owed them a dollar for all the tape. I didn’t have any cash on me or o would have obliged even though I was told not to worry about it. Instead she embarrassed us in front of multiple customers about the tape that was used.Hopefully the $1 I’m dropping off soon makes up for the bad review you’re getting....
My family has been using this location for the past 12+ years. Went into drop off a box for UPS the lady at the counter acted like she didn’t even want to deal with me the whole time huffing and puffing her breath while she’s looking at my box. All I did was make a comment about my package and she goes you really think it’s going to ship like this. Way to treat a customer who’s been with you for many years
An okay local place when you need to send something quickly and pay the price for it. The people are very helpful and will get the package correctly boxed, labeled, and shipped. You will pay!!
Mary, the owner, took great care to wrap each piece of my mothers china and ship it to me. It arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Mary for all your shipping needs.
(My rating is based only on using this shop to drop a package thats already packed and just needs a label. Im sure this is a fine place to go if you need something packed and shipped.) If like me, you pack your own boxes and just need to get them labeled, this is not the place to go. I travel frequently and have dropped packages from Maine to Calif, and many places in between and have never been charged $20 for one label. Im happy to pay a fee for the convenience of a drop off when Im away from home, but have never been charged anything close to what Mail Box Plus charged. When I got home I calculated on the UPS site the price for my box which was just over $45, but was charged $66.67. Originally, I was going to drop 2 boxes - the second was 6 lbs, and they were going to charge $37; actual UPS charge would be just over $16. I took that box on the plane instead. I will do my homework next time Im in the area and drop off somewhere else.
Everyone treats you like family they make the smallest parcel as important as a any family keepsake. You have to check out Dave’s stained glass masterpieces as well you’re one of a kind and fabulous I have many pieces I treasure.
Place is awful... unfriendly from the moment I walked in the door. I had to WAIT for a copy order to be completed even though I had e-mailed in it several hours prior to arriving. The lady couldnt event print my 11 x 17 order correctly AND CHARGED ME FULL PRICE for it ! I ran a Copy shop in NC in my past life -- when you cant provide a customer with 100% satisfaction, you either give it to them (ONE COPY!) or charge em a little less for what you COULD print out for them !! I tried to support a mom/pop shop rather than Office Max or Staples and ended up with COLD Customer Service and CHEAP, CHEAP paper !! Ill never go there again !

We have been using this location while we get our office started. They recently sent back a clients documents from an out of state court and now refuse to answer their phone. I have called six times and no one answers the phone.
This place charges $1 per package, per customer, delivered by FedEx and UPS because they have to stop what were doing and sign for the delivery, per Mary. Do your homework before purchasing a mail box here!
