Great place to get early morning breakfast and start your day

Terrible! I stood there for nearly 10 minutes waiting to be waited on only to see the employees cooking and eating their own breakfast. There’s a reason why this place is always empty. By the way there were no other customers present. Goes to show you what they think about their customers. Surely the owners are no better or else they wouldn’t have employees like that. I walked out and drove to syosset for a great breakfast at bagel master

I dont know what it is about Long Island bagels but they are the best. I came all the way from Mt Vernon to get a bagel here. Ok well my wife works in Jericho but still, came all this way. And there were no little guys screaming in the store today. Go support if you can. Be safe

Amazing service. I had been looking all over for a plain bagel, toasted, light butter with avocado & lox. You would think it was easy to find. This was the ONLY bagel shop to feed my need.

Good neighborhood bagel place. Tasty bagels and good coffee. Lots of options for tastes and dietary restrictions. Best thing I like is they have fresh squeezed orange juice. Orders get mixed up some times but I like the surprise as a part of the New York Bagel experience.

Bagel boss has some high quality bagels. Though you could be just as happy with any of their toppings, I got an egg sandwich last time. They are kosher, so don’t expect a sausage egg and cheese, but you’ll certainly find something you’re looking for.Prices are great too. Miss you, Bagel Boss 😘

Digusting, overpriced and small portions. You can clearly tell they dont clean their fridge putting rotten vegetables out in the refrigerator and most of the sides are disgustingly nasty slimy like egg salad, macaroni and peas celery...

Great Bagels cream cheese and smoked fish. Sable is my favorite on the fish side, also theirs naturally instantly squeezed juice bar, my favorite is Kale, celery, green apple, ginger and lime.

I ordered Flagels through their bagel of the month clubShipped June 8th and received today. Disgusting, dry as can be. Not even close to a NY bagel nor a Flagel. So disappointed and I paid 23.00 for the privilege of this junk to be delivered to me. What a RIP off, never again.

Tasty fresh bagels and coffee. A comforting stop in the morning. They have more than bagels and coffee, but I havent tried their other stuff. Lots of small tables. If youre a big group, carry-out may be the smart choice.

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Jericho and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. On the expensive side so bring your credit cards. Kosher Only. Staff is ok. Give it a try and you decide.

Great bagel spot, my favorite is the flat whole wheat everything toasted with spinach egg white tuna. Morning grab and go is pretty quick, but lunch hour the lot fills up.

Bagels are on point. Omelets are worth it.

The place was good and the Nova Scotia lox the bomb. The coffee was good and the place is cool and seems to have a lot of regulars. They just need to get a little better on systems and I would say have two people dedicated to taking orders, two on register and have runners giving the orders to those to fulfill. They try mighty hard but it seemed chaotic when simple systems would make it super duper. Hope they read this and take the friendly advice because it was a nice place.

A Jericho staple for many years serving up Kosher (dairy only) bagels and sandwiches. The food is just okay but the service is excellent. Very flexible and able to deal with the crazy requests of locals.

This place is high end in every sense of the word remember the last time I spent $11 on a bagel when your bar mitzvah money

Worst Hamentashen ever. I thought they would make them like the Bagel Boss in Hicksville and boy was l disappointed because Hicksville had already sold out. I threw them out.

The food was very good, much like many other bagel bosses on the island. They were a bit slow and with only one register it took a bit time to ring up our order.So in short great food just a bit slow service.

Good kosher bagel place in Jericho. Like the smoked fish sandwiches and the juices. Ive ordered salads and sandwiches for groups of 10 and everyone came away happy. Always great service from this group.

Went into to get classic egg salad. Saw pink color in it. I asked the employee what was that.She couldnt speak good english. She said sometimes its mixed with salmon. I looked at her and explained people could die from fish allergy. They use the same laddle for all their salads. Not good. Will never purchase from there again.

I for one was disappointed while working in the area to find out their bacon if fake and their bagels are only soy bagels. Sure its a good spot if you like that type of food. Will not return here ever.

At the time of posting this, 1/15/18, I paid $4.62 for (soy) bacon and egg on a bagel. It wasnt bad, but its definitely not worth going there again.They dont have regular bacon.

There are many other Bagel Boss establishments in Long Island that have better quality of bagels and service. I was a little disappointed with the staff and the coffee was not attended too well. Tons of coffee, milk spills. Coffee containers that are empty and sugar messes on the counter. They just need to be a little more attentive to the coffee section. My bagel tasted almost a day old and it was only noon. It would have been nice if the staff would tell you the specials since it’s not written down anywhere.

The staff is clueless I asked for a simple Sandwich and they messed up. So no going there ever again. I would zero star it but I cant. Prices are ridiculously high.

Nice people good food

A good in terms of average, but be aware that a lox bagel with a scone and no drink is $12 . Same you can find anywhere else for half price or less. Nothing special for food. These people must improve quality and quantity. Minor list of prices, dont deviate from what you see on the list. better off going to Dunkin donuts nearby.

Lucky to get one star. I went there for breakfast to order a bacon and egg sandwich on a poppy bagel, the order taker ask me if I wanted cheese and I said no. when I got the sandwich it has cheese on it, I told them it was wrong and said they would give me new sandwich. What they did was take off the cheese and give me the sandwich back...I went back again and they were annoyed, The 3rd sandwich that I got back was correct...however someone bit into my sandwich as a joke...what a horrible experience..

Perhaps the most disappointing egg sandwich Ive ever had. To my surprise, when I bit into it I found two pickles inside. Definitely not what I ordered, and pretty gross. Who even orders pickles on an egg sandwich? The eggs also tasted strange, and the speed at which they made my sandwich indicates to me that theyre pre-cooked and just scooped onto bagels as ordered. Beyond that, I got a few bagels with butter which were alright. The bagels tasted fresh, but the butter was really melted and warm, like it had been sitting out on a countertop all day. This was the first and last time Ill go to Bagel Boss of Jericho.

Went for a bacon egg & cheese, they dont have bacon. The egg & cheese sandwich was good though.

WAY OVER PRICED!! Paid $9.42 for a bacon egg and cheese plain bagel and a 16oz Minute Maid orange juice. Almost said forget it but I was starving, plus I came here because I was running late for work. Lesson learned. Never again.

Service sucks here, asked for a sandwhich. Watched as the short guy w the Mohawk hairstyle placed his hand in the garbage to push the trash inside. He then reached for the bagel. I asked him not to touch my sandwhich bc he had not washed his hands after touching the trash. He became nasty when i pointed this out to him. Obviously, i left the sandwhich. Health office need to visit this place. Disgusting....

After waiting for the short man to come to the counter, I ordered my buttered bagel, was charged 5 dollars. Okay, no problem, Im not cheap. But I figure the extra 3 dollars was for the bag filled with melted butter.Expensive, small portions, burnt coffee. Typical.
