If they had a 0 for a star it would be that indeed Called to place an order over the phone . When we got there to pick it up it was ready and all set . Once we got home it was completely wrong! Called and asked to speak to someone that could help me like a manager and they replied Im the manager how can I help you . I explained that my order was completely wrong and that I want a refund and they replied we dont give refunds and laughed . This is wrong in every way . !!!

Horrible experience today, I got four everything bagels and asked for them to double toast them with butter. The bagels were double toast and the bagels weren’t baked properly and the dough looked like they didn’t bake them properly. I used to get bagels every Sunday from Bagel Doctor.

Absolutely terrible service. Little girl behind the counter messed up my order claiming I told her to double everything I ordered which made no sense. Then gave me an attitude when she realized she made a mistake. Honestly never coming back here. Drink options were limited (granted I am an energy drink person- and they clearly aren’t a deli, just a bagel spot). Bread was a little stale so nothing to rave about and then when I questioned her overcharge she gave me an attitude saying that they charged more for the turkey and then even though I asked for a receipt, she rolled her eyes and walked away. I walked out. I’m done. First AND LAST Time ever walking into this place.

Located in a Shopping Center on Broadway servicing Hicksville and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Small parking lot. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Many locals patronize this place. Just your standard neighborhood Bagel 🥯 Store. When its crowded the line moves very slowly.

Best breakfast bagel sandwich Ive visited on Long Island yet... Always made with care and fresh ingredients. Bagels are ALWAYS VERY fresh and perfect texture. Not too chewy or doughy! Super friendly staff, efficient and accommodating. Great pricing to top it off.. I highly recommend, they do not disappoint.

I originally didnt like the prices here...however I get more for my money...such as 6 pieces bacon instead of 3 on my egg platters, & thicker sandwiches.Oh yeah...& its all tasty too!

Dont go here after 9 oclock. Bacon egg and cheese was not edible. All I tasted was burnt garlic spray to cover the old bacon. The pieces of bacon were probably sitting on the grill all morning.

This is my go to spot for breakfast on my way to work. Usually get a breakfast wrap or a bagel with coffee. Staff are courteous and friendly. Bagels are very good.

Yummy in my tummy. Great bagles. Crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and that veggie (asked for jalapeno) cream cheese. Go, try it out.

Been to a few stores in the area and they have best egg sandwiches, quality bagels, and definitely best customer service. Really lovely people working there!

Everything Bagel Scallion cream cheese coffee. $6. Coffee was good(no sugar, cream) Bagel was ok. Not as everything as some other stores have. The scallion cream cheese had chunks of scallions. If you like that, then, ok. Im less of a fan of that. You need a fix then this place may suffice.

Popped in here for the 1st time today for lunch. They were out of egg bagels, but they had egg onion which was even better! Had that with the veggie tuna, w/lettuce +tomato. Hit the spot, super fresh. Pleasant service.

Went in with a list with 6 sandwiches on it. They were ready by the time I grabbed the drinks. Everyone was right and delicious.

I love how fresh everything is! The food is always wonderful and this is a great place to eat alone or with a group, especially for breakfast. The atmosphere is very friendly and the workers are fast at their job but also great at it and on a busy day, there may be a wait but its all worth it! :)

Great bagels, good service despite the crowds. Everyone is friendly to me. But it gets busy on the weekends as to be expected. Prices are fair compared to other delis/bagel shops in Nassau.

This was a great experience, my order of 5 toasted bagels with alot of things along with it inky took about 5 minutes. I was in a rush so it made it very easy. However they did mess up one of my orders that why there is only 4 stars so just make sure everything is right before you leave.

Food was good, priced well too. There is seating, but it is not a place to linger, more like eat and run. I would come here again though.

I had never been to this bagel shop and was quickly stopping on my way to the movies for an egg sandwich. I check the rating at 4.4 which was the same as my favorite deli at home and i went to ask what kind of flagels they carried and the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes and scoffed legitimately right in front of my face before she finally listed the flavors lazily. She was visibly and outwardly agitated at a normal question any customer would ask.

Great food day in day out. The men there are easy going enough. The girls are all rude but the food is worth it every time. Fresh bagels and cream cheeses. Everything ive ordered from the grill there was delicious and done very well. Pretty much the only place around besides Heavenly Bagel but it all depends on where youre going as to where to stop. If youre near here, go here. Better than any other bagel place.

Seriously? I stood at the counter for 15 minutes before leaving because multiple people who came in after me placed an order before me. I come in there all the time with a bunch of co-workers, and I was ignored by the staff. It’s not worth the frustration for an OK bagel, 711 as well as other bagel places are not too far away.

I have been going to this place for over 10 years now and I highly recommend them!

Reviews are correct. Today first time I watched as heavyset guy who I think is owner took my order. Broke a roll of pennies wearing one latex glove touched the coins with both hands and closed drawer. The without throwing away latex glove and washing hands got my toasted bagels from toaster. Well threw them out in garbage and in car writing this review.

Wildly inconsistent service quality and prices. I have ordered a toasted egg bagel with two eggs and cheese and received the same item multiple times and the price would fluctuate by more than 50 cents. Other times it would not be made to order but charged the consistent amount for my usual order. Good food, terrible service, more expensive than Central Ave Deli.
