Great, quick service. Answered all my questions and was very kind.
Took my wife here and her new patient appointment was scheduled for 11:00. We got here 15 minutes early at 10:45 and they didn’t call her back until 11:48. We asked at 11:40 how much longer and they said “Oh, an emergency appointment came in. Sorry.” They failed to keep us informed or even care that we waited this long. After spending the money on a Lyft to come and my wife needing to go to work, no consideration was given on our part. Very disappointed in our experience and lack of seating (1 chair was in the lobby area). You guys NEED to communicate to your patients - especially if they are here for the first time and given us a call before making our way here because the “emergency” patient was already there. We have lives and schedules too and we paid money to get to you. Any form of communication would have been helpful or even if there was an emergency it could have waited after my wife’s. It is 11:53 right now and there still has been no other patients who have come in for an appointment, so she could have been seen first. The “emergency” person is standing, breathing, and alive in front of me at the counter talking to the older receptionist who was rude and short with us. Even funnier is that the receptionists were talking about ordering food and one said “don’t order from this place because they take forever - like an hour”. Now she is telling the other receptionist, “when you go to the eye specialist make sure you get there early and on-time.” Well....?
They had great service, and I felt welcome the minute I walked in. Im beyond grateful that they went out of their way to get me exactly what I was looking for.
My contact lens exam was quick and painless. I came here to update my prescription for my contacts and was in and out within 15 or 20 minutes.
